- Thennilah (7/5): - The place was good, environment nice, nice view, swimming pool nice, so far all good The netflix u need to connect with laptop or any device to watch, the price showed different in app but deducted more than that but its ok. Fix the room aircon, its leaking and the leaking water noise is a bit annoying while sleeping.
- ARUMUGAM (5/5): Nice but not worth of money. - The property's location is near shops and restaurants. The process and steps to collect the key are troublesome because only able to communicate with the host ONLY by message through e-mail. They won't pick up the phone call. The check-in time is also after 3 pm on weekdays and 4 pm on weekends. But after a few requests, they allowed to check in at 3 pm. Furthermore, they charged RM60 for house cleaning, which is not acceptable.

- cheng (7/5): - A lot of shop, restaurant down stairs. Lotus shopping mall,. HUTAN BANDAR ( nature park) just walking distance. Only one washroom for 4 person to share. Master bedroom mattress need to change. Second room mattress got bed bug. Change the old mattress then this unit will be worth for a stay!

- Manikandan (6/5): spacious house for family 2+2 but runout facility - quite and spacious house 1. kitchen does not have basic utensils. it has only one spoon, no plates, no kitchen towel. Look like the kitchen was not used for longer time. 2. the second bed room bed was very old. it makes sound on every move. 3. the sofa was not cleaned properly.

- Jeffrul (8/5): Nice place with room for improvements - I like the spacious room. Furniture is adequate. Simplicity is the key here. For people who expect pristine shining spotless furniture or unit house maybe can look somewhere else. This unit is more than enough for working adult like me. Little bit confusing to locate the parking lot. Instruction said look for P2 but signage at the parking lot says L2. Not a major Non-Conformance but can improve la for future tenants.

- Santhia (4/5): Disappointing - It was spacious. Table was unclean, got food residue on the table. Too much mosquito in the premise especially in the bathroom. Floor was not clean as well. Furnitures and facilities are worn out unlike in the photos.
