• jaime (8/5): Espero mi recibo - La ubicación Al llegar recién lo estaban limpiando y el pago de 90 euros por concepto de turista le pedí que me envíen el recibo o comprobante por dicho pago y hasta la fecha nada no lo envían
• Aquilina (10/5): - The rooms are very spacious the beds are comfortable. We had extra blankets and cushions. The beds were super clean and overall the flat was clean as well. The staff was super helpful he texts back immediately on WhatsApp no waiting around and you can also leave the luggages there in the morning befor check in. The shower was super small but apart from that everything was great

• Weronika (10/5): - Świetne miejsce na pobyt w Rzymie! Lokalizacja bardzo wygodna – blisko najważniejszych atrakcji i komunikacji miejskiej. Pokój czysty, zadbany i dobrze wyposażony, a łóżko bardzo wygodne. Cały pobyt przebiegł bezproblemowo i w bardzo przyjemnej atmosferze. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie tu wrócę :) mały prysznic w jednej z toalet, ale są 2 łazienki więc nie jest to duży minus

• Veronique (7/5): - Appartement tres bien placé et tres bien equipé. Nous avons tout fait a pied et sinon bus en bas de l'immeuble et metro a 10 min. Malheureusement, un quartier tres bruyant et des murs tres fins entre les appartements. Les conversations telephoniques de la voisine a 3h du matin n'ont plus de secret pour nous.

• Mara (8/5): - Appartamento ampio con un buon potenziale, posizione ottima x visitare Citta del Vaticano, metro molto vicina. Gestore molto gentile e disponibile. Pecca di alcune accortezze. Il doccino e il portasapone di una doccia li abbiamo trovati rotti quindi scomodi. Una doccia ha la tenda in plastica che ritengo vada sostituita.

• Reyna Alejandra (3/5): Mala atención - Las camas y los espacios divididos Llegamos y estaba sucio, había basura de una fiesta, ropa de cama sucia, no había toallas limpias. Y no me respondieron los mensajes ni resolvieron la situación. 1 noche nos quedamos sin agua caliente.

• Aga (10/5): - Wspaniały obiekt, świetna lokalizacja blisko metra przy samym Watykanie. Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce z doskonale wyposażoną kuchnią.

• Dimitrina Stoycheva (7/5): Очаквания vs. реалност - Разположението е много добро спрямо Ватикана, но пак е далече от центъра. Бяхме резервирали за 5 души, а не беше приготвено за 5-ти човек, нямаше достатъчно завивки. Не беше особено чисто. В едната баня от сифона в мивката беше поникнала трева и не работеше казанчето на тоалетната, а в другата нямаше поставка, на която да стои душ слушалката, съответно когато се сапунисваш няма къде да поставиш. Никаква шумоизолация (най- вече от дограмата) чуваш какво се случва на долния етаж все едно са до теб.

• Tirso (7/5): Raznoable - Tranquilidad del sector. Buenas habitaciones Duchas, pequeños receptáculos (60 x 60 cms). no de los baños no tenía para afirmar la ducha. La otra ducha tiene una cortina que por lo pequeño del receptáculo, no hay forma de evitar que el agua se salga
• Manabella (5/5): Ubicación estrategica para visitar el Vaticano. - Ubicación cercana al Vaticano. Habitaciones amplias con un dos baños. Buena ventilación y Luz. No tiene tomas de corriente sufucientes para recargar telefonos o conectar PCs, siquiera para las luces de las mesas de noche. Solo hay 3-4 toma corrientes funcionales. Además, los que hay parecen muy antiguos, tanto que me generaron desconfianza, al conectar el telefono. Tampoco pudimos conectar el WiFi. El router estaba desenchufado y no logramos conectarlo. NO recuerdo si ofrecian Wifi, pero es un servicio básico en casi todas partes del mundo, y por supuesto en una ciudad como Roma.

