• Carla (2/5): EVITER - L' ubication. La saleté, surtout dans toute la "cuisine", mais aussi dans le sol, la table, les chaises, les draps de lit... L'odeur à pis dans les escaliers pendant les cinq jours que je me suis logée là. La tv ne marche pas. Il n' y a pas suffisante lumière. Tout est très vieux. Les coussins avec boules, les chaises en plastique bien dures. La porte du congélateur était cassée il y a longtemps et dédans plein de glace. Il n'y a pas presque vaisselle et toute sale. Le évier bouché. Pas de savon. La douche seulement avec le flexible, Alors, pas de douche.

Supersnelle en vriendelijke communicatie met de host. Alles was super, zou deze accommodatie zeker nog een keer boeken. We sliepen aan de achterzijde, superstil. Niets

• MJT (9/5): Heerlijke appartement op top locatie ! - Locatie: midden in het centrum. Meteen in de gezelligheid van restaurants, winkels (ook een Carrefour), terrassen Heerlijk bed. Koffie en thee faciliteiten. Goede douche. Zeer attente gastvrouw: complimenten voor de hulpvaardigheid van Jacky; stroom was uitgevallen, zij kwam binnen een paar minuten kijken voor hulp (zelfs op zaterdagavond!) Zij was ook zeer goed bereikbaar voor van alles en nog wat. Dank daarvoor!

• marielle (9/5): Pratique & efficace - L’emplacement au top à 2 pas de là cathédrale quartier sympa calme - studio bien équipé- literie souple confortable - chauffage - douche: plomberie débit et grandeur ok Capsules de café fort appréciées 😁 Cuisine non utilisée Arrivée autonome mais logeur réactif Grosse valise s’abstenir dans l’escalier 😅 Alcôve pour le lit étroite et le sol mais rien de rédhibitoire. Je conseille de laisser la voiture au P+R ( attention à la zone basse émission) olympiade par ex on a payé 2 € pour 2 jours 🤪 trajet tram + métro facile en plus on passe à la gare centrale magnifique.

• Nathalie (10/5): - Goede locatie! De kamers aan de achterkant zijn heel rustig, wij zaten in nummer 2 op de 1e verdieping. De trap is smal, er is geen lift. Als je het vraagt, kun je een fiets stallen in ruimte ernaast. Kamer is ruim met bank en eettafel en kleine keuken. Let dus op bij het kiezen dat de even nummers aan de achterkant liggen en de oneven nummers aan de drukkere voorkant. Hoe hoger het nummer, hoe meer trappen je op moet.

• Noordeloos (8/5): Leuke comfortabele studio in centrum van Antwerpen - Kamer was niet aan de straatzijde en daardoor rustig voor het centrum. In de studio met klein keukentje vonden we alles wat nodig was. Het bed sliep lekker en was schoon. Tegenover het gebouw is een Carrefour Express waar je etenswaren kunt kopen. Gezellige straat met leuke winkeltjes Uitchecken tussen 8 en 11, 12 uur zou wat relaxter zijn. Verder prima!

