Jedna osoba je spavala na vrlo tankom futonu što baš nije bilo ugodno i nije bilo mjesta za nikakve dodatne stvari.

• Weifeng (10/5): Convenient, reasonable pricing - The location is close to Shinjuku Station (just two stops on the JB Line). We used a JR Pass to travel between cities and ski resorts, and it worked very well on the JB, JC, and JY lines. The place is a bit small, but still comfortable enough for all five of us to stay comfortably. The shower bathroom was the most comfortable we experienced in Japan, with strong water pressure and excellent temperature control. There is a supermarket near the station with plenty of quick meals, which was very convenient on busy days. The walk to the station takes about seven minutes, with lifts available at the supermarket and on the western side of the station. We stayed in room 301, which does not have a lift; however, it is only about one and a half levels of stairs to climb.

Rooms are comfortable and has all the necessary things for living. About 10mins walking from subway station. So, for those who have lots of luggages, it might be a problem. The stair is narrow and steep.

Equipment and facilities were in very good working condition and adequately met our needs. So glad everything was electric and not gas. The cleanliness of the place, the little artistic touches, the hospitality and generosity of the host help make our stay in Tokyo enjoyable. Suggestion only: please clarify on bookings platform that there is no lift. Only stairs which can make it difficult for guests to carry luggages to upper levels. Toilet and bath a bit crammed. I would have liked them to be separate. I would have liked to see a small bench or table in kitchen for food preparation and a small table in one of the bedrooms for my daughters to be able to do skincare/ makeup while the bathroom is occupied. And maybe include a full length mirror too.

Neighborhood is quiet and Minimart just down the block. The Parking lot (pay for use) is about a 30sec walk from the building. Sufficient space, 2 beds (one double, one single) in one room and 2 bed rolls in the other. First experience with a Japan rental (take that as you will)…little smaller than anticipated for me my wife and 3 small children but sufficient. Paid about $40 US total for 3 night of parking, not too bad. No place to actually store luggage.

Stair only wide for 1 person to walk up. Worse is we were given the highest 4th floor. Location a bit of walk from JR higashi-Nakano station.

• Waina (6/5): Family of 4 - The neighborhood was a genuine local neighborhood, not commercial nor full of hotels, it was a pleasure to be amongst locals. Not that close to train stations. Very little space. Cooking facilities are in the hallway.
• Gabriel (10/5): Quiet and super close to station - I liked how close the station was and how quiet n peaceful it was away from the city, the room was super clean and the amenities/items provided were super nice, and the communication between the owner were super straight forward and clear. Only downside was that there was no elevator to take luggage to room and i felt bad taking my huge luggage down due to the stairs being so small and compact but it was stated that their wasn’t any elevator so it isn’t a negative at all.

Well situated, short walk from a couple of train stations. Easy access to Shinjuku and surrounding areas. More hanging space for towels would be helpful. Stairwell area quite cramped for multiple people entering/exiting the apartment but definitely manageable.

Price was reasonable , owner - It was close to the higashi nakano train station which took us to shinjuku in less than 15mins. Surroundings were quiet and well lighted even when dark and felt safe to walk at night . It was rather small which might be similar to other tokyo accommodation. • David (10/5): Good experience. Plenty of space for a family stay. - Clear instructions were given prior to our arrival, on how to obtain the key. Host was also reachable on the platform and by phone. We also saw staff on day 2 of the stay, who was very friendly. Stairs were quite narrow but that'd be the case for over 90% of the residential buildings in an area/city like this. I also wish we had a TV but I was able to live without it.
• Manuel (7/5): Good - It was clean, the WIFI was fast. There are 2 24/7 markt nearby, and there is enough space to pack/unpack your suitcases if needed. There also is a small park nearby where my friends were going to smoke. roughly 300-400 meters away there are also some restaurants. There are 2 different subway connections near each other and one of them offers a direct connection to Shinjuku and Shibuya - in short you have a very good connection to complete Tokyo. One of the subways also gives a direkt line to Akihabara wich was quite nice and with 1 time trainhopping to Asakusa. The staircase to the aparment is really small with a brith of 90 or something like that and there is no lift. Makes it hard with full suitcases. We were 4 guys, had no issues but its was not comfortable. We had 5 suitcases - meaning we had to go twice for the 1 suitcase since there is not enough room to carry 2 at once.

