- Pino (2/5): - Solo la posizione al centro di Napoli Avevamo preso la camera con lo sconto Booking e dopo la prenotazione è spuntato la caparra di 200 euro e di firmare un contratto a riguardo.Alla fine appena arrivati in struttura non volevano darmici una ricevuta del pagamento della caparra e neanche il codice sblocco che a fine soggiorno mi permetteva lo sblocco della caparra.Alla fine dopo una discussione ci ha proposto di pagare altri 20 euro a persona per notte in più,escludendo di pagare pagare la caparra. La camera non è una suite come dice dalla descrizione.La doccia rotta e il bagno che non scaricava. Sentivamo ogni cosa delle camere adiacenti e al mattino sentivamo voci provenienti dai corridoi dell’alloggio.

Purtroppo il servizio clienti non era disponibile e io avevo effettuato già il pagamento. Ho provato a chiedere se era possibile utilizzare la notte ( persa ) in altra data ma mi è stata negata. They require you to come to their office to check in and only then can you go to the room, even though they say you can check in online and go directly to the room. Very inconvenient.
They charge you in 200 Euro deposit for damage you may cause. I took pictures and video of the room when i arrived and also when i left for proove. They say that after 14 business days you refund automatically and i have not recieved the refund yet. i had to contact with booking to get my refund back. They will not recieve it to you automatically so BE CAREFULL!!
Its a scam. DONT even thing about to go to these places. They will take your money and wont be easy to get it back.

- Laila (1/5): Bad - The property offers online check-in which doesn't work, we had to walk to another building 30 minutes away from the guest house to check in, and then walk back another 30 mins to the property.
The room was terrible, flies everywhere, the bathroom drains stank, bed sheets were dirty, the AC wasn't working even after the technician came, it worked for about an hour then stopped working again.
The best part is when we got locked out, the code to get into the property suddenly wouldn't open the main door, we tried to contact the front desk number but got no reply and no one answered our call, luckily other residents came down and we were able to enter after they opened the door.
And the last things is the security deposit that the tell you about a few days before your stay, we had to pay €200 security deposit at the check-in and they told us we would get the refund 15 days after checkout, after chasing them for nearly two months, we finally got our money back today!
Would definitely never stay there again, such a disappointment!

- Grazio (7/5): Short break in Naples - First of all, I would like to say that Clapa Group is a very well organised company. Although I had no time to make a visit at the reception, everything ended up fine. There were no worries about checking in online and finding the building.
The location was perfect not far from Naples Centre. The room was good with a balcony facing the Square, next to Metro Station and lots of shopping and historic places around. The shower needs to be replaced by a new one. The shower tray was blocked, after the second night it started to be very slowly. Moreover the gypsium walls that divide rooms have to be fixed as soon as possible because they start to separate from the main structure.. I think it is a bit risky to keep renting that room.

Disappointing apartment with poor service. the standard of the apartment is not good. There is mold om the ceiling, the bathroom door is broken, and one of the beds were damaged at the bottom and could not be used. The access code must be picked up elsewhere in the city, and the service is lacking with long queues and poor assistance. Definitely not worth the money.

One of the servants at the Reception pushed himself with his finger the button on my phone "approving" the "contract" which was forcing me to accept their "rules" and "registration process" as described above.
As I was chocked by all these criminal circumstances, I called Guardia di Finanza at 117 . They came, but finally they did not help the LAW and my Human Rights and those of all the other customers at all! Based on their local Italian arrangements and a few bottles of cold water offered cheaply by the servants criminals from the Reception.
As a result, I simply left, offering to the criminals from this so called "hotel" and their criminal protectors from the Guardia di Finanza the price of my booking, which was already paid before to go this place.
With the only wish - to go far away from these people and to never come back to Naples - city of criminals!!! This place is run by ILLEGITIMATE means.
They force you to pay 200 Euro by blocking this amount from the bank card of your booking. With the criminal pretention of "guarantee" for possible damages in the room.
Furthermore, this amount is blocked for 1 month!!! Which is completely ILLEGAL and non compliant with any law or rule in Europe or outside.
They also FORCE you to go through some process of electronic check-in, including registering photo of your ID. And we all know how many frauds happen with stollen IDs in the Internet!!!
One of the servants at the Reception pushed himself with his finger the button on my phone "approving" the "contract" which was forcing me to accept their "rules" and "registration process" as described above.
As I was chocked by all these criminal circumstances, I called Guardia di Finanza at 117 . They came, but finally they did not help the LAW and my Human Rights and those of all the other customers at all! Based on their local Italian arrangements and a few bottles of cold water offered cheaply by the servants criminals from the Reception.
As a result, I simply left, offering to the criminals from this so called "hotel" and their criminal protectors from the Guardia di Finanza the price of my booking, which was already paid before to go this place.
With the only wish - to go far away from these people and to never come back to Naples - city of criminals!!!

- Dejan (1/5): Be cafereful about the deposit scam. - Location was great. Rooms were ok. Missing information about mandatory deposit. They decided to keep entire 200 EUR deposit due to smoking in the room. Sign in the room had 50 EUR penalty.

