• Ronald (3/5): - Location was excellent. Getting access to apartment was easy. Walking distance many must see sites. The bathroom smelt really bad. Even with fan running all the time the smell did not go away. Ceiling fan caked with dirt. Apartment was in rough shape, flooring worn out, chairs missing legs, shower door broken, no dish rack, no towel to dry dishes, no face cloths. Did not find WIFI info till the last day (hidden in a drawer). Mattress were not very comfortable.

• Melodi (4/5): Solo ubicación - La ubicación. Demora en la comunicación. Impreciso los datos sobre equipaje. No había toallas, las camas no son cómodas. Es un espacio para una pareja o 3 personas no para más. La cocina no cuenta con secador ni papel toalla si deseas tomar un cafe o algo. El baño muy pequeño. El lavabo es muy muy pequeño y te chocas con el espejo. Falta mantenimiento.
• Wendy (10/5): Great stay - The apartment was clean, comfortable and central for all our needs. Would have preferred twin beds or pull out bed rather than bunks however it was in description and was a very comfortable stay and the apartment exceeded expectations.
• Hill (7/5): - The location was great and the cost for four people to share was very reasonable. A good option for a group 4-6 budget conscious travelers who want to stay in the West End. The bathroom was a little disappointing- small and needing upgrades.
• Diego (2/5): Vivamente sconsigliato: host menefreghista - Buona la posizione, anche se rumorosa la sera. Abbiamo prenotato questo appartamento per 6 persone. All’arrivo i letti erano predisposti solo per 4, rendendo così non possibile per gli altri 2 dormire. La prima notte l’host ha insistito che i servizi di pulizie avrebbero sistemato la camera per 6, ma così non è stato. Nemmeno per la seconda notte per 2 persone non è stato possibile dormire, dal momento in cui nessuno è venuto (i lenzuoli erano solo per 4 persone). In tutto ciò l’host il secondo giorno ha risposto ai messaggi solo a mezzanotte dell’ultima notte, inaccettabile. Appartamento molto sporco: macchie e residui di cibo ovunque, capelli in tutti i letti. Ho avviato una richiesta di rimborso, con Booking che spero si concluda a meglio.

• Dan (9/5): - Very good location. Finding it was a bit of a fun. Not much direction on maps and kinda awkward to find.
• Nadia (1/5): Top locatie verschrikkelijk appartement - De locatie Het stonk er verschrikkelijk. De badkamer was echt verschrikkelijk. M’n kinderen wilden niet douchen omdat de douche en toilet zo erg stonken.

Asunnossa voisi tehdä pienen remontin niin se olisi täydellinen. Kylpyhuone ja huoneen lattia kaipaisi kunnostusta. Keittiö on siisti, mutta miksi yksi peiteseinä pyykinpesukoneen vieressä on epäsiisti ja kulunut. Ikkunat voisi ainakin pestä niin näkymä ulos olisi mukavampi!

There was bars right below us open until 3AM The bathroom smelt awful and the tiles in the bathroom where loose and could easily cut yourself. The floor in main apartment area could do with replacing also. The photos look much better than in real life.

• juliet (5/5): Not worth the stay - The property was central for our stay. It was easily located and safe entering the building and flat. Bed linen and towels were clean. The cleanliness was not up to standard and not as the property photos show or describe. Bathroom- smelt awful of sewage. No plugs in sink or shower. Tap leaked. Hair in sink. Mouldy paint around sink. Toilet roll holder off the wall but sharp fittings left. Shelf above sink so bumped head poor design. Major safety concern over floor tiles with lifting and movement. Shower tray drops unsafe and door doesn’t close properly. Main living area - Flooring cracked, lifting and unsafe for bare foot. Plaster left on cupboard side, Towel left for kitchen area not a tea towel. Lots of spoons NO forks. No scissors. Marks all over painted walls. Vanity mirror not working wires pulled out the back. Desk chair leg broken but conveniently left in desk drawer. Glass cracked in left hand window then the safety shutter over the top is broken so doesn’t latch at the top so cold draft. Curtain hanging off. Piece of bed frame left beside desk.

