It was everything that we were after and as we visit Melbourne often to visit family, we will always check if the property is available to stay at because it was everything we could have asked for.

Host needs to communicate better with guests to resolve issues! - Glimpses of the water and proximity to the bay was great; Easy access to Bay St for food, groceries etc...; walking distance to tram; great coffee shop across the road. Second bedroom didn't have a ceiling fan - a put together pedestal fan would be suggested for guest use (there was one in laundry but needed assembling - guest shouldn't have to do this)
Second bedroom bed too soft - look at changing
Living room sliding door did not lock, this was raised with the host and nothing was done about it, no solution provided, no communication, we felt unsafe at night and unsafe leaving laptops in the apartment during the day whilst we were out.
Coffee machine and coffee pods provided but wrong size for machine. Raised this with the host and again no communication about it.
Host needs to improve communication with guests!
Kitchen needs: chopping boards, microwave cover for splatters

- Bolger (9/5): Cosy Winter getaway retreat. - This is a lovely, clean and cosy apartment with everything we needed. We had busy days visiting family and doing activities in town. It was a relief to come home at the end of the day and relax! There's even a small bathtub for a soak!
Port Melbourne has shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars. It's not far from the CBD, Southbank and South Melbourne too!
The tram is approximately 7 minutes walk away and the trams come along all the time! The apartment also comes with a carpark.
There are loads of dogs in the neighbourhood so the balcony provides the perfect vantage point for dog spotting while having a meal and a drink. It's a little further away from the busy part of Bay Street but it's really only a short walk anywhere.
- Gaveesha (9/5): We had a wonderful stay the facilities and amenities were excellent - The access to keys was easy but a picture of the location and what the lockbox looked like would have made it a bit more easier.

Lockbox was not marked as indicated in instructions. As there were 7 lockboxes in the same area, it was time consuming to find the right one. No remote for the garage & it was indicated on instructions we could drive straight in. Had to access the apartment on foot, to get remote to be able to park car.
Hairdryer & coffee machine as listed on facilities, were both missing. Had to contact agents several times & these were eventually replaced on afternoon of 2nd day of stay.
Washing machine/ dryer combo could not be used as door catch was broken and could not be closed. When we raised this, owners indicated they were aware of issue from previous guests, however, we were not notified before our stay.
We have requested compensation for inappropriate information, lack of facilities & broken equipment, bu5 have been informed that as we booked through booking,com, they cannot help.
We are Genius memberbut have never encountered such a shambolic stay before.
