• Marie-anaïs (7/5): Could have been fantastic with proper cleaning and professionalism from the agency. - Most comfy bed. The space. Proximity to the city center. The washing machine and use of the kitchen. Sad there is no basic products as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea. The contact with the host… had to send a mail + message on booking + finally call with my French number… to get the information to access the flat. We never got a welcoming message explaining everything so we had to call as well for the WiFi code etc Also the agency wanted to be paid by cash and was a bit brutal to get the money at the beginning… while as we didn’t get any welcoming message we couldn’t organise to have it at their expected time. For this we would not come back. And finally it was almost well cleaned except the fridge (who loves bread crumbs that are not theirs ?) and the shower stucked with hair… that we had to remove as the water would flow in the center of the bathroom. For this we would not come back.
• Kevin (9/5): Skanderbeg complex - Really nice apartment, spacious enough for a couple. It's walking distance to the city center and Skanderbeg square. It's also new and nicely renovated. The soap dispenser in the toilet was broken, and the toilet brush was not clean.

• Bartosz (10/5): A clean, modern, well located apartment. - Very clean and modern apartment, good location (although somehow difficult to find), fast broadband, smart TV. Very good communication with the host. A duvet cover would be better than a single sheet.

• Alin-cosmin (9/5): Great place for a Tirana stay - The photographs were very much in accordance with the actual place. It was a very comfortable place. It had everything that we required to cook for ourselves. We had access to warm water. Everything was clean and the staff managing the apartment were very kind and considerate. We found the shower drainage to be inadequate and the air conditioning unit in the bedroom was not heating the room effectively. However, apart from these issues, we had a wonderful time.
