• Nyyyna (5/5): - Pokoj byl docela velký, ale měli jsme oddělené postele. Byly ale dobře velké. Do ubytování se chodí přes nehtový salon, kde se člověk musí zouvat a do pokoje jsme lezli skoro po žebříku. Super s kufry :D

The room was clean as well as the reception The room was quite dark, the two windows that had were facing the back of the building which due to the nature of the suburb, the window was next to the neighbours and they were pretty noisy at night at late hours, so that affected my sleep unfortunately. Although I feel like I overpaid for this room, the room was huge with three beds and the toilet was nice too. I talked with one of the receptionists about the situation the next day hoping they could offer me a discount or another solution but nothing was offered. Other than that, it’s a nice place to stay for a short term.

Персонал, пока вез наши вещи , разбил нашу колу и никаких извинений в виде новой бутылки не последовало. Скидки , о которой писали , что в случае , если что-то не так -не было. Оплата наличными или +3%(не хотят платить налоги). Завтрак -смех. Не советуем!

• Mélissa (10/5): Perfect hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh city - Welcoming and kind personnel. Placed right in the middle of district 1, you can walk to many places, but it's in a small street so noise is not a problem. Really nice room, comfortable, good shower. Not a fan of the breakfast.

• Carmen (7/5): Calm spacious room in the middle of the party - Incredibly great location, 90 m from Bui Vien walking street, you can still hear a light fading sound of the bass music and the occasional drunk person at night. Otherwise surprisingly spacious rooms, clean. Shower drain was clogging, water accumulating in the drawer of the bathroom sink, some things that can easily be fixed.

• Nathalie (1/5): Scam - nothing, it was a scam - we paid for one night but did not stay there, the receptionist handled us as ‘no show’ to keep his money the room was a backroom in a nailstudio, dusty, no window, no ventilation in bathroom, hard bed and no kitchenette (promised!)

• Lisbeth (10/5): - This was my first time visiting Ho Chi Minh City, and staying at Cozy Home made the experience much easier and more enjoyable. I arrived late at night, tired from a long flight, but the self check-in instructions were very clear and stress-free. Every morning, I walked out into the lively Bui Vien area to grab coffee and street food, and at night I could easily return to a quiet, comfortable room. The staff were kind and always ready to help when I had questions. It truly felt like a small “home” in the middle of a busy city

• klaas (10/5): This is a great hotel to visit the city. It ticks all the boxes! - The location in the busy city center, but because Cozy is located in an alley, the noise is only at a distance. The staff is very helpful and friendly! When I left for the airport at 5:45 the front door was locked and it took 10 minutes before someone unlocked it. The taxi was waiting. I did notify the reception the evening before.
• Зуева Ольга (6/5): Посредственный отель в центре города - Отель находится на узкой улочке между двумя большими широкими улицами, одна из которых -знаменитая пешеходная. До неё 1 минута пешком. Шум с неё не слышен. Сначала, когда заходишь в эту улочку, испытываешь шок, затем привыкаешь. В номере есть чайник, полноценный холодильник. Имеется большой шкаф для одежды. Рядом множество кафе, ресторанов, магазинов. До основных достопримечательностей 10-20 минут пешком. Вход в здание закрывается на ворота с электронным замком. Как мы поняли, в здании всего два номера. Завтраки по меню, нужно выбирать накануне. Ничего необычного, но наесться можно: вьетнамские хот-доги, яичница на выбор, напитки на выбор+ дают ежедневно банан. Персонал на рецепции вежливый, услужливый. Разуваться необходимо перед входом в отель, поэтому везде достаточно чисто. Фотографии на сайте не совпали с реальностью. Удивил вход в гостиницу через салон маникюра, но все дни пребывания в салоне никто не работал. Холодильник не морозил. Уборку за 5 дней проживания провели только один раз и то по нашей просьбе, в остальные дни уборка не производилась. Номер 101 тёмный, без естественного освещения, неуютный. Окна маленькие, помещение не проветривалось полноценно. В номере была повышенная влажность. Окна номера выходили на соседнюю узкую улицу и до соседнего дома было рукой подать. Было слышно жильцов этого дома, в том числе и поздней ночью, так как у них постоянно были открыты двери в дом+ мойка находилась на улице. В один из дней с потолка в санузле полилась вода, менеджер с рецепции правда оперативно отреагировал на жалобу. В санузле лампочка зажигалась только через минуту включения, при заезде менеджер предупредил об этом. Матрасы на кроватях очень жёсткие, но это проблема во многих отелях Вьетнама.

