• Ahmet Neşet (9/5): - The house is located in the most beautiful neighborhood in Athens. It's compact and very practical. The apartment is also very nice. It has everything you need. Since the house is on the ground floor, people entering and exiting the building disturb you with their noise. Also, the bed is a bit small and the pillow is too soft.

• Henok (10/5): It's a calm and comfortable property that i recommend with full confidence. - The room is clean and bright, with a comfortable lighting system. It is also quiet, which makes it suitable for working and sleeping.

You can even find mold on walls * Amenities: Zero amenities. Hairdryer doesnt work, no boiler, no washing machine. * Cleanliness: unclean flat, towels had hair in them. Floor was super dusted * Value for money: very expensive for what you get

• Yvette (10/5): Amazing stay and it was definitely so much better than staying in a hotel in the touristy area of Athens. - We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Kolonaki as it is in a very convenient location and walking distance to Plaka and Monistraki. The apartment is located in a lovely area and the nights were quiet and serene. The apartment is also very clean, spacious and has a small outdoor area. The hosts are very easy to deal with and are very prompt in their responses. We liked the location and property so much that we have already booked another week when we return to Athens.

• Marko (9/5): Good quality for (very) reasonable price - Apartment is newly equipped, functional (with interesting lightening options), spacious, lots of storage space, ok equipped kitchenette, big fridge, two doors to the terrace, very safe entrance door (although apartment is already in the safest, most expensive part of the city), hosts very responsive and helpful, I have got a very reasonable price. Apartment is located on a hillside so access is uphill (quite steep also), it is on the ground floor with a yard-side terrace surrounded by other buildings so you can not really use the terrace (which shows in its state) and the apartment doesn't catch much of the sunlight (and no sunshine), there is no view from the both doors/windows. Floors could use carpets (in November the tiles are quite cold for bare feet) and noises from the buildings entrance hall and staircase are well heard in the apartment.

• Barak (10/5): A very good apartment in a nice building, - Very nice apartment and comfortable beds The garden was not renovated and with no furniture. The walk from the metro station is about 13 min on a steep streets
