- Muhammad Fazal (6/5): - Internet TV Netflix. Spacious apartment. All aircon/ fan ok. Masterroom - sink drain slow moving, low pressure shower head, shaky bathtub. No toiletries (toothbrush). Fridge a bit of smell. Residence carpark so narrow.
- Ravi (8/5): Good place. Bathroom could benefit from tweaks - Clean. Good environment. Soaps were nice and fragrant. Washing machine works. Did 1 load. Clothes dry fast. Good view. Toilet water pressure is very strong and good. Bathtub drain is designed to flow all over the floor. So if u filled up the bathtub to soak or shower in bubble bath. When u drain the tub the soapy water goes all over the floor to the drain. No floor mats for toilet. Would have been good if there was shower curtain Prevent showering splashing from wetting entire bathroom floor.

- Tan (7/5): The check - in directions were clear , owner was very easy to contact and responsive . Apartment is slightly run down fr - Spacious more than sufficient for family of four -six paxs in fact . There's fridge , microwave, kettle with warmer function. Shower gel and hand wash provided . Netflix was provided by owner , contact him for login / password. The bath tub not working , drainage from tub ( standing shower ) goes onto the drainage and the floor spreading across the bathroom. Kitchen utensils not cleaned when handed over . Had to wash over again before use.

- Prue (6/5): Pleasant - The unit was large and had 2 bathrooms. Location to KSL shops were good and the pool was great- it was huge! The place didn't have a lot of kitchenware and the sink didn't work as there was no plug or got water to use. We replaced the plug from the local diy shop. The bath tub wasn't very usable as it leaked when you drained it. The place wasn't overally clean.

- Amos (1/5): Bad Stay - The aircon was good, other than that everything else is bad. The apartment has cockroaches, the bedsheets has stains, the toilets has previous customer's hairs and some stains around the bathtub and basins. Overall experience was bad cause we paid SGD20 cleaning fee, the whole stay was expensive but the experience is very bad. Has 4 lifts, only 1 working and had to wait 20-30mins for a trip up n down.

- Firmanreza (7/5): Return stay .. - Spacious and sufficient beds. The view is fantastic. The Host is humble. TV, netflix and WiFi Superb. Passenger lifts. Takes 20mins of waiting.

- Suki (4/5): Disappointing - Always the location... And staffs respond very fast and friendly. We saw few cockroaches on the floor and one even inside the fridge after we step in the apartment. 😂 The common toilet piping seems got problem keep making huge noise and leaking so i off the water switch in that toilet but the sound still there whenever we flush another toilet. The main issue for us is the cleanliness. The rest still acceptable.

No Netflix set up, hv to contact staff for the account but account doesn’t meant for the tv. Account will log out. Hv to message staff every day to accept access via email.
- Hafizuddin (9/5): Superb - The location is good though it is a busy area. It is near mall, so it is easy for us to buy something to eat. Easy access to car park and easy to communicate with the host. Check in and check out procedure was easy. The lift took us long time to catch.

- Firmanreza (8/5): Nice Host. No hassle.. easy check in and out. - Spacious living room, sufficient bedrooms.. washing machine. High rise view. Corridor water leaking.. almost slip and fell. Passengers lift need maintenance. Most of the time , took staircase to go down G level.