• Susan (7/5): Great location. Short on necessities. - Great location. Close to Vatican City. As noted in previous reviews. Couldn’t access deck off of bedroom because the outdoor roller shades did not work. A major point of reference in the listing. Referred to property manager who said they would send a maintenance technician the next day (only staying 2 nights) and still didn’t work later. Doubt anyone came to fix. Air conditioner did not work in same bedroom as well as other outlets. TV in other room also did not work. Kitchen was ill equipped, no colander, no dish soap, no dish towels. Bathrooms did not have any soap or any minimal cleaning supplies.

• Romila (7/5): Old property close to Vatican - The location was close to the Vatican but far from Rome centre. The toilets badly need refurbishing. It’s in a state of disrepair with broken shower head, mouldy curtains, broken toilet flush, etc. The kitchen can benefit from some added utensils too.

• Rafaela (3/5): Not enough. - So loudly apartment . Old bathrooms. The 2 small blankets were not enough for 4 people. Very expensive for what it provides .
• Afsan (1/5): Do no recommend. - Location. Unhelpful host. Unsafe electrical sockets in the apartment. Dirty apartment with dust and hair everywhere.
• Romena (6/5): The flat needs good maintenance and some new thing. - The flat was good for size for 5 people and very good location. The owner is very responsive in a friendly manner. But unfortunately the flat is not well looked after: kettle disgusting; showers head holder broken so have to hold it in a hand all the time while showering; most sockets broken and unsafe; no proper blankets - only three little blankets for 5 people; couldn't use tv as antenas plug broken inside of tv; everywhere empty bottles of soap on the sinks; Please find some pictures attached.
• Saif (4/5): Disappointing - Location and Wifi and size of the beds We couldn't have a good shower. Water gets cold so fast, two separate baths, but it looks like they are connected. So the second person has to wait until the water gets hot again. The apartment wasn't clean. Needed to be vacuumed. One of the shower baths gets floaded the water is not sink down fast, infoemed The host right away but no action has been taked.

Hygiene was the main factor for our rating, location was convenient but definitely not a three star hot - The location and the availability of the metro and public transport near by. The hygiene was very poor. The amenities not great. No basic hotel things like soap, shower gel, washing up liquid for dishes, not enough bedsheets. Sofa was molded. Dried boogers and hairs under the bed covers. Large pieces of hair and dust on the floor. Picture frames with layers of dust. Not enough toilet paper. One shower was as tiny as one person and the shower head holder broken. Found passports hidden in towels in a cupboard meaning there was no change of towels from the previous visitors. Host was cold but straight up.
• Christian (5/5): Passable - No plug for kitchen sink. The apartment is quite comfortable for two couples. However, there are numerous items that require attention. The blinds in the bedrooms are broken and can't be lowered to block out the sunlight. There is no television in the living room, only one wall mounted in a bedroom. If you are a larger person, you will have difficulty fitting into the showers. The laundry shower is broken, so the shower head can't be secured. You will need to hold the shower head in your hand whilst showering. The shower in the ensuite has a shower curtain, which is taped to the wall at one end. No matter how hard you try, you can't prevent water from spilling out onto the floor. An iron and ironing board is provided. However, the iron is broken . The pins in the power plug have been snapped off. If you want to wash your dirty dishes, you will not only need to supply your own dish washing liquid and tea towels but also a plug for the kitchen sink. When I asked the host if there was a plug available, she advised that we need to purchase our own. Water must be cheap in Rome as the host is happy for you to rinse all your dirty dishes under running water rather than supply a 1 Euro plug. The supplied wifi is excellent with a high-speed connection. A toaster would be a welcome edition as presently you need to toast your bread in a supplied sandwich maker. The apartment appears to be very secure with multiple deadlocks on the door. Each bedroom is also lockable. Power points are quite scarce. There is one PowerPoint in the kitchen to share between the kettle, sandwich maker, and microwave oven. If you wish to utilise the microwave, you will need to physically lift it up and move it closer to the PowerPoint on order to plug it in. If the forementioned items were rectified, I would definitely recommend this apartment.