• Nan (7/5): Good - Property is in a quiet residential area. There's a 24-hour convenience store about 5 minutes walk away. There's also a 24-hour paid laundry store very close by. Apartment is clean and shower is great. We were on the 3rd floor. No elevators, and the staircase is very narrow and steep, so it was a very big struggle to get our 2 big pieces of luggage into the apartment. Later on we realized that the first floor has a luggage storage area, though this info I don't think was provided in the pre-check-in message from the host. In any case, it would have still be inconvenient to leave our big luggage there for the whole stay. Regarding the challenging staircase - I believe this is not unexpected for apartments in Tokyo, but it was certainly a downgrade from our previous visit to Tokyo last September, where we stayed at an "apart-hotel" with elevators and onsite staff. Also, there is a washer in the apartment, but it's on one of the balconies and looked quite small, so we didn't use it (if we needed to do laundry we probably would have went to the paid laundry nearby).

Good air-conditioning. The kitchen was very cramped, no cupboard room for own food. The toilet had a paper dispenser which kept falling off the wall. Quiet residential area, fish store across the street makes excellent fresh sashimi. Distances weren't accurately presented (it took us longer to reach all those stations than the times listed). Very narrow and steep stairs to the 4th floor (tricky to navigate with suitcases). Bathroom barely fits one person and there's no room for toiletries (there's a large shelf outside the bathroom but constantly opening the door to get/put away stuff is very awkward).
• Val (10/5): A well equipped apartment set in a quiet neighbourhood - The location was perfect! After exploring the busy city, it was always a wonderful feeling returning back to our apartment in a quiet street. With access to a Family Mart 2 mins away and a full grocery store (Kitchen Court) 5 mins away, we always had access to good fresh food. The apartment was so well equipped and comfortable. We made great use of the washing machine and summer heat to dry our clothes. We were so thankful at how quickly the staff responded to any queries we may have from finding an extra charging adapter to organising a private transport large enough for the 5 of us and our luggage to Tokyo Station. Please understand this is a typical Japanese apartment and therefore expect steep narrow stairs (especially if carrying large/heavy suitcases) and smaller rooms and amenities. This to us was what added to the charm and character of the accommodation. From self check in to self check out, an accommodation we would easily return to.

It was great having a washing machine. I'd stay there again but find out which room we were in first. From the photos, I expected there to be an area to eat meals but, with 4 beds in 2 rooms, there was no room so we ate on our beds. And there wasn't any tea or coffee. We were on the 4th floor and had 5 suitcases... the steep stairs were challenging but we managed!
• Sylvi (9/5): Excellent 2 bedroom apartment for our money - 1. Location -excellent to local and airport travel, to shops. Few minutes walk from the tube station and 2 stops to the big tube junction (Shinjuku Station), airport was within 45 mins... and the small shop (FamilyMarkt) also 2 mins walk only, with long opening hours and goods labelled in English too.., also has a bigger grocery shop in a Mall (alongside a gift/A-Z shop, a coffeehouse) approx 5 mins from accommodation, and the Seven/11 next to the station... and I should mention the tiny coffe-place next door to our house with amazing cheesecakes and honeybreads for breakfast... 2. Spacious accommodation: Two double bedrooms with balconies, kitchenette with equipment you might need, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer... (even teabags were waiting) small, but good bathroom with toilet, bath with shower... for my 6 feet (1.83 m) tall husband bath was too small to sit down, but for showers -sizewise was ideal... all bathroom goodies provided... Very clean apartment with all the beds made up ready. + Comfort -beds and quietness. The bigger double bedroom has 2 single beds, we put them together... very comfortable in a softly decorated room. We had aircon too. A coats rack to hang our jackets and a smaller size of sturdy table with 2 chairs where we had sometimes brk or late dinner... We were on the 4th floor, one balcony to the back the other to the street, spacious. It seems to me this is a quite neighbourhood with a small green park to sit out and a playground within minutes walk. Occasionally we did hear the tube from distance, but as no overnight service we had good night sleeps there. The smaller double bedroom located at the other end of the flat, our daughter enjoyed to sleep on tatami/the traditional bed and her privacy too. At the entrance had a cupboard for shoes and we stored our luggage there... Indoor and bathroom slippers were waiting for us on arrival... Narrow staircase -no lifts... was a bit difficult to get the luggage up to our apartment. That why rated only 9/10... but still would choose this accommodation again...

The kitchen area was in the hall so preparing meals was a little tricky. • Kum (8/5): Functional place that's worth the money - Host was gracious and put up with some of our requests that was not in the T&C. When Wifi went down at night, someone came over to try to resolve it although it was almost midnight. There's some convenience stores nearby as well as a coin-operated launderette. The place is a bit cramped, though functional. There's no lift so you have to make do with carrying heavy luggage. Walk to the train station is a bit far if you have lots of bags to carry. But all in all, it was a pleasant stay. Well done.
