- Tamires (5/5): Não recomendo... - A localização é boa, um bairro próximo ao centro e tranquilo para chegar. O prédio é calmo e silencioso durante a noite. Muito mofo no banheiro, e encontramos 3 aranhas marrons no apartamento. Para quem tem crianças, é desesperador. Na primeira noite não consegui dormir direito de medo de alguma subir na cama do meu pequeno que estava no chão. Precisa de mais cuidado com a manutenção e dedetização urgente...

- Dayana Monique (7/5): - Apartamento super confortável, muito grande com itens na cozinha, localização maravilhosa, com mercados próximos, e perto do centro Porta de entrada com fechadura ruim, passamos uns 40min para abrir na chegada, e toda vez que íamos sair tínhamos que deixar a porta aberta porque se fecharmos seria outra burocracia pra abrir
