- Connor (3/5): Good location but doesn’t make up for how noisy the hotel is - Location The noise was terrible. We were on the ground floor and there are people in the reception area talking all through the night. It sounds like they are in the room with you. There was also a cleaning room next to our room which someone would bang closed a metal gate about once an hour. They even started drilling into a wall at 1:30am. They were apologetic when I asked them to stop but they never should’ve done it in the first place. Hardly slept the 2 nights we were there.

Both room and toilet were clean and well mainatined. i stayed in king bed room. enough space for my stay. they also provided me extra pillow, on my request. overall very good stay. staffs are very cordial and helpful. The room, i stayed does have any window. so naturally my clock always went wrong. but that's ok.

The bed is old and too soft, making it quite uncomfortable. Overall, the stay was not pleasant due to the noise and lack of comfort.

- Kevin (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE. - Location Booking was for a delux queen room, was given room 203 on check-in. However, on entering the room couldn't miss thzt the lower section of the facing wall was covered in black mould. Refused to accept and was given room G101. This isn't a queen delux room. I didn't want to waste tine being there only for an overnight stop for my connecting . Dud ask fir a late checkout , receptionist replied with a MYR 40 charge delivered with a smirk/grin on his face.

- Sajid (5/5): Below Average - Location The location in KL Sentral is great, with plenty of restaurants and a mosque nearby, but the maintenance is lacking. The bed sheets and duvet covers had visible marks, and the lift had a very bad smell. I also had a poor experience with their service. I requested a private taxi for an airport drop-off, but they simply told me I had to arrange it myself. Additionally, I informed them in advance about my early arrival, and they didn't mention any extra charges at the time—only to surprise me with them later. It’s an average choice for a 1-night stay, but the management really needs to be more transparent and improve their housekeeping.
