• Joshua (1/5): A stressful and frustrating experience due to a double booking that left us without accommodation at check-in, despite u - On the day of check-in, we encountered a significant issue with our booking. Upon opening the lockbox, there was no key inside. After contacting the manager, they arranged for the cleaners to provide us with a spare. However, when we entered the property, we discovered that it was already occupied by other guests. It became clear that the property had been double-booked, and we were not informed of this until shortly before check-in. As a result, we were left scrambling to arrange alternative accommodation at the last minute, which was both highly inconvenient and stressful for myself and my friends. While the manager explained that their booking system was not functioning properly and did provide a refund and provided us with $100 compensation, the situation caused considerable disruption to our plans. I strongly encourage the management to address these system issues to prevent similar experiences for future guests.
• DONNA (7/5): Great for an overnight stay in Sydney which provided comfortable ccommodation for 8 people - Location was great as we had easy access to a function in Darling Harbour and the apartment accommodated the 8 of us. Plenty of off street parking on the weekend and proximity to cafes in walking distance. Quiet street. Unfortunately the divan was broken and as such was not comfortable to sleep in. The spare sheets provided were singles and the divan needed at least a double size
• Shane (7/5): Location is good and great value for money. Apartment was clean - Location Parking was tough, road was closed and made it difficult to navigate, street smelt like sewerage which went into apartment, beds and pillows are like rocks

• Tracey (5/5): For the price I expected better - The location was good. Ten minutes walk to Darling harbour. Parking was included. The host was contactable, we needed additional information to access the car park and apartment. They let us check out at 11am instead of 10. There was only one key and fob to access the apartment. The directions to parking spot and how to access the building were very confusing. We booked for 8 people, and only provided with 7 towels. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. Remote for TV did not work. Main bathroom was very mouldy in shower recess. No rooftop pool and city views. Pool was indoors on level 3. No drying rack for clothing.

• Kate (1/5): Disgusting to find a toilet seat covered in urine - Location was good, quiet street There was urine on the toilet seat and floor, general cleanliness was poor overall. Smelt unclean.
• Cottie (7/5): Good location and adequate for a large family wanting to be together under the one roof - Great location and ideal for a large family. Great having electrical appliances, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Bath and shower were really good after a day of walking. Complex facilities were very good. Ease of getting rid of rubbish was also great with rubbish shute nearby. Trying to locate underground garage and entry key was a bit of a mission. The entry card refered to in communication is actually the fob. The lock box containing the key was hard to open as the lid remained stuck, had to be prised open. The fob was broken in half so had to be held togther to operate. The bearing in the dryer is broken and makes a horrendous noise and needs urgent replacement. A couple of electrical fittings have come away from the wall making connection dangerous and the security lock on the main entrance door was stiff and would not lock. We were a little uneasy during the night not sure if door was completely locked.

• Abilash (1/5): Pathetic , please stay away from this accommodation . - There was nothing likeable in the property The sink was blocked The TV wasn’t working One room was suffocating as there was no ventilation and no fan . Pictures are completely different from reality . The bed was broken at the edge and was not usable . Owner did not heed on any of our requests . The cleaning crew and the owner arrived at the property before checkout time which was quite rude . The parking was confusing with no clear instructions.
