• Paris (10/5): A perfectly private, immaculate apartment with great extras, the ideal layout, and the perfect location. - We loved having our own private apartment/home — the privacy, the dedicated parking, and a completely separate space to relax made the stay perfect. The place was spotless, beautifully set up, and had great extras like Smart TVs, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, and modern blinds that made the space even more comfortable. The location was ideal, close to the beach, parks, and the RSL just around the corner. The host’s communication was excellent, and everything we could possibly need had already been thought of. We’ve been using Airbnb and Booking.com for over 10 years, and this has genuinely been our favourite stay. There was absolutely nothing we disliked.

• SHINICHI (10/5): - t's located in a very quiet area, and I felt like I was returning to a beloved vacation home I'd been visiting for years. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, even providing things like great wine, milk, bread, and eggs, which made for a very comfortable stay. I'm also very grateful that they kindly accommodated my request for an early check-in. It's difficult to find any faults with this place.

• Henry (9/5): Superb - Dom was a great host and accommodated us leaving our bags there early. The gas BBQ was literally filled with congealed fat, which Dom tried to clean. However, the next day I spent a good 1/2 hour with hot water and a brush trying to get rid of the accumulated fat below the grill. That was most disappointing. But, hey, for the next guys it is clean ;-)

The view from the balcony was fantastic and the convenience of the free parking right outside our door made it extremely easy to travel around Sydney via car then back to the air bnb. The house was clean, tidy & had everything we needed plus a little more. Great weekend.

Very quick to respond to my messages, very helpful and positive with all my requests. Dom introduced himself in a professional manner to myself & my family and was a pleasure to speak with. The apartment was spot on in all aspects, location, size, cleanliness, facilities etc etc - I would 💯 recommend this booking. Nothing - everything was perfect for my stay

Absolutely perfect for my families first trip to Sydney/nsw to show the where I grew up. Accommodation was everything we needed, owners even left house partially supplied with most foods you would need cereal,eggs, milk, bread and much more even craft beer and wine. We didn't use boardgames etc as we spent every night at the local Ocean pool malabar offers. Would we come back definitely, will we come back hopefully not to far down the track. Thankyou for being gracious hosts and sharing this stunning location with us. Only complaint i have is i should have booked for a longer period. But won't make that mistake next time

• Emil (10/5): Certainly a home away from home. - We came here to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary and we had so much fun! The house was so gorgeous and perfect for our family. The beds were very comfy. We love that we were able to cook and prepare our breakfast and dinner. Also, there were lots of snacks and goodies, our kids love them! The hosts were very nice too. They checked on us every now and then, making sure that we had everything that we need. We would love to come back again next time! We love everything about the property. Although, it would be best to put a shower door or curtain to prevent the water from coming out in the bathroom.
• Kiri (10/5): Perfect pad for a peaceful stay in Sydney with a very generous host - Extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need including a great selection of complimentary food items. Great design to fit quite a few people in a very neat little place. Plenty of towels and spare bedding. Peaceful and easy to enjoy - the host offers wonderful hospitality without intruding at all. Even as we sat sipping a complimentary drink, watching for whales from the balcony, we almost wished it was cold so we could enjoy the underfloor heating in the bathroom!! Very difficult to find a fault.

• Ktgro (10/5): Comfy apartment with everything we needed in a beautiful location - The apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Sydney - we loved that things like dishwasher powder and detergent were provided - and that there were condiments in the fridge and cupboard, along with bread, cereal, milk, coffee and eggs so we could make our own breakfasts in the well-equiped kitchen. It felt like home from home! The beds were very comfy, and the apartment finished to a high standard. The view from the terrace and the location of the apartment were incredible - despite it being winter we managed a dip in the pool at Malabar beach (thanks to the beach towels provided), and trips into the city centre were easy on the bus and tram. The hosts were super helpful, and the welcome pack in the apartment was a lovely touch. We would recommend staying here, and would love to return one day... It wasn't a problem for our family with older children, but for families with small children they might want to enquire about the stairs up to the apartment.

• Wan (10/5): Exceptional host and beautiful place to relax - Host is very considerate and kind, makes you feel at home. The kitchen has lots of condiments and food ready for a relaxing day. You can see the beautiful seaside from balcony. My kids have so much fun. Short walk ahead is the beach and a friendly neighborhood cafe Shower curtain will be great to reduce water splash on the floor.

• Tang (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect accommodation with extremely comfortable beds, plenty of towels, wash facilities and everything you need with cutlery , bowls, plates etc. Stunning views looking over the bay. Only 30 min on reliable busses and trams to centre of Sydney. Loved everything ❤️
• Mark (10/5): lovely host that went over and above to met our needs, lovely quiet home close to everything needed. - the host went above and beyond to make sure we had a awesome visit. they supplied a welcome pack and any supplies needed, offering to get us anything needed and they even offered to pick us up from the airport and to drive us places as we had issues around our hire van being cancelled just before we arrived and then around height for parking. very helpful and supportive hosts. for us it was ok but for some families the steep stairs inside and glass surrounds and huge light hanging down might be an issue for some with children, elderly or disabled family members.
• Juan (7/5): Not easy on the logitical side when dealing with Booking. - No breakfast provided as stated on the description, or the descriptions was misleading when it states "free breakfast". Booking had a car reserved at the airport where the driver did not show up, therefore I had to take a taxi to the property. The taxi driver was extremely rude and did not drop us off at the correct location. When I called the property manager for additional guidence on how to locate the property, there was no answer to the call nor the messages until 2 days later. For a person visiting a place on the other side of the world, the last thing any one needs to experience is the feeling of being lost on a foreigh land with your kids by your side.

• Amy (10/5): Beautifully thoughtful and equipped apartment. All the extras were unexpected and incredibly thoughtful. Fantastic home! - Nice quiet location, easy to navigate around. Extremely well appointed with all the extras - full kitchen, plenty of pantry items for breakfast, beach towels available, games for the kids and high speed internet. Close walk to the beach . Double shower is a nice touch. Large comfy beds. The only issue for some may be the steep staircase, not a problem for us as a family with kids over age 7.
• Botao (10/5): Exceptional - It is perfect to live in this location, the room is clean and bright, with three large beds, a clean kitchen and bathroom, and a balcony. Walking distance to the beach and a children's playground, the beach is very safe, there are many families with children playing in the sand, which is very suitable for families with children. It is very convenient to drive to the city and many dining areas.
