• Jonathan (8/5): - The closeness to the centre of town, the view over the beach I was never sent a lockbox code, just an unfilled template, and due to phone difficulties, I was unable to call the emergency number, so I ended up having to stay elsewhere the first night.
• Tracey (6/5): The kitchen and living rooms were the best thing about the apartment . We were lucky the view was am - The view was fantastic The window coverings were full of mould. When we arrived the place reeked of bleach giving me a headache. This is the only apartment I have stayed in that I wore my thongs in the shower. Looked like more mould on the ensuite shower floor. The pool had dirt in it. The entire complex was run down. We will not be back.
• Gwen (6/5): Stunning location , and that is what you are paying for. - The location and view were stunning No air conditioning , no wifi and the pool is 1.7 deep , not suitable for little kids . The bathrooms need a makeover, broken patched up tiles. For the cost it was a little disappointing

• Jamie (5/5): Disappointing - View was great, obviously it’s a good location. There were a few things that we didnt like. Firstly, there was no mention of where to get the keys in the arrival information except after hours. There was information in the first welcome email but it’s extremely lengthy and unnecessary. There was a drop box at the apartment so made no sense why keys weren’t left there. There was also no milk or essentials and had to pay extra for wi-fi and linen. Absolutely mental for the price paid. On top of that there’s a security bond of $200 which I’m yet to be refunded in an apartment that has minimal items so I’m not sure why the security bond was essential.
• Dianne (7/5): Good - Lovely views from the balcony, close to the beach. Friendly booking staff,where we picked up the keys. Living and dining rooms were nice and comfortable and renovated. There was no air-conditioning, most days had a breeze but a few days didn't. Very dated bathrooms . Laundry doors were very dated. I don't think we got value for the money that was spent.

• John (8/5): Great location but dated and a few low cost “nice to haves” would be a big improvement. - Location suited us very well. It is a 5-10 minute walk to town ( we’re older so slower). We prefer to be out of the hustle and bustle and this unit is in a quiet location but with short walks to cafes, restaurants, the Surf Club for drinks and dining, and is right on Kings beach which is a patrolled beach so great to walk along and swim. It just down a path to the boardwalk around the beach to town one way and goes a long way in the other direction. On the front balcony you are right on the water with waves crashing on the rocks below. The unit is quite spacious with two good sized bedrooms, large built in robes in both bedrooms. The bathrooms are quite dated but functional. No drawers in bathroom to store things. There are narrow shelves behind the mirrors but some mirrors are old and don’t slide to open. The front balcony has a great view but doesn’t get any sun directly, at least when we were there in August. In the summer heat this would be pleasant I guess but in the cooler weather it is not really usable. There is no wi fi in the place. There is also no air conditioning or heating. We had some very cool nights and had to use blankets to get warm. I recognise that it is related to the time of year so for the summer months heating may not be a issue but given the humidity, air conditioning might be an issue. Another point is that the grounds of the entire block seem to be very neglected with dead plants and cut off dead bushes around the pool giving the air of a very run down place. Pool area is a sad looking area. Not very inviting.

• Jeni (8/5): Sadly bathroom facilities and homewares do not match the quality of the location - which is superb! - The location was superb! and definitely the best thing about the property. The bathroom/laundry were atrocious! Very old (in desperate need of renovation) and therefore hard to tell if they were clean (the grout needs a going over by groutpro). The bath was also way too small to be useful and needs to be replaced with something much bigger and the ensuite shower was claustrophobic The unit also lacked some basic amenities and was a little cold and clinical - no internet, netflix or even HDMI cable, no rug or coffee table in lounge and a lack of cossie couch throws for 4 people. The kitchen cupboards also appeared to be stocked from an op shop with random mismatched, varied in size cups/bowls/plates/glasses etc. The garage entrance and parking was also very tight and small, especially for a 4wd. The pool was not heated and did not have a spa atatched.
• Darren (9/5): Relaxing and great access to food and walks. - Location was excellent!!! Close to plenty of eateries. Great access to the walking trails along the waterfront. Good surf out the front (bonus). Bathrooms were a bit dated. Access to the underground garage was tight for larger vehicle (dual cab ute).
• Rosemary (8/5): A pleasant stay in a comfortable apartment. - The location was excellent and very quiet. There was good access to the beaches and the availability of a small pool at the units. It was difficult for the overseas visitor without internet access. Usually there are a few basics (salt, pepper, teabags etc) provided - we missed that.

• Jim (5/5): Passable - View was great. Kitchen was good. Layout was good. It was SO HOT. Desperately needs air-conditioning. . 2 ceiling fans in the bedrooms were not enough even with all doors and windows open. There was no wifi. Needs modernising in bathrooms.

• Jenny (10/5): Seaside delight - The view was amazing and the beach access was very convenient. Such a perfect location. It was a little hot without a fan in the back bedroom. The seabreeze did get through most nights though.
• Ann-marie (9/5): Pricey but the view is worth it - The location is absolutely beautiful. Absolute waterfront with an amazing view from Golden Beach to the South and Kings Beach to the North. Direct access to the boardwalk from the unit. The unit has had the living/dining and kitchen renovated and new carpet throughout. Close to all conveniences this unit is in a prime position. The complex is dated and needs a little maintenance but overall not too bad. The bathrooms in the unit are also dated but functional. The kitchen although renovated, does not have a pantry so would make longer stays challenging.
