Guest Reviews
- Walter (10/5): We had a a great stay thank you - It was all great Nothing like as awesome
- Valiquette (1/5): - I booked online through booking.com and when I arrived I was denied my room because I live in the same city.
- Mo (8/5): -
- Albiero (8/5): anavAda Inn - Decent place for a decent price. No elevator
- Walter (7/5): Was awesome - Good location
Good bed
Tv and couch was great place NA
- Gauthier (9/5): - It was ok The credit card need
- Terry (10/5): - Convenient location Wasn’t shovelled or plowed very well for the time of year and amount of snow
- Justin Sidder (7/5): Takin da good wit da bad! - Very friendly, accommodating staff. Front deck always appeared & presented a "welcoming" approach to guest as they arrive. Decently fruit/muffin/coffee/juice selection available for breakfast if thats your thing? 🤘 Room could've been cleaner, wasn't real dirty but it was obvious that it was just a "quick flick" between guests. But I'm a person that above all is cleanliness.
A/C units are outdated & some dont work well & I'm still not a fan of the $500 cash deposit required without visa, especially from an individual that has spent months at this establishment over the yrs. (under current name & prior)
- Justin Sidder (7/5): -
- Terry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pablo (9/5): Hope my damage deposited has been teturn . - Good location , breakfast was ok. I request my receipt and my damage deposited back at the end of my stay, the teller didint know how.

- Linda (10/5): Excellent, and more than I expected - The staff were invaluable and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again when necessary.
- Justin (7/5): Good - Clean, affordable & decently location near shopping centre's & mall. $500 cash deposit. But according 2 their policies & info it's says visa, Mastercard, American express, BankCards. All I had was debit visa. I've spent months at this "inn" over the years & it's only place I've ever stayed that required that amount. Ridiculous!!
- La (8/5): Very good -
- La (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cory (8/5): Very good -
- Justin (7/5): Ridiculous cash D.D. - The messaging service that touched base wit me prior to arriving & getting all the pic id & signature outta way plus the 12pm check in time available was really nice. Big comfy bed & TV, clean & decently priced rooms. Didn't like that fact that nowhere online did it mention that they don't accept debit visa but it did say BANKCARD & that it cost me $500 cash deposit which i was lucky enough to have available. For a place that I've stayed for weeks & weeks over the yrs regardless that name changed & for 1st time ever anywhere the deposit was that much. Definitely will be a deciding factor when time comes again & I'm needing a room. Too much!!
- Burnham (6/5): Good value for the money - Not much It is an older place. Electrical outlets weren’t straight
- Shahram (7/5): Good - All were good except a room was a little bit cold.
- Jia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anastasiia (1/5): Bad -
- Daniel (7/5): Good -
- Trevor (8/5): I WILL BE BACK - good tv setup confusing
- Hunte (6/5): Ups and downs but more ups - Lots of room for luggage, freezer, big table I could use for meal prep Pet friendly actually meant 'dog friendly'

- Lee-ann (10/5): Loved my stay, gave me the rest and privacy I needed for the night off the highway - Winnie the night time clerk was absolutely WONDERFULLY kind and welcoming!
I was so exhausted, Winnie helped me to my suite #112, unlocked my door and wished me a restful sleep

