• Deep (9/5): Convenient Location and Comfortable Stay - Great apartment with an excellent location—right across from Citi Center Mall! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. We picked up the keys from a shop on the ground level. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I’d happily stay here again! The only downside was the checkout process. You have to move your car from the basement parking, find a spot outside (with no free parking available on the ground level), and then go back up to drop the key in a locker inside the room. I understand that building security limitations make this tricky, but it would be great if an alternative could be arranged.

• Alison (10/5): Great place to stay - Location is brilliant-right opposite the mall with lots of eating options, supermarket etc. Apartment is roomy, has a great washer and dryer. Everything was great.
• Niall (8/5): Good place for a - Everything I needed. A bit of a hassle having to get the car out before parking outside to return the keys. But no biggie. There should also be black tea bags available. The ironing board was broken.
• Susan (8/5): Was suitable for a short stay - Location, cleanliness, free undercover parking Balcony door wouldn't lock. Broken fridge handle. No microwave dishes. Unable to access Netflix. Block out curtains would be good. Confusion over check out procedure
