• Courtney (7/5): Good sized unit for a few nights - The location was great for public transport. It was a good sized unit and had everything you needed for a few nights stay. The whole unit needs a good deep clean and then I would have rated it 9/10.
• Muhammad (10/5): Perfect - Great value for money. The property is massive, very well located, and exactly as shown in the pictures - no surprises on arrival. Everything matched the listing perfectly, and the space felt even bigger in person. For the price, it’s honestly an absolute steal, especially given how convenient the location is. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious place without paying a fortune.
• Lucrezia (1/5): FREEZING NIGHT AND NOT REPLY - I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but my experience at this property caused enough discomfort that I felt it was necessary to share it. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed several issues: the radiator in the master bedroom wasn’t working, and despite messaging the host, we never received a reply. The oven was extremely dirty and practically unusable, and the bathroom wasn’t clean either — we ended up having to clean it ourselves on the first evening. The bedsheets were also not in good condition, as we found a noticeable stain on them. On top of that, the Wi-Fi didn’t work for the entire stay. Lastly, the rug in the master bedroom was in terrible shape, extremely dirty. It’s a shame, because with a bit more care and attention from the host, the experience could be much better. I hope these issues will be taken into consideration to improve the property in the future.
• Natalie (5/5): Great location, nice and quiet. Room is fine, but not great! - Good location, really nice and quiet. Close to Mudchute DLR station and the Thames clipper pier at masthouse so nice and easy to get into town. Also some very good Korean restaurants just 5 minutes walk away I had booked for myself and my sister but was told, that they wouldn't set up a sofa bed and we had to share. I had to take my own bedding as being both in our 30s it's not really reasonable to share. I would have booked a room in a hotel if we wanted to. I was told that it would only be set for "larger groups", though seeing as the flat only had 2 forks, 2 mugs, I'm not sure how often they have more than 2 people staying The WiFi wasn't working, and in turn that meant the TV wouldn't work. The only heating that worked was in the living room, so the bedroom was very cold. There was an old sock on the bathroom floor and some hairs in the basin. And the shower was terrible! Though the sofa was actually reasonably comfy.

• Beata (7/5): - Jasne, sympatyczne mieszkanie, dużo okien, sympatyczna okolica, spokojna, cicha. Czasem zaglądała wiewiórka albo przeszedł lis. Blisko do DRL, do osiedlowego sklepiku i przystanków autobusowych. Wygodne poduszki a to niestety rzadkość, choć materac w sypialni zbyt miekki. Mieszkanie było dość brudne (brudne okna, podłogi, wanna - jak się przejechało palcem po wnetrzu zostawał ślad, lustra), dawno nikt tam gruntownie nie sprzątał. Ręczniki w łazience śmierdziały tak, że nie dało się nimi wytrzeć. Musieliśmy je prać bo się nie moglismy doprosić czystych. Oczywiście pralka była, ale żeby już coś do prania, to niestety. Woda w kranie ciężka do okiełznania: albo parzącą albo zimna. Dziwne urządzenie, którego nijak nie dało się ustawić. W kuchni brakowało zwykłych szklanek do picia, jakiejś normalnej patelni. W salonie nie było firanek, a mieszkanie na parterze z oknami przy wejściu do klatki - każdy wsadzał głowę do okna, jak przechodził. Były tylko zasłony, ale nadawały sie do zasłonięcia tylko na wieczór. Rano niestety kino. Zamek w drzwiach mało nie wypadł. Takie drobiazgi, które możnaby niewielkim wysiłkiem poprawić.

• Indre (5/5): Passable, but would not repeat - the bedroom bed was confortable. the bathroom water heating was out of order, the water pressure was really low. Thus, you had either boiling or freezing water. Taking a shower was a miserable experience each time. Water in the kitchen - freezing 24 h. On/off button on the wall for water made no difference. Kitchen cleaness minimum.

I had everything I needed, the only thing I notice was a little bit dust and some extra towals would me nice, but those are only details, in general I realy liked it and will comeback I bate. Had to use the bathroom towel to remove food from the oven. Also, not enough towels for two guests. Additionally, the host charged myself and my friend £5 each parking. He created a narrative about needing to put our car regs on the “system” When we arrived we realised that parking was completely free. He asked us to park in any visitor bay - this was completely free and unmonitored. I double checked this online and this was confirmed. I completely lost trust in the host from then
