• Guest (8/5): Comfortable and conveniently located - One of the elevators was out of order for the entire stay, and the other elevator was very slow.

• Daniela (10/5): Nice little apartment to stay - It was clean, tidy, plenty of towels, slippers & had kitchen facilities if u want to make a small breakfast. I really liked being able to look out on the balcony to the skyline of London. The workers at the reception were also very nice. The apartment is well situated to travel in to the city central to all the sightseeing places. The apartment looks bigger on the pictures but it's quite small but for 2 people it works fine.

• Glenn (7/5): Ade, requires fine tuning. - Great location for our needs. Property was clean, had nearly everything we needed for our stay. Great view of London skyline. Close to mayor stores. Underground car park was handy although don’t pay walk-in prices, check out the parking apps which can be more reasonable if you hunt around. Access to the property was an issue, front door must have dropped, not easy to open or close. Needs a full length mirror, bathroom mirror not adequate when dressing for a function. Too many extension leads, I do understand the need is down to the amount of available sockets but the leads could be fixed neater. The double bed needs to be moved away from wall giving easy access. Instead of one large bedside table on one side, two smaller ones could be used freeing up space to allow the bed to be pulled away from the wall. The ceiling is cracked in places and a touch of paint would make a difference. The light pull for the bathroom ideally needs moving as you cannot open or close the bathroom door without it striking it, there’s visible damage on the door as a result.

• Rebecca (6/5): Overall nice, some negatives though - Lovely location, a short walk from the V&A and natural history museums! Very central. Nice little balcony too. The heating did not work, however the host very kindly bought us a small heater which was very helpful. The shower does flood the bathroom and shoots out in every direction. The pillows are very flat and left us with sore shoulders/backs.

The apartment is modern, clean and well furnished. It was quiet and spotlessly clean. The host was very responsive providing all information for an easy check in.

Living area is spacious and beautifully decorated. Bathroom was also new. Bed was cozy too. The balcony offers incredible views. The building itself is secure and well maintained. Highly recommend this place!

• Demet (1/5): Bad - I dıd not stay at thıs flat but I had to pay for ıt. after 5 hours of bookıng , I receıved the message from the owner of the house from whatsapp sayıng that he made a mistake and the flat ıs busy. I had to look for another place with my luggage around after I arrived. ın the meantıme payment ıs taken from my credıt card and even 7 days passed ; it is not paid back. when I ask for my payment back ; he says that he ıs not bookıng.com and he can not do anythıng. it is a very unfair position from my sıde and the cooperatıon of the owner ıs ver RUDE ! I am still waıtıng for my money back for an accomodatıon whıch dıd not occur .
• Dora (3/5): Good location ruined by bad service - Good location First of all: there was a construction going on next door, every day 9am-6pm. The owner didn’t notify me of this. She said she wasn’t aware and offered a bottle of champagne to make things right…. This is unacceptable I’d also say that it wasn’t the most comfortable for sleeping because the window blinds shut out nothing of the sunlight coming in the morning The entrance door can’t be properly locked, I wasn’t feeling safe, took my most valuable belongings with me always when I was away

It was noisy the air con did not work. - It was labelled a one bedroom flat with a picture of a bedroom, the problem is it is a studio apartment furnished with 1 Bed I small table 2 Small plastic chairs A filthy cupboard with a rail to hang clothes on
• Damian (9/5): Comfortable stay - Apartment large enough with a simple yet modern design. Responsive host at any time I had questions. Perfect for my solo business trip. One of the lifts was out of service for the whole time I stayed there. The lift that worked was so slow that it took me less time to use the stairs up to the 7th floor.
• James (10/5): Comfortable and convenient. Highly Recommended. - The flat is in a lovely area, easy walking distance to the Kings Road as well as to Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Cromwell Road. The room was big, the toiletries are good quality. Fantastic views over London from balcony. I also liked all the outlets and USB plugs in the room. Good TV with netflix, good hairdryer, kettle in the room. It had everything I wanted.

We spent a few extra days in London because it was so beautiful there :D highly recommend! The host is also very friendly and fast with replies!

Sufficient room in the closet for clothes, coats etc, and enough room on the floor for 2 small suitcases. Good black-out curtains if you need darkness to sleep. Would stay here again.
• Claire (10/5): Wonderful apartment - The apartment is beautiful, clean, quiet and safe. Just 5 minutes from tube station. There are plenty of nice restaurants and shops in the area. There is a concierge front desk who was very helpful. Would highly recommend this apartment.

• Jasmine (7/5): Nice location, but facilities lacking a few things and NO OPERATING GYM! Beware… - Great neighborhood close to everything. Old hotel turned into an apartment. The studio is small - will fit 2 people with small luggage’s. The toilet bowel cover came off during our stay. The bathroom sink only had cold water. The hot water nob just kept turning. During winter months, this is unacceptable. I had to wash my hands and face over the tub to get warm water. Also the gym is not open! The front desk said it won’t open for a while. I paid the extra money to have a gym! I am a VRBO owner and your place is too expensive for your false listing of facilities!
• Wessam (5/5): It was not up to the level of our expectations - The location of the appartement. The bed was so small for two, the pillows we so thin. The room is not very big as it shows in the pictures. The floor makes sounds when walking ( the Parquet was not in the best condition ). The Hot handle toilet sink was broken, so we had no Hot water when we want to use the toilet sink. Although the landlord sent someone to fix it, but yet it was not fixed.

• Stela (8/5): Very good - very nice view from the window, excellent location, very easy communication with the host. small but confortable studio, minimal but we had everything we needed (including an iron). a little shop next building was very useful. the building is not in a very nice condition and there was a strange smell (not very strong) on the corridors and in the studio. the external windows of the studio need a very serious cleaning. otherwise the studio was very clean.
