• madolsen1966 (9/5): One Bedroom Apartment that has all the facilities for an extended stay. - This one bedroom apartment was in a great location, with the balcony overlooking the main part of Airlie Beach. It was beautiful to sit out and look at the beautiful view everyday. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment was fully airconditioned, which was fantastic as we were visiting during a hot period of time. The apartment had all the facilities for an extended stay that you could wish for. It was very clean upon our arrival. The apartment had a very old and little oven, with two burners on top. It was very rusted and probably could be replaced. Note: it did have two induction burners built into the kitchen bench that was very helpful.
• madolsen1966 (9/5): A great one bedroom apartment with spectacular view of Airlie Beach from Balcony. - This one bedroom apartment was in a great location, with the balcony overlooking the main part of Airlie Beach. It was beautiful to sit out and look at the beautiful view everyday. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment was fully airconditioned, which was fantastic as we were visiting during a hot period of time. The apartment had all the facilities for an extended stay that you could wish for. It was very clean upon our arrival. The apartment kitchen had an old oven with two burners on top, that was rusted and probably should be replaced. Note: It does have a two induction burners built into the kitchen bench, which was handy.
• Candice (8/5): Can’t beat the views and amenities! - Most amazing views, lots of space, amenities and very comfortable beds ! Not enough basic toiletries - expensive to wash and reuse towels, no towel hangers. Just a few added services would be great. Pretty lumpy couch to lounge.

• Mellaw81 (9/5): Superb - The view, and proximity to town. The Anchor bar straight down stairs was an added bonus and their Martinis were amazing The car parking is very difficult. Dont bother if u have a large vehicle, u will struggle to fit. There is No allocated car parks and a limited amount. Once I managed to get my car into a park. I decided to not move it at all for the entire stay.

• Han (5/5): Good location, not value for money - Location is great Facilities are very old. We lost power for all the wall power points two days in a row due to a faulty kettle provided. The safety switch box is located inside the another apartment which made things more difficult.

• Aria (8/5): Great place for price! - Nice veiws, comfy beds, very central location (even though the hill is quite steep), very close to the pool and bar (which had great food). Aircon worked great, had some books and tv with apps for entertainment. Shower pressure was really good. There is no designated parking spot for the units so its a bit of a free for all and can be hard to find parking close to the unit. The toiletries were a bit lacking, maybe just some more soap and an extra couple hand towels would be great. Tv remote was not working very well.

• Stewart (9/5): Overall, we were pleased with the location being able to walk around the area. - The location was excellent with vies over the bay. The room clean and comfortable. Walking up the hill to get to the room. The external of the apartments are outdated and could do with an upgrade.
• Rachael (4/5): Disappointed - The location was great. Close to walk everywhere. No need for a car. View was perfect. Cooking facilities dangerous. Could not cook for family with what was provided. No clothes rack to dry clothes. Could not use out door verandah as light flickered and broken so could not eat outside at night. Noise from next door apartment woke us at 3am multiple times. Even though they say they are a no noise after 9pm. No place to put bags on arrival (in main office) as this apartment is managed seperate from the rest of the rooms in same complex. No towel change over service even though we had an 8 night stay. Ended up leaving two nights earlier due to noise and facilities.

• Lynette (3/5): To pay over $300 for this standard was disappointing to say the least. - Location is good, beautiful view. Pool was noisy and crowded and the spa wouldn’t work. Room was dated, tv was difficult, vanity is so high, shower held together with a zip tie. Everything needs a good clean or replacement, felt dirty. Ants within the first hour of arrival and fly spray in the kitchen indicated it was a known problem.

Don’t leave anything - The view was great , close to everything The toilet was inside bathroom. No windows in toilet/bathroom to get some fresh air in. Also the shower wet the whole floor. Also the shower would turn cold. Otherwise rest of the apartment was functional. Kitchen could do with a renovation
• Natalie (8/5): Very good - Amazing views, great location close to town centre. Very comfy beds and very clean. Good pool Kitchen amenities such as kettle was leaking boiling water when it was filled up. Toaster was very old and burnt the bread just simple new appliances needed for kitchen. Unit next store was being renovated so there was some noise like drilling, plumber was very courteous and would let us know when hot water had to be turned off so wasn't such an issue.

Excellent central location within walking distance to the centre of town. The parking bays are a little small with neighbours parking badly makes access a little difficult.

• Guillermo (8/5): In summary, great property and good value but they need to organise an option for people who need to check out before th - We stayed on the ocean view apartment in #14 for two nights. The place was beautiful with an amazing view. Clean and had everything that we needed Although they should check the light bulbs from the balcony and the bathroom as they were not working. At the end of our stayed we had a bad experience. We asked the office girl if we could have a late check out as our bus was picking us up at 12:30. She said that was not possible but we could stay in the room until the cleaners arrived. Number 14 is independent from the rest of the complex so the reception wouldn’t help us and the girl on the phone offered no solution as to where we could keep our bags until the bus arrived. (The hill is way too steep to take them into town and back up to the bus. ) So this made the checkout situation awkward. When the cleaner arrived she was quite rude and disrespectful. I tried to explain what the office girl said and she stopped listening, turned around and put her headphones on. When we were picking up our bags she started throwing the bedding and towels at my feet in a very rude way. As this happened right at the end, we felt a bit disappointed as we left.

But if you aren’t very mobile or have challenges in walking uphill it may be challenging. it was a great location in walking distance to everything. there was a bar and restaurant right below our room which was convenient. great view! it’s hard to say. the second pool was a bit cloudy and could use some extra maintenance. the apartment itself looked a bit more dated than the photos—but not really a problem.

The apartment was set up with one bed in the lounge and another in the bedroom which was a fab surprise for 2 friends travelling together. And the VIEW!!!!! Wow - waking up to a panoramic view of the whole of Airlie beach never got old! would stay here again in a heartbeat! Nothing

The oven and cooktop needs replacing. It’s pretty old and slow. Would not be an issue if you were having a short stay but we stayed for 2 weeks so we were limited with what we could cook. The bathroom sink needs some draino!

• Angel (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at Airlie Beach, the hotel was a short walking distance to the town centre. - Amazing views of the Whitsundays! we loved the large balcony, the cockatoos coming for a visit was a lovely bonus. allocated parking bay would have been great, we had to park on the street.

• Pam (6/5): Airlie Beach was great but Apartment 14 was disappointing. - The location was good and the view from the balcony was excellent. Expected the apartment to have the basic kitchen items required and in good condition. The stove was antique, crockery limited and poor quality and the cutlery was an old picnic set. No salad bowl or platter. A blue plastic salad bowl was provided upon request. Also no working smoke alarm installed ( sitting on top of cupboards) even after reporting it. No change of linen or towels for an 11 day stay, cleaning or extra soap, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee, tea etc Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this particular apartment.
• Liu (10/5): Will definitely come back again. - The ocean view of the apartment. It’s fantastic, amazing and breathtaking. We also stayed in Mirage Whitsundays ocean view villa for 3 days, where the view is way less beautiful than this apartment. The host also prepared another thick blanket in wardrobe, it is very nice to think of people who tend to feel cold than others. We found the quilt cover in the living room was not that clean, although we didn’t use that spare bed.
