• Andrea (7/5): - The location and the beautiful garden setting of this apartment is great. It is in a well designed complex of apartments and is a great size. The bed was comfortable and it had a good kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has great potential but the furniture is an unattractive and uncomfortable mixture (as noted by previous guests). We had a couple of issues with communication and cleanliness including no response from the manager when we let him know our car was too big for the garage and an overflowing bin of rubbish in the kitchen when we arrived - making us wonder how much cleaning had been done before our arrival.

• Giorgia (8/5): Overall, I find the apartment recommendable, and I think that when I return to Canberra, I will stay - The location is very central and convenient, and the garage is a plus. The apartment is comfortable and warm, and the building is tranquil and beautiful. The apartment's cleanliness seemed a bit superficial to me, with key areas like the bathroom, floor, kitchen, and bedrooms being cleaned. However, some details in the kitchen, such as the range hood, and in the bathroom, like behind the sink, could be improved. I would add a few more kitchen utensils.

Достаточно полотенец, есть стиральная машина и сушилка Одна единственная проблема это не работающий вай фай. Хозяин пытался это исправить но ничего не получилось, об этом многократно писали и в прошлых отзывах.
• Jessica (5/5): Despite price point, could have been better with some simple improvements - Great sized space and location, we booked because it had a car spot and is very central Couch uncomfortable, 2 plates for a 4pax unit, and unit very cold (turns out the r windows are all open). Unit dusty and could do with a deep clean. The heater needed cleaning when we arrived and the host was very defensive about the situation which wasn’t appreciated after 10hours of travel with kids - a clean of the filter and the heater was working, but we didn’t feel particularly enamoured with the host’s response.
• Lesley (7/5): Great little quiet spot - Very convenient. Close to the shopping centre. Good facilities to self cater. Clear directions for getting the key and accessing the rubbish bins. The person who lived downstairs would periodically bang on her ceiling when my 4 year old ran across the apartment. We felt like we were intruding on her space. Some better instructions on where to actually find the apartment in the rabbit Warren that was the complex would have been great.

• Christine (9/5): Superb - Comfortable spacious apartment. Very quiet. Close access to the CBD. A private car park was provided. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery and cutlery so you didn't run out all the time.

• Matheson (8/5): Very good - Location to main sites, shops, restaurants & close to main attractions. Lovely setting. Cutlery not as clean as it should be. Microwave had an old cup of coffee in it. Oven had not been cleaned as good as it should be. No parking on site. Street parking ok until 7.30am on week days.
• Julia (8/5): Very good - the location was great, the unit was roomy, beds comfy once we got the key, there was no sign to say where the apartment was, the chairs in the kitchen could've had some cushions as they were uncomfortable to sit on, also need instructions on how to use the tv, as we were having trouble finding tv channels and foxtel. A bit noisy, could hear neighbours above walking around.

• Shayne (6/5): Large Apartment in a Sea of Apartments Close to Convention Centre - Close to the Convention Centre so I could walk through Glebe Park from the apartment. Large apartment. It has a laundry. The keys are in the letterbox. It opens via a combination but it's tiny and hard to see. Then there's a code to get into the stairwell, and a couple of keys to open the door on the first floor. It's a lot of mucking around after a long day of travel. Big apartment but we struggled to get the TV to work & there are no instructions. It's noisy due to a big gap under the front door. The apartment is clean but well-used, especially the kitchen. I felt the messages from the host were pushy. Put the garbage out using yet another code on another building. Request to let him know if we want to leave early, no extended hours. The cleaners will be waiting at the door. And so on.....
• Jo (9/5): Superb - Just the same as what the pictures shown. The location is good. We went there on cold days, but the place is warm enough, thanks for the heaters provided by the owner. The microwave oven and the fridge were not clean enough, but that comes minor if you are not going to use them. If only shampoo could be provided.

• Kristian (8/5): Review - Location was great - close to CBD, restaurants, and nature trails - and the place was very clean and enjoyable. I'd recommend. Good kitchen set up with comfy beds and fresh, crisp linen. Spare blankets would have been nice for sitting on the coach and watching TV at night. Also, very slow internet connection. Not a huge concern, but it would have been handy as we didn't stream anything via the internet, rather used our data.

• Jacrs (10/5): Cozy comfort and character in Canberra. - Incredible location walking distance from CBD. Host went to great lengths to accommodate our toddler. The apartment was roomy, cozy, stylish, and had basically everything we needed (kitchen tools, dish and laundry soap, coffee pods, spare linens) for our stay. No air conditioning was largely alright... But at the end of a week of 30 degree days, it was a bit uncomfortable during the day at the apartment in the afternoon. The shower soaps were nearly empty on arrival, but they were really nice soap too.

• Anne (8/5): Handy place to stay, close to the centre of the city, Brian was helpful. - The flat was a good size, the beds were comfy, the lounge room could have done with comfier seats. The shopping centre was close by.
• Katrina (8/5): Basically it was sufficient, with comfy beds, clean and close to all. - Very close to everything, simple and clean One couch could not fit all 4 of us for night time relaxation… I had to sit on the floor - dining chairs very uncomfortable. We like to cook meals at night-time as you get sick of eating out all the time. The cooking equipment was extremely basic with some simple bit necessary items like pasta sieve and salad bowls either non-existent or hiding really well.
• Caleb (8/5): Very good - really good room, well stocked to be self sufficient. Location is only 5mins walk from restaurants and shops. The only negative is the key collection. Was far too difficult when the site could use a lock box and not have to be in another location that wasn't easy to find.

• Anne (8/5): Very good - Location, clean, modern Some windows were locked open which was uncomfortable when the weather turned cold. No power point in the second bedroom and no lamp. Second visitors are not always children and while I understand 2 single beds are practical it would be good not to feel like a lesser visitor

The neighbour below kept banging on their ceiling with what sounded like a broom, despite us not making an excessive amount of noise. Really detracted from the stay as we were so conscious of not making any noise. The owner of the rental didn’t respond when I messaged them to make them aware.