• Pritish Dutta (5/5): Budget stay right at the heart of Bui Vien - The location, right at the walking street. Had a foul smell in the corridors but once inside the rooms, there was no issue as such.
• Christine (8/5): Short but sweet trip to one of my favourite places to visit. - The staff were all amazing. Couldn't do enough for me. My room was on the ground floor, so no lugging heavy suitcases upstairs. The location is amazing...just a few minutes walk from Bui Vien Walking Street, but still manages to be quiet. Room was huge & en suite was good. The mattress was a bit hard for my liking, and I wasn't so keen on the breakfast - bahn mi or noodles (but then it is Vietnam!).
• Marta (1/5): - Duży pokój- nic więcej pozytywnego powiedziec się nie da Hotel zlokalizowany w wąskiej uliczce w której jest mroczno, okna (pomimo zamknięcia) są tak nieszczelne, że wszystko słychać, pokoje mają ściany z papieru. Nad nami od 22:00-24:00 trwała jakąś męska impreza było głośno, trzaskanie drzwiami, śmiechy po napisaniu do recepcji zostali na chwilę ucieszeni po czym znów musiałam interweniować aż w końcu wyszli oni z pokoju. Hotel nie powinien pozwalać na coś takiego i sam reagować po ciszy nocnej. Słychać wszystko co sie dzieje ma ulicy. Śniadania to katastrofa - musisz wybrać dzień wcześniej jeden posiłek. Jest to mała porcja (łyżka ryżu, 2 jajka i ciut sałaty) pół kubka kawy lub herbaty. Pokój duży lecz swoje lata już ma, nie działało nam światło w łazience jednak pomimo zgłoszenia nikt się tym nie zajął. Łóżko tak wysiedziałe, że materac się zapadał w łazience pajęczyny i brud. Należy pochwalić fotografa za zdjęcia hotelu- rzeczywistość jest mega odmienna. Nigdy więcej!

• Maksim (10/5): - Очень классный отель. Мы путешествуем семьёй с ребенком 8 лет. Остановились в этом отеле на одну ночь. Номер большой, чистый и уютный. Для ребенка отдельная кровать. Сам отель расположен в центре города, вокруг множество кафе и ресторанов, магазинов. Несмотря на то, что на прилегающих улицах довольно шумно, в номере было тихо. До рынка и большого торгового центра минут 10-15 пешком. До аэропорта можно добраться как городском автобусе минут за 40, так и на такси минут за 20-30.

There was a great laundry just up from there too. They were very happy to help us. The bathroom was super clean. It isn't a 5* place, but it certainly does the trick and isn't expensive! The breakfast was pretty basic and wasn't the best. However if you're hungry it will fill a hole .

Il y avait à disposition des articles de toilette. Wifi gratuit et efficace. La rue est petite et piétonne donc il faut marcher un peu pour y arriver. Elle ne donne pas envie d'y aller au premier regard mais dmvous mets dans l'ambiance de la ville. Un peu bruyant le premier soir si on est côté rue. Le deuxième soir, bizarrement, c'était calme.

Pedí que me prepararán algo para desayunar el día que me iba porque tenía el desayuno incluido y NO lo hicieron. El mando para abrir la puerta exterior no funcionaba. Tuve que pedir ayuda a gente de la calle para que avisaran en recepción y poder salir del hotel.

