Andrew Gordon (6/5): Nice potential, but several issues need attention. - Spacious, well-located, and very convenient. The property offers generous room throughout, making it perfect for large families or groups. Situated in a location very close to the centre of Exmouth. There is ample car parking space providing easy access and plenty of room for multiple vehicles. Good sized garden. While the property has a lot going for it in terms of space and location, there are a few maintenance and safety concerns that should be addressed. We noticed dust balls in several rooms, which suggests cleaning could be more thorough. One of the cupboards containing cups had screws sticking up—this poses a real risk of injury. The back door between the dinning room and garden is broken and doesn’t slide. The kitchen was poorly stocked, missing basic items like a tin opener and scissors. The fly screen is full of holes, making it ineffective, and the garden furniture is extremely tired and in need of replacement. With some care and updates, this place could be much more comfortable and safe.
Christine Pilgrem (8/5): Convenient house for Exmouth - Functional house, everything worked fine- such as aircon, washing machine, showers cooker etc. Plenty of space for 2 couples, two bathrooms. Outdoor space was good. Beds comfy. Convenient location for shops and bars in Exmouth. Some things were a bit tired - fly screen at back door had holes in it and door was hard to slide on its runners. Bed linen was a bit old, could do with a freshen up, wardrobe door was bent and hard to open/ close. TV had a fauly screen- white dots appeared on it.

Lucy (10/5): Relaxing. - We loved sitting out in the garden - being outside in the winter sunshine was so relaxing. The house had everything we needed and was close enough to walk into the town centre. A great place to stay.
Pagona (8/5): The location of the property was excellent and the house accommodated our large family. The outdoor area was also grea - The location and outdoor area were exceptionally good. Considering the cost of the property for a 2 week stay, basic necessities like dishwashing liquid, hand wash, cleaning spray and shower wash should be provided.