• Sevcan - Onur Göksel (7/5): - Bayağı genişti bir odaydı, yatak konforluydu, sırt ağrısı yaşamadık. Kahve, kahve kreması, çay vesaire bolca vardı. Tabak, çatal, kaşık bardak, fincan ne ararsanız vardı. O konuda çok yeterliydi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Bir kere daha Anvers’e geleceğimizi düşünmüyorum ama gelirsek tercih ederiz. Çalışan yoktu otelde, yazışarak hâllettik her şeyi. İletişimde olduğumuz kişi oldukça nazikti. 😌 Havlunun tekinde lekeler vardı ve aşırı rahatsız ediciydi. Bana göre en büyük eksisi terlik olmamasıydı. Yanımızda terlik olmadığı için çoraplarla yere basmak zorunda kaldık ve sadece sırt çantamızla geldiğimiz için terlik de alamadık dönerken sığmayacak diye. Ayrıca oda üçüncü kattaydı, merdivenler yorucuydu biraz.
• C. (8/5): - Gefallen hat mir die zentrale Lage, ich war gleich mittendrin und im März ist das prima. Man muss aber wiss, das es nachts auch lange laut sein kann, sobald mit zunehmenden Temperaturen die Außengastro stärker genutzt wird und es in der Altstadt belebter ist. Gefallen hat mir auch, dass ich mit einem Code einchecken konnte. Gefallen hat mir das große Bett (habe gut geschlafen), das Bad war modern und prima, die Mini-Küchenzeile, die zwar nicht für große Kochaktionen geeignet war, aber mit kleinem Kühlschrank, 2 Kochplatten und Mikrowelle dafür sorgte, dass man nicht jede Mahlzeit draußen nehmen musste, was Geld spart. Ansonsten findet man gleich vor der Tür viel Gastro, Shopping, Sightseeing, Kultur und alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt. Alles was ich unternommen habe ging prima fußläufig. Den Essplatz hätte ich mir etwas größer gewünscht. Das Trepphaus war eng, könnte Problem für größere Gepäckstücke sein, hatte ich aber nicht. Kein Aufzug. Den Fernseher habe ich nicht ans Laufen bekommen. Habe mich auch nicht sonderlich darum bemüht und einfach auf meinem iPad geschaut. WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Stimmen im Trepphaus waren gut zu hören, war aber selten. Bis auf einen einzigen Ehestreit haben sich alle benommen. Parken ist in der Innstadt ist richtig teuer, ca. 30 € pro Tag. Ich habe im Parkhaus Brabo geparkt, ungefähr Parallelstraße, 24 €/Tag. So konnte ich immer wieder mal Shoppingbeute im Auto deponieren. Tipp: im 2. Untergeschoss standen kaum Autos, viel Platz und Bewegungsfreiheit also.
• Katharina Emma Maria (8/5): Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen wenn man im Thema Sauberkeit nicht allzu penibel ist. - Super Lage, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen! Unser Zimmer ging in den Innenhof und dadurch war es super leise und angenehm. Kein Lärm aber super zentral. Sehr oberflächlich geputzt, war leider nicht so sauber wie es sein sollte.

The location is perfect, Jacky is amazing and the flat itself is ideal! The beds are super comfortable. So happy and will stay here again ❤️ If I were super picky - the pillows need upgrading but it’s very minor and didn’t affect our stay.

• Julia (7/5): Günstig, zweckmäßig, gute Lage- für unempfindliche Ohren - Die Lage ist wirklich gut, die Einrichtung zweckmäßig, das Appartement ist sauber, allerdings muss man bedenken, dass pro Tag noch 25 Euro Parkgebühren dazu kommen. Leider hörte man insbesondere nachts nahezu jedes Wort, das auf der Straße gesprochen wurde- bei geschlossenem Fenster. Zudem hatte ich das Pech, dass im Appartement unter mir (Nr.3) in der zweiten Nacht zwei (scheinbar) Männer die ganze Nacht lautstark Party gemacht haben. Dadurch, dass man keine Rezeption o.Ä. hat, ist man da natürlich auf sich alleine gestellt...Also- die Schalldämmung innen und außen kann definitiv verbessert werden.

• Sophie (10/5): Au cœur battant de la ville - La situation est idéale au cœur du centre historique et a 2 pas de la station de transports groenplaats. Mais tout peut se faire à pieds car Anvers est un musée à ciel ouvert. Le quartier regorge de bonnes adresses pour se restaurer et donc nous n'avons pas profité de la kitchenette bien pratique. Le studio est confortable et la literie juste bien moelleuse. 2 WC pour une grande facilité intime🚽👌et surtout le calme. Communication de confiance avec Jacky. Nous n'avions pas vu notre hôte mais il a été très disponible et très arrangeant et sympathique. Une adresse à retenir. Merciiiiii

• Konstantina (7/5): Δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ !!! - Η τοποθεσία Δεν υπήρχε ασανσέρ και η σκάλα ήταν υπερβολικά στενή και απότομη ..επίσης το στρώμα και το μαξιλάρι χρειάζονται επειγόντως αλλαγή …το παράθυρο είχε υπερβολικά ωραία θέα όμως τα τζάμια ήταν μονα οπότε ακουγοταν κι παραμικρός θορυβος δυστυχώς η φωτογραφία με τη πραγματικότητα είχαν μεγάλη διαφορά

Groenplaats metro station is 2-3 mins walking distance. Central station is around 10 mins walking distance. Overall it is worth to stay here. nothing, all was good.

