• Chughtai (9/5): - I really loved the location, it’s within walking distance of the tram and a grocery store, which made everything so convenient. The check-in process was very smooth, and the host was amazing throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place!

• Alexandra (8/5): Fantastic stay with the family. Great location, easy access to trams, has everything we needed - Great location, lovely little unit with everything we needed. The kids loved the location being so close to the playground and getting into the city was so easy with the tram stop just around the corner. We had a great stay and loved it. The only thing I would comment on was the shower. The water didn't drain as quickly so you end up staying in water while having a shower. And the floor of the shower bath felt a bit spongy, so if you are sensitive to those kind of things be aware that you might not enjoy the shower. Otherwise, I can't fault it.

• Katja (5/5): Could be a good apartment if cleaned and maintained properly - Good size, comfy and clean beds, quiet in the night, walkable distance from CBD, convenient parking in front, good amount of kitchenware Very dusty (black dust accumulated over years) under beds, one big mouldy spot on a wall, cobwebs and spiders throughout apartment. A hole in the wall over bunk beds where spiders came in. Space under front door through which mosquitoes and bugs came in. Sofa badly stained. Dangerous loose small glass shelf in bath tub waiting to fall down and shatter. Wrote landlord about most of these shortcomings on first evening and the response was that we could cancel anytime and get our money back. No offer of deep cleaning.

• Treena (7/5): Depends what you want - The unit was quite nice, location was good, the owner was very nice she refunded our cleaning fee after we sent her photos of how dirty her unit was. (she did not know). Not a bad spot if you are just going to be sleeping there. Not big enough to comfortably accommodate a family of 7, set up to sleep 8, photos make it look quite spacious, suited to 4 ppl comfortably. If you all wanted to sit comfortably and relax watching a movie of a night there is only room for 3 on the sofa. There is no fan/ventaltion in the bathroom, the window is locked no key provided, lot of mould in the bathroom, unit was very dusty, carpets not vacuumed, maintence/gardener outside bedroom windows at 7am with blower vac.

• Rajesh (5/5): Passable - the property location was good. Ameneties in the apartment were not of great quality. The bathroom sink was blocked. The dishwasher was not cleaning the utensils properly.

• Alison (10/5): Nice cozy appartment, great location. - Great location. Nice and clean, cute little apartment. Shower/bath situation is a little difficult, the shower pressure is so strong the shower head flies upward. The entry to the shower is difficult to enter as it’s a small opening between shower and tiling at the end of bath.
