- Natalia (1/5): Unhygienisch und mangelhaft - - Wir haben dieses Apartment ausdrücklich wegen der Sauna und des Whirlpools gebucht und dafür einen entsprechend höheren Preis bezahlt. Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass das Apartment nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt war. Es fehlten frische Handtücher, die Armaturen und die Dusche waren sichtbar verschmutzt, der Boden war dreckig und im Zimmer standen noch Staubsauger und Wischer. Zudem befanden sich Flecken auf der Bettwäsche. Uns wurde anschließend ein anderes Apartment angeboten. Dieses war jedoch kleiner, ohne Sauna und insgesamt schlechter ausgestattet und entsprach somit nicht der ursprünglich gebuchten Leistung. Dennoch sollten wir den vollen Preis für das höherwertige Apartment zahlen. Vom Hotelbetreiber kam kein Entgegenkommen. Insgesamt entspricht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in diesem Fall nicht dem, was beworben wurde. Wir würden es nicht empfehlen.