• Michielsen (5/5): - Locatie Geen kleerkast/WiFi niet kunnen gebruiken/slechte tv verbinding/diepvries stuk/alles viel van de muren bv in de badkamer de verwarming regelaar stuk/ het houdertje van toilet papier kwal van de muur alsook die in de douche, stopcontact in de keuken kwam ook los/ dit zijn misschien allemaal wel wat mankementen maar ik heb me daar wel aangestoord en durfde niets meer aan te raken, misschien naar de toekomst iets van een kleine handleiding hoe de tv werkt?2 afstandsbedieningen... Als je de stop in de wasbak in de keuken stak moest je heel veel moeite doen om die er weer uit te krijgen....het bleef maar duren, ik ben helemaal geen muggen zifter maar de verouderde studio heeft toch wel eens een degelijk onderhoud nodig.

• Ornella (9/5): Centralissimo, comodo e confortevole - La posizione centralissima a due passi dalle principali attrazioni e ai monumenti. La zona è piena di ristoranti per tutti i gusti, ma servita anche da market e centri commerciali. La fermata della metro è a due passi, Appartamento comodo, ben organizzato, dotato di quanto richiesto, arredato con gusto; bagno sufficientemente ampio. Affacciandosi su una strada molto centrale è capitato che, durante la notte, si sentisse talvolta un po’ di chiasso. L’appartamento era al primo piano, la parete sulla strada è costituita da ampie e belle finestre che garantiscono un’ottima vista, ma poca privacy, a meno che non si chiudano le tende costringendo ad oscurare la stanza, basterebbe aggiungere delle tendine che permettano di far filtrare la luce. Anche se non ritengo sia fondamentale, la tv si sintonizza su pochi canali.

• Rachele (10/5): Incantevole - Una struttura davvero perfetta, con tutti i suoi comfort, posizione super centrale che ci ha permesso di fare rientro nella giornata se ne avevamo bisogno. Bagno spazioso e tutto molto pulito. Veramente niente da dire, lo rifarei altre mille volte.

• Martine (7/5): - Locatie, alles te voet te doen en leuke restaurants in de buurt. Aanraders bar Bar Bistro 2 (belgisch/frans) en Hoi An (vietnamees) Dancing Chocolat ook erg leuk Badkamer rook niet erg fris en slechte afzuiging

• Manfred (9/5): Der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen. - Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad ist sehr schön. Nachttischlampen haben wir vermisst, Der Kaffeeautomat funktionierte selten.

• Melissa (7/5): Prima kamer midden in het centrum - Locatie midden in het centrum M'n de badkamer rook enorm naar putlucht, de douche en het kraantje doorspoelen hielp onvoldoende. Ook wT stoffig hier en daar.

• Tjitske (9/5): Een fijne plek waarvandaan je leuk Antwerpen kan verkennen! - Een hele centrale plek voor een bezoek aan Antwerpen! Heel goed contact met de huisbaas, en fijn dat ons koffietje even mocht blijven staan na het uitchecken. Alles wat je nodig had, is er. ‘s nachts is het echt stil, wat ik bijzonder vond aan een grote stad. Het appartement was wat donkerder dan ik had verwacht op basis van de foto’s. En het bed was wat aan de zachte kant, maar dat is maar net wat je gewend bent.

• JochemW (8/5): een gezellige studio om aan paar dagen in te verblijven, om antwerpen te ontdekken. - de locatie was top en midden in het centrum. de kamer was perfect om met zijn tweeën een paar nachten te verblijven. we hebben in de ochtend eireren gebakken, omdat er een klein fornuisje was. ik zou hier alleen niet een heel uitgebreide avondmaaltijd maken. verder was het erg schoon en zag de kamer eruit als of de foto's. niet heel veel, we waren erg te vreden.

• Mateusz (9/5): - Czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko, ręczniki, świetna lokalizacja, duże mieszkanie jak na dwie osoby. Kaloryfer grzał słabo więc było zimno, niedomyte lampki do wina.