• Elena (10/5): - The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, very quiet and clean. The party street Bui Bien is a 3-minute walk away. We are very glad that we chose it, the manager Peony prepared a taxi for us at the airport before our arrival, bought bus tickets to Nha Trang and was in touch all the time during our stay. You won’t get such service even in a five-star hotel! I must say that we arrived at night and Peony was in touch to send a car for us. We liked the breakfasts, you can choose from several options. The room is clean, everything works. The administrators on duty are also very attentive and smiling guys. I wish all the hotel staff and the owner all the best in life. We will be happy to come back and recommend to friends!

El aislamiento de la habitación no es muy bueno, se escuchan con facilidad a los vecinos o el ruido de la calle. Las escaleras para acceder a nuestra habituación muy empinadas. Hay que quitarse los zapatos para acceder al alojamiento y dejarlos en la entrada, se trata de un gusto muy personal, que en mi caso me incomoda. El desayuno mediocre.

Está céntrico, al lado de una calle con mucho ambiente si lo que buscas es vida nocturna, pero sin que el ruido moleste en absoluto. La dueña fue muy agradable. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. Está en un callejón que si llegas de noche puede no ser muy agradable pero no tuvimos ningún problema. Las camas eran muy grandes pero estaban bastante duras.

• Eileen (8/5): Very good - Peony who worked reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. When we had a problem with the sheet slipping off the mattress, it was replaced immediately with a better one. They have a massage and nail service across the lane which we used. They did a great pedicure. The location was fabulous for walking to most of the sites around the city. As a woman, it would be nice to have a decent size mirror in the bedroom. There was a mirror in the bathroom, but hard to use when steamed up after our showers.

Saigon Cozy Home arranged transport from the airport to the accommodation which was great. Peonay, checked us in and provided easy information to help us with our stay. She was really lovely and had great English. Our breakfast was included and was really nice. The location was very convenient to be able to walk around to sight see. Bui Vien Walking Street was loud and colorful at night. Our room was not affected by the noise. The mattress was pretty firm, and the shower water leaked out onto the floor. We still slept ok as were only there one night. still great value for money.

The owner took great care of us, provided us with recommendations and helped us store our luggage for several hours before our departure, I really recommend for a stay in the central district of Saigon!

• Andrea (10/5): Quiet, clean, we loved the location - We had room 201 above the nail salon. As others mentioned the stairs are steep but we had no issues. The king bed is very firm, my sister liked it, I slept in the softer twin. The room had tons of storage/closets, a mini fridge, hair dryer. A/C was quiet, worked great. Location also good, we walked to all the tourist sites (Bitexco Tower, Cathedral, book street, museums, post office, palace etc.) traffic crazy, as to be expected. Had a drink on walking street, very cheap beer (20,000 vnd for 450 ml Saigon, right beside where you come out of alley) great people watching. Check out Pasteur Street Brewery, also within walking distance. barking neighbour dog at night, but not the hotel’s fault.
• Dominic (9/5): An excellent central location - We stayed at Saigon Cozy Home for 5 nights and had a great stay. The location of the hotel is very central just up from Bui Vien walking street but still quiet at night. The rooms are simple but clean and shower water is hot. Hospitality was great and they were very helpful with sorting bus tickets for us to travel on to Cambodia. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Everything was good. There were a couple of things that could be improved: 1. Wifi was a bit slow which caused me a few issues trying to do video calls for work. 2. Breakfast is good but a bit chaotic particularly if you go down bang on 7 as you have a trip or bus, things tend to be a bit manic and rushed whilst they try to get all the food out.

It’s a really good price quality ratio. The only complain we have is that the shower door doesn’t help keeping the water inside.

The location was really good, near the city center and buivien street but also quiet. The room was spacious with new furniture. For breakfast, you could only choose one thing from the menu. In the bathroom, the shower didn't have a sealed door and the water ran everywhere in the room.

Very poor sleep like lying on concrete! This is not a hotel but a homestay. Basically a room above a nail salon. VERY steep stairs to enter the room like an 85 degree angle! Same as climbing a ladder. Impossible for mobility issues. Dangerous for everyone! Especially coming down. Moving luggage treacherous. We felt it was overpriced for the level of accommodation.
