Erin (10/5): Great stay! - Liam and the other staff are so lovely, I cannot thank them enough! They upgraded me for free as they had some guests over and wanted to make sure I wasn’t disturbed by noise, offered me water and a banana when I arrived, and had breakfast ready for me in the morning before my flight. The beds were comfy and the location was very close to the airport. They are the kindest people and made me feel so welcome! If you are staying in one of the “dorms”, the room is sectioned off only by curtains, no walls, so the AC tends to not work super well as it’s a large open space, but otherwise all good!

La maison est grande et propre, les lits sont confortables et le prix comprend même le petit déjeuner 😍 Avant d'arriver, Mrs Quỳnh a été très présente par WhatsApp, c'est très rassurant d'être aussi bien pris en charge. En arrivant, vous avez droit à une bouteille d'eau et des bananes, ils mettent également à disposition une serviette pour se laver. J'ai eu la chance d'être seule et Mrs Quỳnh m'a surclassé, j'avais une chambre avec une salle de bain privée 🙏🏼 La maison est dans une résidence sécurisée très calme près de l'aéroport, la salle de bain est moderne et la cuisine est grande et propre, j'ai goûter au beurre de matcha, excellent 👌🏼 Les hôtes sont aux petits soins pour vous du début a la fin de votre séjour ! Mr Dao m'a emmené à l'heure dont j'avais besoin à l'aéroport, c'était parfait. Nous avons pu discuter grâce au traducteur, il est très gentil et c'était un bon moment de partage ☺️ Service client premium pour un tout petit prix !! Merci à vous pour tout 🙏🏼

Room was also lovely and breakfast basic but still nice. Did a late check in our first stay as our plane got in at 1am and it was easy to navigate! Like far from other food places, but staff were happy to give us recommendations of where to go.

I was luckily get a room upgrade, can not see anything during the night, but when I wake up oh my god it’s so sunny with three windows facing, birds are giggling, wind is blowing so touched and beautiful, making a good start of my trip. The simple breakfast is also very nice. I happened to meet the host, he and his family were very lovely too. Nothing.

Las instalaciones del hospedaje son muy bonitas y cuenta con un lindo patio. Para mí todo estuvo bien.

Emily (7/5): - Very concurrent for the airport - a 10min drive, breakfast provided - even early, and late check in option available. Very affordable, large comfy rooms, good bathrooms. Lovely staff - Liam was so communicative and helpful. There is so much information provided beforehand. Just make sure you have the right address! They have a sister property that is basically called the same thing that we accidentally went to - it’s a 15min drive between that and the correct property. Liam was very helpful with our issue though and more than made up for it.

Mitch (7/5): Gut wenn man nachts anreist - Tagsüber wird Airport Transfer angeboten, ich war alleine als ich ankam also hatte ich viel Platz, das Bett war bequem und das Personal kann zwar kaum Englisch war aber sehr freundlich, der Besitzer bietet einem sogar (kostenlos) an einen zum Bus zu fahren (die Haltestelle ist etwas weiter weg aber dort kann man für 20k dong den Bus ins Zentrum von Hanoi nehmen) Ich konnte auch von der Uhrzeit angeben wann ich auschecken möchte - was mir viel Stress am Morgen abnahm da ich erst um 2 Uhr nachts ankam. Die Türen konnte man nicht schließen, weder vom Zimmer noch vom Bad - (wenn ich nicht alleine gewesen wäre hätte sich das wahrscheinlich sehr weird angefühlt bei offener Tür pinkeln zu gehen) aber ich denke dass sollte bald repariert werden. Das Frühstück ist leider nur eine Banane, ein gekochtes Ei und ein Stück Toast aber besser als nichts!

Sven (10/5): - Wir haben die Unterkunft für eine kurze Nacht zwischen zwei Flügen genutzt. Trotz Anreise nach 00:00 Uhr wurden wir vom Flughafen von Mr. Bao abgeholt. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Doppelbett und eigenem Bad gebucht. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Bett war komfortabel. Das Frühstück hat super geklappt. Es wurden ein paar Sachen zur eigenen Verwendung vorbereitet. Die Familie pflegte einen herzlichen Kontakt und besonders schön, war die Konversation mit beiden Gastgebern. Man merkte direkt, dass Sie aufrichtige und gütige Menschen sind, die eine super organisierte Unterkunft bieten. Sehr positiv ist auch die Kommunikation vorab hervorzuheben. Es wurde direkt per WhatsApp Kontakt aufgenommen, mit allen wichtigen Informationen zum Ablauf. Die Reaktion war direkt und stets hilfreich.

They lent us bikes to cycle over to the supermarket and offered fresh guava and snacks. They offer free pick up and drop off service to the airport which makes the situation smooth and stress free. They have everything you may need and also offer free bikes. I stayed one night before my flight and it was perfect for this. They have dinner options which were also delicious. I was lucky to get a free bedroom upgrade as well.

The environment is welcoming, with a lovely garden and a common entrance area with a sofa, television, reception, and kitchen. What really makes this place special, though, is the staff. The host, his wife, and their daughter were incredibly kind and made me feel like a son in their home. Such warm and genuine hospitality is hard to find. I highly recommend this place!

Лием был очень заботлив! ещё до начала нашей поездки мы переписывались с ним и договорились, что он нас встретит и отвезет. Это было важно , так как мы прилетели в Ханой первый раз, да ещё и поздно ночью . Всё так и было . Даже на следующий день, когда мы поехали дальне , он нас довез до остановки , где останавливались автобусы в центр Ханоя. Номер большой чистый, в доме со своим чистым двором, окруженной зеленью , сам дом находится в каком то коттеджном поселке. Общая кухонная зона на первом этаже Такого нет
