• C. Sylvie (4/5): - Emplacement au top L'appartement à un lit deux places, un lit une place et un canapé qui est présenté comme pouvant être un lit 2 places. Cela est honteux de proposer ce canapé pour dormir! En vue du prix de la location on s'attendait à mieux pour dormir. Soit ce logement ne doit pas être pour plus de 3 personnes soit il faut investir dans un vrai canapé lit.
• Kran97 (10/5): - È stata una vacanza perfetta! La struttura è in una posizione fantastica e molto ben collegata mentre all'interno l'appartamento è molto spazioso e pulito. Sono presenti persino Shampoo, balsamo e sapone per il corpo e coperte belle calde. La zona è ben collegata da tram, bus e la metro è molto vicina. Vi sono infine anche numerosissimi bar e ristoranti veramente molto buoni! Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente! Le scale sono ripide, ma non è niente di troppo preoccupante! Noi siamo riusciti a salire anche con le valigie
• Lukasz Kuziola (5/5): Zapłaciłem 1068 EUR za 3 noce - w mieszkaniu temperatura 13,5 stopnia. - Lokalizacja super, samo serce Brukseli. Wyposażenie kuchni super, kawa, ekspres do kawy. Po przyjeździe temperatura w mieszkaniu wynosiła 13,5°C. Piec był nieprawidłowo ustawiony i nie ogrzewał lokalu. Nie otrzymaliśmy żadnej instrukcji dotyczącej obsługi ogrzewania — problem musieliśmy rozwiązać samodzielnie. Router Wi-Fi był wyłączony, a kabel do telewizora podłączony nieprawidłowo, przez co telewizor nie działał. W łazience odpływ pod prysznicem był zapchany. Deska sedesowa była uszkodzona — jeden z uchwytów był wyrwany. Dodatkowo, mimo kilkukrotnych próśb, do dziś nie otrzymałem faktury za pobyt.

• Sandrine (8/5): - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre-ville ainsi que l'appartement. Ce dernier est très confortable, très propre et bien décoré. Toit semble neuf. La literie est très confortable et la salle de bain idéale avec sa grande douche. La rue est passante mais nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit. Un parking non loin, une boulangerie en face, des petits magasins, restaurants et cafés tout autour, rien n'a redire.Nous gardons l'appartement en tête pour un futur WE Juste deux toutes, toutes petites choses...une deuxième prise ou multiprise dans la petite chambre serait pratique ainsi qu'une lampe de chevet.
• Diana (1/5): Não aconteceu. - Não cheguei a entrar. Eu e três colegas reservámos um apartamento em Bruxelas através da Booking.com, para três noites. O apartamento incluía quartos e cozinha, sendo esta última condição essencial para fazermos as refeições durante a estadia. Quando chegámos ao local, o proprietário enviou três códigos de acesso: um para a entrada do prédio, um para recolher a chave do elevador e outro para entrar no apartamento. Apenas o primeiro funcionou. Os restantes códigos não davam acesso, impossibilitando qualquer entrada no alojamento. Tentámos contactar o proprietário várias vezes (via mensagem sem resposta e via telefone cujo número apresentado não estava atribuído). Contactámos o apoio da Booking durante a noite (mais de 4horas em contacto com diversos colaboradores). Fomos informados que tentariam falar com o proprietário e que deveríamos aguardar. Não obtivemos qualquer atualização. Voltámos a ligar e informaram-nos novamente que o proprietário não atendia e que teríamos de encontrar um hotel alternativo. Foi-nos dito que a Booking assumiria a diferença de preço entre o alojamento reservado e o hotel. Contactmos diversos hotéis naquela mesma noite, mas todos estavam esgotados. Conseguimos apenas reservar um hotel para duas noites (check-in às 15h do dia 30nov e check-out às 12h do dia 2 dez), não para três (check-in dia 29 nov e check-out dia 2 dez). Durante essa noite ficámos sem alojamento, ao frio e ao vento, sem qualquer apoio ou solução fornecida pela Booking.

• Artem (6/5): One small suggestion — please remove the artificial flowers. They collect dust and, to be honest, look a bit out of plac - The location is just perfect — it’s the cultural center of Brussels, with everything you need right at your doorstep: shops, cafés, and museums. The apartment is very well equipped with lots of useful items — kitchen utensils, toiletries, even coffee for the coffee machine, which is a lovely touch! The place is quite clean, and the bed linen is fresh and odor-free 👍 At first glance, everything looks nice, but some things are clearly worn out. For example, if you remove the cover from the sofa, you can see a large stain right in the middle. The sofa itself is extremely uncomfortable. The host was always available, which I appreciate, but it would have been nice to be informed in advance about issues with the property. The biggest drawback — and a serious one — was the lack of internet. The host knew about this but didn’t mention it beforehand. Late check-in at 4 p.m. is also not ideal. When my friend arrived first, there were still people in the apartment trying to fix the internet and TV (unsuccessfully). The host didn’t even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. In terms of value for money, the price is definitely too high. It left me with the impression that guests are seen just as passing tourists — “you’re not the first and won’t be the last.” I’ve rented apartments in Brussels before, and this time I decided to go for something more expensive, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed — the cheaper places turned out to be much better.

