Michail (7/5): Very good money value - Very small nice room with the shower in the bedroom very fancy . There was no hearing and the hot water was very tricky . But it was an independent room in chapiñero , something that gives access to many things The basic disadvantage : I was located in the ground floor and I realised that my room was a garage converted to a room. Very noisy. The other tenants didn’t respect the people staying on the ground floor and the noise from the doors was unbearable. I didn’t sleep well

Iván (8/5): Buena estancia si vas a un concierto - El lugar es pequeño pero cómodo, y bien equipado para una estancia agradable. Camas cómodas y buen wifi. Está relativamente cerca del Movistar Arena y el Campín, además de algunos clubes nocturnos para rumbear. La insonorización del edificio no es la mejor, si tienen sueño liviano puede que les cueste dormir ya que se escuchan las puertas y conversaciones de otras habitaciones. Siento que un microondas hace falta para calentar algunas cosas de manera rápida sin en encender la estufa

Juan José (9/5): Volvería, definitivamente. - Está bien ubicado, tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Facilidad de transporte. Es cómodo y bonito. El equipamiento de la cocina podría ser mejor, tal vez un microondas o incluso un dispensador de agua harían la estadía mucho más cómoda.

Villa-diego (10/5): Very happy overall with this place, very nice, renovated, just little noisy early in the am. - Very well located and convenient places to walk to Little bit more kitchen appliances like microwave, soap, etc, but in general this apt has mostly everything needed to stay with friends/family.
