Guest Reviews
- June (10/5): Wonderful place to stay. - It was a wonderful apartment and very quiet. The property was beautiful and pool was lovely. Having to pick up the key at a different location would have been a little easier if it was at the property. The lady I dealt with was helpful though.
- Georgina (9/5): -
- Heather (9/5): Beautiful Noosa. - Location is fantastic. Apartment was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Pillows too large for me.Should have a choice.Spare bedding clogged up quite a bit of the storage spaces.
- Chris (8/5): -
- Kylie (8/5): Great to a short stay as the location to Hasting Street is perfect. - Location to Hastings Street. Bed was comfortable and it was well appointed. Location of the unit within the complex was ok. Good for two people only. The pool was lovely, great temperature and The wardrobe was tiny and not enough space for two people. There was no full-length mirror. Layout was odd with a door into the bedroom and the shoji screens; door seemed redundant and could be used for more storage space. Outdoor furniture was subpar; a chair was broken. The dryer did not work, neither did the hairdryer but they very quickly replaced that for us. Extra towels would have been good.
- Green (9/5): Great location, excellent room and facilities. - Location was good. Central to resort facilities and the main street. Room had all the basic facilities required and needed for the stay.
- Murray (3/5): Misleading information - Advertisement quoted apartment had "a private pool". Apartment had no pool! There was a general "resort pool" shared by all apartments, found this advertisement misleading and may have booked elsewhere had we known.
- Stephen (6/5): -
- Samantha (5/5): Third time staying at French Quarter - this was our dissapointed dust due to the room and its location. - The pool and gardens are lovely. Good location. Late check out was great. I didn’t realize when I booked it was through an independent agent offsite. Key didn’t work, had to leave key in room making it a hassle to get car out of garage. I assumed the fold up bed would have been made up without having to request it. My son had to sleep on blankets. Poor communication, fold out bed wouldn’t fold back meaning there was virtually no room in the living area. Noisy, above car park, trucks heard from very early in the morning.
- Lynne (8/5): -
- Phil (9/5): We had a lovely stay.great location and lovely clean and well equipped unit - Space cleanliness facility
- Kirsty (10/5): Perfect stay thank you - Location
- Glenn (8/5): Location superb. - Location, location & location. Pool area. Bed. Laundry. Just little details let you down; e.g. broken coffee pod machine (wrong pod size anyway). No tea bags or sugar on arrival. No laundry detergent supplied. Broken outdoor chair.
- Debbage (8/5): Very good -
- Thesalonikeos (8/5): Very good - Watching the television on wet days would have been improved by a comfortable lounge.
- Natasha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brian (7/5): Good - Everything was nice & close My only complaint was the noise of the renovation s going on from 9-3 pm everyday .Wasn’t that relaxing around the pool area.Felt sorry for families had rooms close to the renovations
- Maria (7/5): Good -
- Helen (9/5): Superb -
- Chris (8/5): Very good - Great location, plenty of food, shopping and the beach at your doorstep, We were participating in the Noosa Marathon, so being able to walk across the road to the start line was a great bonus. Enjoyed recovering in the pool and spa afterwards. As we were not sure on our arrival time, having to constantly communicate regarding when, where and how we were to pick up our keys made it more painful than it should be.
- Rhys (8/5): Very good -
- Brendan (4/5): Disappointing - Location The fans are dirty and grapes stems in two locations.
Booked for the sofa bed to be made up for a third person. Then couldn’t walk around the apartment as it takes up to much room!
Towels for two people when there were three on the booking.
The coffee machine didnt work as the pods would drop straight there the machine.
For the price it wasnt good value.
Our friends stayed in the hotel for cheaper with a better room 107.
- Thesalonikeos (6/5): I had a pleasant stay and am a return visitor of almost 20 years. - I liked being oin the end apartment and up high for breezes and watching the birds in the big gum tree. The lounge is very uncomfortable for watching a movie and grubby. Children's hand prints showed mote time cleaning between guests is warranted.
- Daniela (10/5): Exceptional - Early and late check in options
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Clear instructions and easy to collect. Lovely people, very helpful.
- Daryl (8/5): Very good -
- Melanie (3/5): Was okay but would not stay there again. Expected better for the money. - Location. Sun on the desk in the morning. Tiny kitchen, no dishwasher, very very noisy location - rubbish trucks at 6.30am every day crashing and banging. Then drunken people shouting till late.
Floor plan wasn’t effective for space use.
Couch was crappy quality. Blinds were broken when we arrived ( they sent someone to fix but they are sure to break again).
