Aleksandar (4/5): Disappointing - Location is perfect,metro and tram station is 3 minutes from the apartment,city center 2 metro satations(10mins) seaside 20 by tram.Apartament is clean and evrything is new. Where to begin... We travel 3-4 times every year , and so far we haven't had an experience like this. There is no host; you should enter with codes that are sent before your arrival. We have had this situation many times before, but in this case, the building door has no electronic entrance. You can only enter by key. So we couldn't enter the building; we had to wait for the resident to enter the building so we could "sneak" in. The phone number displayed on the booking belongs to someone else. That person told us that he has no apartments for rent; he sold his 6 months earlier. When we finally entered the apartment, we saw that it is some kind of basement adapted to a place for living. There was a lot of moisture, it is very small, and there is no wardrobe. The only place you can keep your clothes is on the floor. The host sent us 2 emails (31 rules and regulations), many of which are punished with fines (200-300 EUR) if broken. However, when we asked for a phone number, we were ignored. The only way of communication was through the booking app, and the declared response time of the owner is 24 hours. To be honest, we only received a response every 4 hours. The hot tub is extra charged, but if you want to use it, they must allow it remotely, which is completely useless in terms of communication. We have never left a review like this before, but I think people should know what they can expect.
