• Rebecca (6/5): Pleasant - The location is excellent & the host made it very easy for us to collect the keys for the property. The washing facilities (washing machine, clothes horse etc) was very helpful & great The apartment is very run down, marks all over the walls. The beds are the most unformatable things I've ever slept on. VERY BASIC. No mirrors in bedrooms, only 1 mirror in the bathroom. Myself & my husband barely fitted into the double bed together it was TINY.
• Shadi (6/5): If you can afford an extra cost- 10% extra, consider hotels. - 1. The location. 2. The view 1. I thought it was managed by Ramada until I discovered it was merely an apartment in the Ramada complex. 2. The security deposits and the method of collecting deposits, which is inconvenient for visitors from outside Malaysia, and the way of refund, which cost me an additional 32 US dollars owing to bank transfer fees (the total security deposit is 68 US dollars). 3. The furniture is a little shabby, and a few small cockroaches were seen in the apartment.
• Darren (2/5): Dirty properly infested with cockroaches that looks very old. There is nothing much to like except for the walking dista - The location was 10 minutes walk from Pavilion and the Bukit Bintang shopping area and the pubs were downstairs and noisy. The pool was nice. This is one of the dirtiest apartment and property that I have event stayed in. The condition of the apartment was poor and badly maintained. It was infested with cockroaches. The walls has patches of paint removed and in a state of disrepair. It looked nothing like the pictures posted. The kitchen basin was darken and had burn marks. The washing machine with dryer could not dry clothes no matter how long you placed it in and leaks whenever you wash clothes. The shower area was clogged with hair from previous visitors and drained very slowly. Felt icky when bathing and had mould all over the grout. Finally, a warning for foreign visitors, please make sure you insist on receiving your MYR$300 deposit back in cash. The property will transfer you the deposit but their method of bank transfer will deduct various fees resulting in you getting back much less. I transferred SG$100 and received $66. You will also see 4 star ratings but later I noted that these are based on external reviews and not by patrons of booking.com.