• Phil (8/5): Missing few basics but great location - Fantastic location. Modern apartment. Near restaurants and bars and walkable to museums. The apartment was lacking a few basics. There are two bedrooms with a total of two beds,yet only two bedside tables and one was not working as no lightbulb. I messaged the host asking them to drop off a new lightbulb and she ignored me. Secondly the apartment sleeps four or even five as there is also a sofa bed, yet there is not enough seating as the sofa is only big enough for three. The owners should add an additional comfy chair in the lounge area.

Les équipements étaient très complets. Un appartement dans lequel on pourrait vivre à l'année ! Nous n'avons jamais reçu le bon code wifi. L'appartement n'a pas de terrasse, contrairement aux photos de l'annonce.

• Ana (10/5): Maravilla - Un alojamiento maravilloso. Íbamos con dos peques de 3 y 1 año y tenía todas las facilidades para ellas, cuna con colchón normal, trona, menaje infantil, incluso adaptador de WC. La ubicación es inmejorable, no sé necesita transporte público para nada. El alojamiento está muy limpio, todo el mobiliario muy nuevo. La cocina está totalmente equipada, tiene lavasecadora. La comunicación con la dueña no ha sido muy fluida, suele tardar en contestar, pero finalmente contesta a tiempo. El check in es vía cerradura electrónica, por lo que no es imprescindible quedar con la dueña. En general muy muy recomendable y para repetir.
• Dorlyn (10/5): Spacious apartment in a perfect location, close to transport and the city center. - The apartment had a great location, just 600 meters from the Central Station, and even the buses stopped only 100 meters away. It was also very spacious and comfortable.

Location is wonderful with short walk down to the historical centre and Grand Palace. Great restaurants in the back street (Lola a highlight), lively bar (Chez Richard) on the corner and a very nice place (Terres Cafe) for morning coffee and waffle on the roundabout across the road. Mattresses on beds hard or lumpy (sofa bed mattress was terrible). The TV could not be connected (no power cord).

La propriétaire Sandy n' a pas répondu à mes appels et à mes mails. Aucune excuse de la part de la propriétaire... L' assistance booking nous a proposé de réserver un autre hébergement. J' espère que la prise en charge des frais sera bien effective.

Aparentemente está bien, pero al abrirlo, tiene las tiras rotas y es imposible descansar. El precio del apartamento es alto, está en una zona ideal, muy centrico, y deberían plantearse seriamente poner un nuevo sofá. Es lo que baja la puntuación al apartamento.

Everything was in the flat - towels, bed linen, hairdryer, salt, pepper, tea-towel, tablets for the dishwasher, bags for trash, toiletries, … Nicely decorated. The owner sent very clear instructions for access.

The shower on the first morning had low pressure and the hot water quickly became cold. On the second morning, the shower pressure was very low and the water was cold.

• Jing (10/5): Nice apartment with a great location - Great location with the old town within walking distance. There are many good restaurants and shops all round. The apartment.is clean and has all fhe facilities that we need. Shower water was excellent, comparing to the other 5 places we stayed in Europe. Host was helpful too with timely communication. Our whole family, four people, travelled, so Dad had to sleep on the sofa bed, which was not very comfortable. This was probably the only downside.

It turned ice cold after a minute or two, so it was almost impossible to take a shower. In addition, there is little sound insulation so it can be loud depending on your neighbors or the people you are sharing the apartment with.

They have withdrawn over 350 euro on the stolen creditcard and 100 euro in cash. Together with drivers license, health security card. It cost us over 750 euro. Police are involved. Don’t rent at this place!!! Not safe, see above
• Ugis (2/5): VERY OVERRATED. - The only selling point of the apartments is location. But you should know that the street were the apartment is located is noisy. Especially on Friday and Saturday evenings. Communication is very slow, dismissive and not welcoming. Messages are answered after about a day. Phone number what you get after the booking is unreachable-no one answers on it. And it don't have Whatsapp or any other app also it dont answers on sms. Furniture and equipment in flat is cheapest that could be. Equipment needs renovation. Floor needs to be varnished. There is NO blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Bed in double bedroom is 160 cm wide and it's NOT King size/extra-large double bed as stated in ad. The assignment of the two bedroom apartment pictures should be clearer - No terrace, only balcony. Only apartment with one bedroom have terrace. And all this you get for more than 500 Eur per night for two bedroom apartment where second bedroom is very small.

• Louise (8/5): Very good - Good location, nice modern apartment When we got to the apartment at 9pm at night, after a long day of travelling, we could not get into the apartment, as the code provided to enter by the owner was wrong. When calling the owner and messaging we did not get any answer, so we ended up standing outside the apartment for an hour trying to gain access and get hold of the owner. Frustrating start to our trip

I don´t think the bed was very comfortable, but it was not terrible as well. The single bedroom had a strange noise all day, but I believe it had origins outside the apartment.