• Arturo (2/5): Spesso a Londra ma questo è posto peggiore dove ho soggiornato. - Solo la posizione della struttura. Appartamento numero 12 : odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno, non si poteva lasciare la porta aperta. Piastrelle traballanti, ruggine da per tutto, tutto scrostato, materassi ultrasottili e cuscini scomodissimi. Aggiungo che dovendo restare la mattina abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in fase di check out risposta negativa che ci ha costretto a spendere altre 69 sterline per trovare un deposito bagagli.
• Lombardía Grangel (8/5): Estic satisfeta, tot i algun inconvenient tornaria a repetir degut al preu acceptable per l'ubicació - El que més m'ha agradat és l'ubicació, era perfecta, al centre de Londres, es podia arribar a peu en pocs minuts a la majoria d'atraccions turístiques. Com a tal l'interior de l'apartament també estava bé, ben equipat, però la neteja podria millorar molt, hi havia bastanta pols, i sobretot el lavabo era bastant brut, de totes maneres tampoc era tan exagerat. A part, els llits no eres de molt bona qualitat, però s'hi podia dormir!

Los Reyes Magos de Oriente podrían dejar un colchón nuevo, ya miso se convierte en una cama de agua. El cuarto de baño le hace falta alguna reforma en losas y acabados.

• Georgia (8/5): - In a great location. Clean and Tidy, with all necessary amenities. Easy to access, clear check in instructions. It is a bit worn on the inside. But it was clean, comfortable in a good location and for a good price.

• Vanessa (3/5): Only the location was nice in this place. I would not stay there again - The location. Room very small and dirty. Washing machine and dryer very outdated with a bad smell. Bathroom is very old, some tiles were not even fixed on the floor properly.
• Rebecca (1/5): - This property should not be available for rent. It is unsafe to occupy with a strong odour and mould in the bathroom. The tiles and bathroom flooring are all broken and sinking when you put weight on it. This apartment would not pass for an occupancy certificate and should be taken off booking.com platform. Our family had to cover our noses with t-shirts to use the bathroom and my son suffers from asthma and had to breath in the water damage mould stench. My son also cut his toe on the broken flooring. We vacated this property less than 24 hours after we arrived as soon as we could find other accomodation. There were no towels available either. Once again, this property should not be available to rent until the bathroom has been renovated to a safe occupancy level

• Bruna (10/5): Foi muito boa, e para hospedagens de poucos dias super vale a pena, eu voltaria super indico. - Nós hospedamos em grupo de 6 pessoas, acomodou bem, como fizemos estadia de apenas 2 dias foi excelente. Caso precise ficar hospedado mais dias e com grupo de pessoas talvez seja mais complicado pela privacidade. No meu caso como estava em família com meus pai e ir foi muito bom. Roupas de camas boa, a localização excelente ao l Picadilly circus, poucos minutos da China tow. Por estar próxima a uma região mais movimentada e noturna, o barulho de carros e fluxo aos arredores.

• Christine (8/5): Great location , good facilities - The location was excellent. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It was nice to have shower gel and shampoo and washing up liquid provided. Communication was good and friendly A few comments below but it didnt distract overly from this being sich a good location I thought tea and coffee night have been included. The bathroom could use some maintenance from flaking plaster As 3 friends over 60 the top bunk was a little hard to climb in and out if in order to give us a bed each
• Mark (4/5): The location was the only thing worth wanting again. - The location was great. Couldn’t ask for more. The bathroom was terrible. The tiles on the floor were loose. The maintenance was merely caulking. It’s in dire need of a redo. The water spilling on the loose tiles merely sheds into the cracks and is damaging the subfloor. The toilet paper holder was missing. Impossible to brush teeth without bumping head on the shelf below the mirror. Needed a/c too at that of year too.
• Teresa (9/5): - El apartamento es excelente. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí y repetiremos. La situación es céntrica, perfecta . Nos atendieron perfectamente y estuvieron atentos para que nuestra estancia fuese cómoda y perfecta. No nos supuso ningún problema, pero si es cierto que se oye mucho ruido de la calle por las noches. Por si alguien es delicado para esto , hay que tenerlo en cuenta.

