• Jonathan (10/5): Amazing spot for any event at RioCentro 🤗 - 1 block from RioCentro, which was so convenient! I had amazing views of the mountains, lagoon, and surrounding area. Self-serve store on site as well as an adequate restaurant. Reception staff were great! Elevators need an upgrade and one of three was offline. Ceramics on the floor in the hallways were crunching and cracking as I walked on them. Neither of these were serious problems at all.
• Pietro (9/5): The apartment is very good. The Host is fantastic. " meh" about the rest. - The flat itself was the best part: it was clean. Well kept and it has a great view. Juliana is a fantastic host. Very kind and helpful. Breakfast was ok ( but not included.). I recommend booking it because of those 2 factors. The building needs refurbishment ( broken or missing tiles in the corridors. Only 2 lifts working. The Gym's equipment is old and malfunctioning. The Spa was not operational. The jacuzzi was totally empty. If you are looking for a place in Rio close to the beach, this would not be a good option. It takes about 30 minutes with a taxi to reach the closest beaches ( Recreio or Barra da Tijuca).
• Olga (10/5): You can’t do better! Superb appartment! - The property was recently renovated and impeccably clean. The view from the balcony is beautiful. You can tell that the owner takes great care to make sure all the small details are taken care of and the stay is comfortable. Despite the fact that I arrived late, I was warmly welcomed with traditional Brazilian biscuits, bananas and even cake! Throughout my stay, Juliana was absolutely incredible with her advice and help about local attractions. If you are coming to a conference at RioCentro, you couldn’t stay in a better place!! Highly recommended!! The only downside is that it’s far from city centre. But for RioCentro, it’s perfect! The building itself may need some repair but that didn’t matter to me as the apartment itself was very well presented!
