Einmal.hin&zurück (8/5): - Alles ganz neu und sauber Der Druck in der Dusche perfekt zum lange Haare waschen! Es gibt sogar ne Spülmaschine Leider war unsere Zimmernummer nicht lesbar, sodass wir die Nummer nur erahnen konnten und mehrere Türen ausprobieren mussten.

Kühlschrank) - Checkin war sehr komfortabel über die App abzubilden - Wohnung war im 1. OG, bissel hellhörig zum Flur hin: Das Schallern der Zwischentür im EG, wenn andere sie haben zufallen lassen, hat man ordentlich gehört - Well, ich muss n extra App installieren, aber das auch okayish, td noch n Aufwand mehr als Schlüsselbox

Gemma (7/5): Great appartment for shorts visits in Bremen - In general everything was great. Super clean, comfortable sheets and all the electrodomestics that we needed. Including tea, coffee capsules and a voucher for a coffee in the city. It is a really great apartment for a short visit in Bremen For me the bed pillows were too big and therefore no comfortable but I think that is a personal preference. The bed itself was really comfortable. From the bed we could hear every person that was entering the building and this woke me up every time at night.

Felix (6/5): Es war ok. Wir würden das nächste Mal anderweitig buchen. - Die Einrichtung ist funktional und schick. Die zentrale Lage ist gut. Die Straße ist konstant wahrnehmbar. Das Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus ist ok. Vorne wäre es eine Zumutung. Preis Leistung bei 100€/Nacht ist absolute Obergrenze. Mehr wäre sehr unpassend. Im Badezimmer gibt es keinerlei - also wirklich 0,0 - Ablagen. So gar keine. Ernsthaft? Der Geschirrspüler ist bereits kaputt. Und das Kochfeld bedarf einer Bedienungsanleitung. 🙄

Elke (7/5): - Küchenausstattung sehr mager, insbesondere kein Backofen, nur einfache Microwelle ohne weitere Funktionen. Die Beschattungsrollos sind nicht komplett oben und klappern so beim kleinsten Wind, besonders nachts sehr störend. Das sollte dringend repariert werden.

René DLR (8/5): - Mooi grote ruimte. Alles heel goed geregeld. Dicht bij het centrum. De grootste slaapkamer heeft een open verbinding met de keuken en de woonkamer. Hierdoor komt er geluid en licht de slaapkamer binnen.

Vor Ort ist leider kein Ansprechpartner. - Gute Lage , nicht ganz im Zentrum , aber zumindest nicht weit weg.Parkhaus in der Nähe. Probleme beim einchecken . Die App hat die Zimmernummer nicht korrekt angezeigt,wir mussten an allen Zimmer Türen probieren ob sich unsere Tür öffnen lässt. Bei Ankunft war die untere Haustür wegen Bauarbeiten offen und wir gingen rein . Später, gegen 23 Uhr liess sich diese Tür mit der App aber nicht öffnen und wir mussten überall klingeln bis sich zum Glück jemand fand der uns öffnete . An der Zimmertür funktionierte die App wieder. Der Fön der im Schrank lag , verursachte beim einschalten einen Kurzschluss so das die Hauptsicherung raus flog und wir erstmal im dunkeln standen …
Heiko (9/5): Wirklich zu empfehlen! - Zentrale Lage, Parkhaus direkt um die Ecke, der digitale Zugang hat auf Anhieb und super funktioniert. Aufzug vorhanden. Großzügiges Apartment mit guter Ausstattung und tollem Blick über den Stadtgraben. Die vorigen rauchenden Mieter haben ihre Kippen auf dem Stuhl auf dem Balkon entsorgt. Aschenbecher wäre ne Option dort. TV im Schlafzimmer hat zuerst nicht funktioniert… Loses und abgeknicktes Antennenkabel, konnte aber schnell behoben werden. Keine Minuspunkte, nur Anmerkungen 👍🏻

Stefan (8/5): Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. - Die Wohnung war sehr modern, sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet – es war alles da, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders positiv war die einfache Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Die Haltestelle „Radio Bremen“ ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gab nichts, was mir an der Unterkunft negativ aufgefallen ist.