• Chloe (2/5): The stay was absolutely horrific I would not recommend this apartment. - The location was the only good thing about this property. It was extremely unclean, the staff were ridiculous and very unhelpful.
• Moss (5/5): Pretty mid - Great location, did the job for a couple of nights with friends. Plenty of space for the four of us, and the TV included netflix and YouTube. Plenty of storage for personal items The bathroom had rust all over the walls, and the shower had no door. Despite the fact there was a kitchen, there were no pans to use, so cooking was no longer an option. No air con, just two stand alone fans, so room was rather warm. WiFi in the building worked on mobile devices but not on the TV, but that was easy enough to fix with personal hotspots
• Rob (7/5): Good - Perfect location to see London! There's no air conditioning and it was very hot and stuffy while we were there. Had to leave the windows open but that let in a lot of noise.
• Jeannette (3/5): Poor Service - Location Unfortunately I would not recommend renting Piccadilly Haven. Upon arrival we noticed half of the shower door was missing and the air conditioning would not turn on. In addition, the trash can lid was broken and on the only working fan out of 2, the stand was broken. I contacted the owner who said a new shower door was on order, so apparently knew but did nothing to fix the situation. So for a week our family showered with one towel to soak up the water on the bathroom floor. (Even just putting up a shower curtain with a bar would have been better). The unit has a ton of potential but the broken and half broken items all need replaced. We enjoyed London and made the most of it.
• Kate (10/5): Exceptional - Bright airy apartment. Fantastic location. We didn't use the microwave or washing machine as we weren't staying long enough. I would stay here again. Clean towels and a comfortable bed.
• Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - Great location and very good contact with the landlord. It could be a little bit cleaner. It is city center so quite loadly till veeeery late hours, but on the other hand side you are in tremendous location

• Laura (1/5): If you want clean or good visitor care don’t bother staying here - Good location in easy reach of tube and where I needed to be for surgery. It was not clean or hygienic. There were hairs on the bathroom wall, stains around the room, fag ends on the window, and mould in the shower. I left something and ask to arrange postage and was told even if they had it I need to collect. Totally over looking the fact I was visiting London and don’t live there! I tried to contact them on WhatsApp and again on messages but been ignored now. My sister had gone out for a cigarette on the first night and stood by the closed door, she said within minutes a man came shouting at her telling her with what looked like a group of friends saying he’s management and needed to move away from the door. She tried to move in to the pavement and he attempted to move her. Appreciate if she had the door open letting smoke inside but this wasn’t the case. You can’t be sending women away from the building in the centre of london where they are not familiar. Particularly when they are in a public street and entitled to be there. Anyway he then carried on with his friends and she didn’t see him again. Very odd, felt a bit like you’re being watched and the staff operate in numbers to intimidate.

• John (2/5): Great location but poorly maintained - Location near Piccadilly Circus was ideal for sightseeing and shows Generally tatty and in need of a refurbishment. Bathroom was very run down, dank and none too clean. Shower door did not close, sink did not drain. Towels clean but holed. Wooden floor badly worn throughout, old and very dirty sponge/scourer supplied at the kitchen sink. Waste bin broken. No dish towel supplied, some light bulbs needed replacement. Could be amazing given the location but no care or detail taken over the facilities and state of repair. Would not recommend in this state.
• Lisa (3/5): No keys at all! Could not lock the apartment - very poor customer service from vendor. Good location - Location was excellent, beds clean and comfy. Kitchen facilities all good. Bathroom was old, out of date and grout in the shower was filthy dirty. The whole bathroom was not a good standard. We had an access code to the main outside door but no key at all for the actual apartment. It was open on arrival. We could not lock the apartment!!! We missed our dinner reservation whilst waiting for the vendor to reply to messages and phone calls. We gave up after a couple of hours and had to go out leaving all of our shopping and belongings in an unlocked apartment. Totally unacceptable. Tried contacting the vendor on return and no response to any communication.

• José (7/5): Good - The location was amazing. It accommodates well 5-6 people on short stays. Lack of cleanliness, found hairs on the floors and bread crumbs on the sofa. Lack of drainage on the bathroom sink.

• Leanne (7/5): Good - Location was terrific. Bed linen clean. Well equipped kitchen facilities. Bonus was the washing machine. Didn't have air conditioning as stated. The floors seemed sticky, might be because of cleaning products. Bathroom can do with a good clean. Back of door was dirty.

• Damon (6/5): Great location and apartment - better communication required. - The apartment is in a fantastic location and is clean and generally well-appointed. There was no communication in regard to how to get the keys. The host was hard to contact and it took us a while to get through and receive the instructions.
• Thomas (7/5): Good - Exactly as photographed, clean, comfortable, not too noisy considering central location. Well stocked kitchen etc - all towels, soap provided. A lot of potential to be a 10/10! Check-in process not the smoothest but probably because we booked just a few hours before check in time. Communal area downstairs quite messy because of ongoing works - but this doesnt affect apartment at all. Was told to use the lift by host but it felt dangerous and there was a sign when we got out telling us not to use it.