I thought that the value was spot on!, great rate, Thanks
- Arvin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pierce (8/5): Very good -
- Echo-lynn (9/5): Would certainly stay here again. - The breakfast was very good. Great coffee. Pam the desk clerk is an amazing Lady and very helpful. There could be a garbage can and ashtray in the front of the building.
- Tyler (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brook (10/5): Comfy - Comfy. Pamela & Winnie were pleasant. Amount of Handicap parking. The one that there was should be better marked.
- Brook (10/5): Very comfy - The location can’t be helped. It was once the Igloo Inn.
Close to places to get take out.
Pamela & Winnie were very friendly.
One small suggestion: more identification for the Handicapped parking & maybe more then just the one space. The Handicapped parking as mentioned above.
- Lisa (8/5): Comfy and clean - Fresh coffee and bagels were nice in the morning room was quiet and clean. No pens or pads to write on .
Door always locked when leaving room
No milk for tea only creamers
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lisa (7/5): Nice but costly. - Clean friendly staff nice breakfast
Close to mall
Easy to find and walk to
Central to shopping
Lot of restaurants close by The price!
It was advertised $77/night
It Ended up being $86/n
I was paying over $100 after taxes
They did not offer a weekly rate until too late
- Lisa (8/5): Very good -
- Trevor (10/5): Awesome and comfy stay - It was a great location, super helpful staff and extremely clean rooms with super comfy beds! I will stay here every time I’m in town and would recommend this location to everyone I know. No complaints at all. I think this is an awesome place to stay
- Troy (10/5): Very good value - Property is under new ownership and being upgraded
- Justine (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was so friendly and accommodating! Plus the new renovations are such an amazing upgrade. Definitely a 10/10 Absolutely nothing!!
- Dwayne (7/5): Good -
- Bulldog (7/5): Good -
- Conrad (1/5): Not good at all - It sucked and that's that
- Donovan (8/5): Very reasonable stay for the price. Good location, aside from the "homeless" people nearby. - There was nothing to complain about.
- Diana (10/5): Place was as described, it was conveniently located to alot of food places and the mall - Great location, close to malls and eateries Stairs to carry luggage to the 2nd floor
- Scott (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thiessen (8/5): Very good -
- Tina (3/5): fell well short of what we expected - Staff's attitude was very poor when we arrived a little bit early, wanted us to pay $25 to check in early!! room was ready but we had to go away and check in one and hour hours later!! poor customer service and there was food in the fridge from the last people, so hadn't been cleaned or checked
- Cam (8/5): Very good -
- Sue4351962 (8/5): Great place to stop on your way north. - We had a great room with a lot of space.
- Bev (8/5): Very good - Fast check-in and a very large, ground floor unit with 2 TVs! The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff are very friendly and even remembered me from a previous stay.
- Saad (3/5): Poor - The location The room was not cleaned properly. There was some food left over. The AC was not working
- Henderson (8/5): Very good -
- Letty (4/5): Disappointing - Didn’t know there was breakfast. Gap on bottom of door and heat was left on. Took hrs for room to cool down.
- Collin (5/5): Passable -
- Jeanine (7/5): Good - MacDonald and Tim Hortons 5 minutes away. Crew is very helpful
- Axl (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything
- Touchette (3/5): Poor - I found it very low quality felt like I was staying in a drug den It smelt like crack
- Jeff (7/5): Good - Decent breakfast, undergoing renovations. Do t let the exterior fool you
- Gerald (7/5): Where's my money? - Room was clean, bed comfortable and heating ok. Couldn't get an electronic key to work and had to use a passkey to get in
I am still waiting for my damage deposit to be returned. They assured me that it would be done, but nothing so far.
- Judith (5/5): Not what I expected… - This is an older hotel that is undergoing renovations. Only about 1/4 of the hotel is open so it is very quiet. I think the bed is brand new. It’s very comfortable but the mattress & box spring are much thicker than I’m used to so it’s a bit of a climb to get into bed. The TV is gigantic & there are a bazillion streaming options to choose from! I was looking for an inexpensive hotel and this was the cheapest listing on Booking.com. I would have liked a heads up that the hotel is being renovated. If I had known, I would have booked elsewhere. It’s hard to fairly evaluate a place that’s under construction. The lobby, hallway & room are freshly painted and look great! But the flooring in the room is old. I’m not sure if this will be replaced or if you plan to keep it as is. I could write a list of deficiencies the room had but again this wouldn’t be fair when I don’t know what the overall plan is and what is finished and what isn’t. I wasn’t expecting my room to be so small. In hindsight, I realize that as a single traveller when I book a room it usually has 2-beds, I only use one & the room is “family size”. Ultimately, what I didn’t like was the price I paid. If you are going to be open while renovating I feel the price should be heavily discounted or please let guests know in advance so they can book elsewhere.
- Fehr (10/5): Exceptional -