- Leo (1/5): They won't give me back my deposit and I've been complaining for a month and a half. - I still don't know if it was a scam, but when I arrived they made me pay €200 as a deposit and told me that it would be refunded to my credit card after 14 business days. I've been making the claim for a month and a half and they keep telling me that at some point I'll get an email. The night in this hotel ended up costing me €264?? I'M VERY ANGRY, the hotel wasn't even worth the initial price.

There was no human contact for the check in process. It was very cold. Hope you are good with technology and directions you must rely on email and your phone.

- Simran (1/5): Bad - location they charged us 40 euros extra for late check-in when they did not even help us with any check-in procedures. we were waiting with all our luggage and trying to figure out a way to check-in for over an hour. none of the team was answering our calls and neither were we provided with any information beforehand on how to do the check-in.
- Majkosvk (7/5): Good stay for overnight visitors who want to sleep in the center of Naples - The location of the accommodation is perfect - right in the center of Naples. There are plenty of entertainment options around, including bars, restaurants, cultural sights etc. The check-in was online and quite easy, the whole experience was key-less, which was very convenient. The room was spacious and had a nice window. The place contained several apartments and was a bit noisy (guests coming in and out). The accommodation is just next to the big square, you can hear the rush (but it gets quiet at night). The bathroom was a bit dirty with some equipment having rust on it (plus a malfunctioning light in the shower). Parking around is really difficult.

I should be receiving the 200 Euro I deposited. I searched the business and there was so many bad reviews on Google saying the they got scammed because they didn’t know about the 200 euro deposit until you get to check in place and they never return the money after. This is very misleading and fraudulent.
- Agata (5/5): Good - The location was very good, amazing food, beautiful side streets One lady at the reception desk (a very young one) was very nice, while the other lady with black hair (possibly the manager) spoke up and was very rude and shouted over my question. the 20-minute journey to the reception was unexpected. The information on the website is not accurate... found a bug found itself in our bathroom. there was no hot water in the bathroom while the first person was bathing and there were two of us. Definitely will come back but won't use clapa.. it was a mistake.
- Karyn (6/5): Don't bother - Bed was comfortable. Good location near metro station Dante to Garibaldi and central. Easy train trip to Pompeii. Plenty of restaurants in piazza. Supermarket close. After finding our room easily we then had to find check in. Found staff unhelpful. The instructions were unclear how far check in was from our accommodation and were not offered any shuttle. The €200 bond was an absolute rip off. Despite it8 being in their conditions, there is no need for it to be kept for a month!!! I have never paid that much before and deposits are always returned on the day of departure. The room..... bathroom stank. Fridge didn't work. No basic maintenance was observed. Shower head slipped and had to be tied up. Shower door off rail and broken. Shower dirty. Furniture basic, cheap and kitch. One of a few bookings we would not return to and we have travelled extensively over many years. Our rating pulled a 6 out of 10 but it's less than that!

- Katerina (8/5): Great location, small room with balcony view! - The little balcony with a view to Piazza Dante was by far the best feature of the room! The bathroom was clean with a shower and a bidet, including soap/ shampoo samples and towels. The location is one minute from the metro station with easy access to any kind of shop, caffè and restaurant. Of course there were loud noises from the square, shops, people, cars, which is to be expected being in such a central spot. We actually enjoyed the livelihood of the place and did not mind the noises at all. If you wanted to sleep, you could just close the balcony doors and most of the noises were canceled. After visiting other parts of the city we realized it was probably the perfect choice of location. The name of our room was "Foria". It consisted of a double bed, two small nightstands, a small desk, a single chair, a TV and a closet with a money safe box & extra blankets. Our bed linens and toilet paper/ soap samples were changed and renewed once (we stayed 3 nights). There were no keys, only passcodes to every door, which was very convenient as we didn't have to carry or return any keys. We were given clear instructions on how to find and enter the building. Overall great place and value for money, totally recommend!!! One thing I didn't like was that when I booked the room on the booking app, the picture showed a similar, but much larger bedroom. The room wasn't very spacious and you could not walk to the other side of the room easily, as it was blocked by the chair between the desk and the bed. That's why we had to move the chair a lot, but that wasn't too big of a deal. The desk had an inconvenient design with gaps across the surface, so you could not leave small objects on easily. Also I had to pay a 200€ fee, which will be returned after 30 working days given that we did not cause any damages. That was mentioned once I booked the room, so it was no surprise, but still, a bit of an inconvenience to wait such a long time. Lastly, the towels were clean but had a slightly weird smell, like vinegar, and the room wasn't very soundproof, as we could sometimes hear people talking and snoring.

- Qinjia (3/5): It is terrible - It’s bad. The employees could not speak English and I was charged a deposit of 200 euros, and it has not been returned to my bank account yet. At the same time, they didn't use the same place as the real residence, which forced me to take my luggage to check in and walk a long way to the hotel. And when I chose the type of hotel, I chose two single beds, but in the end, when I arrived at the hotel, I found that it was a double bed. I felt cheated, which made my trip very unpleasant. They should improve their services and take care of the feelings of international travellers. And improve their living environment.

Frist they told me 20 days after that 30 days and last maybe 40. I was scared that i will no get my money and i called booking and then they return it after 2 days.
