Can do better on cleanliness - Location near Ealing Broadway gives excellent connectivity. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it easy to share with our 16 yr old Apartment unclean when we checked in. Amenities missing - hand towels, shampoo. And on contacting the owner, he didn't deliver till the 3rd day and that too only partially

La línea Elisabeth aunque sea zona 3, es muy rápida y estás en el centro en 10-30 minutos depende de donde quieras ir, la estación está a unos 150 metros. Mucho espacio, luz, la calefacción muy buena, lavadora y lavavajillas, con menaje suficiente. A escasos metros (pasos) de un centro comercial. Ideal para ir con niños. El barrio nos pareció bueno. Varios supermercados abajo. Escaleras, pero soportable, segundo sin ascensor.

The host was also very accommodating and flexible with an earlier check-in, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend staying here.
• Kaiye (10/5): Best stay I’ve had in London. Will definitely be coming again. For the price aswell it’s a bargain! - It’s so beautiful. Literally exactly like the photos even better. So spacious. Got everything you need. Even seasonings so you don’t have to go out and buy your own. The shower was so relaxing. No complaints honestly. The host was very responsive. Literally a 3 min walk from the station. Lots of shops and food shops around. I liked everything

• 13901024584 (10/5): 很享受的体验 - 位置极佳，名副其实的“高街”住宅，公交、地铁咫尺之遥，商业林立，虽然地处繁华地段，却是闹中取静，一楼就是巴克莱银行，汇丰和劳埃德也在附近，安全有保障。房东很Nice，有求必应。两个独立卧室，主客两个卫生间，开放式厨房、餐厅、会客厅，超级便利。最感动一次是把钥匙弄丢了，房东深夜赶来开门，离开当天很爽快同意我们下午五点退房。作为回报，我门把房间卫生好好地打扫了一遍，把抽油烟机滤网也拆下来做了彻底清洁。我们在这里度过了一段美好时光。 房间在三楼，没有电梯。
• Laszlo (9/5): Lovely! - Location was excellent for flying out of LHR and access to London and beyond. An apartment let us get a feel for living in England that a hotel would not. Size was perfect for the four of us. Quite a few stairs.

• Ivana (10/5): - Excellent location, close to the underground Ealing Broadway, which is like a central hub. A secure, clean and modern 2 bedroom and bathroom unit, self-contained, with shops practically within 2 min walk.

• Boris (7/5): A nice apartment with some major flaws that would keep me from staying there again. - It’s a big, relatively nice apartment. 2 full bathrooms. Washer/dryer. Very close to the train station and directly adjacent to a shopping mall. Easy paid parking at the Ealing Broadway car park. Well equipped kitchen. The entry to the building is in a dark alley on the side of a bank. There is no lighting there at night whatsoever and is exactly the kind of place you’d expect to be mugged. Apartment gets very hot and is impossible to cool down, even when it is cool outside. There are several fans provided but they do nothing but blow hot air around. For some reason the two main windows in the living room seem to be plastered shut. If they could open, the apartment could be quickly cooled, but they don’t. The only window that opens in the living room looks over some kind of utility area and stinks of trash, so not exactly fresh air coming in. There are pigeons cooping right behind the bedroom/bathroom windows, so we didn’t feel comfortable opening these wider than a pigeon could fit through. On the outside part of the bathroom window sill, there are spikes to keep the birds away but this area doesn’t seem to have ever been cleaned and is full of cobwebs and trapped bugs. This is all immediately behind your head as you sit on the toilet.
• Subrata (7/5): Good location but no elevator. - Location. There was no elevator/lift. It was an uphill take for three of us 50 plus age (my mom is 75 years plus age) to climb three floors with and without heavy luggages. The description of the property should have mentioned in uppercase that the property didn't have any lift. Had i known this issue, I would not have booked this property.

• Natalie (7/5): Like I said great location however I wouldn’t stay again. - Location is really good, spacious, comfortable beds. Not property owners fault however when we arrived the apartment stunk off green in every room. If I’d had children with me I would not have stayed.

When the space is someone’s home - it is not comfortable for me. Could have been cleaner- floor/ under bed/furniture needed a vacuum.

• Tariq (10/5): This is now my go to place whenever I visit London. - The location was perfect. Hardly 2-3 mins walk to the train station. Alot of eating options within 500 metres McDonald's, Subway, Turkish Doners, Nandos, Popeyes. The property is quite spacious and extremely suitable if you staying with kids. The only draw back is that the building doesn't have a lift and the same isn't mentioned on the property listing. However the host is a gem. If you have heavy luggage to carry up to the apartment, kindly contact the host in advance and he will arrange someone to assist you. He did that for us.

• Yusuke (8/5): Very good - There is a shopping mall nearby. I communicated with the owner via WhatsApp and he was very kind. The check-in and check-out was very easy. And the room was very stylish. There were two toilets and a bathtub as well as a shower room. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge. I would stay here again.
