• Reema (7/5): Great location! Great for a short stay. - Location is great! House was clean. It was great for four adults and two kids. Easy to get into the house with the lock box. The host were great, we were short two towles and they immediately dropped three towels. Pillows were horrible - they were either too hard or too soft. I would recommend bring your own pillows. Not enough cutlery and plates for 6 people.

• Timaima (10/5): Perfect!! and would consider staying there again. - The 3bd-house was great, clean and wonderfully spacious. With one-master bedroom, and the beds were so comfortable! windows need locks for security.

• Camille (10/5): Enjoyed - well equipped and very comfortable. - Heating in all rooms, fridge, parking, separate bedrooms and multiple beds, linen and cutlery provided. Hard to find the house. Was numbered with C which was confusing.

• vetkav0701 (8/5): Good - we wanted to spend the night to catch the flight early the next day from Dubbo airport - Place was easier to reach from airport. Neat and clean. Central air conditioner was not working. The house owner mentioned that the main 2 bed rooms had an external cooler - which was only in one room and intimated to house owner.

• Jodie (6/5): A good home for a family , just check hot water service has been fixed before booking . - The house was a good size for the 6 of us . The 2 double rooms were well spaced from the living area. The beds were comfortable and the gas heater was good on the colder days. Also there were small heaters in each bedroom. It was great to have some toys and books for the kids . It had most things we needed for our stay . The hot water was lukewarm . Initially the communication with owner was good and they agreed to send a plumber to look at hot water service . We had hot water on our second night and I let the owner know that afternoon . We assumed someone had fixed it. The owner did not reply. This morning the water was cold . We had cold showers . I messaged owner to let her know and asked if a plumber had been the day before. She has not replied. It could also do with some more sharp knives and dish clothes to wipe benches .

• Sacha (7/5): The location was great, but due to the above issues, I would not recommend it - Close to all sites of Dubbo. The owners were quick to respond to any questions I had. The property was a rundown. Towel rack was broken. Shower door and bathroom cabinet doors didn’t close fully. Blinds on the windows were faulty and falling off. The sheets were blood stained on some beds. The knives were not sharp so food preparation was difficult. The outside rubbish bins were full. Back yard maintenance was done while we were staying at the property.

• Gwendoline (7/5): Good base for exploring local area. - Good location for exploring local area. Short drive to Dubbo zoo and town centre cafes, restaurants. Clean, older style home. Garage with internal access.
• Tino (10/5): Surely enjoyed my stay - Friendly owner who gave me top notch hospitality and assisted me with everything i needed during my stay. Comfortable while budget friendly . Convenient location if you’re planning to go to the Zoo. Highly recommend it
• Mark (3/5): Disappointing considering what we paid - Spacious for a 3 bedroom unit For check in, the buttons on the key safe were broken and so we had to wait approx 20 mins for the host to come and unlock the unit for us. The key safe already looked faulty on our arrival so should not have been used in my opinion, especially considering the host seemed to know what was wrong when they turned up to let us in. Also, other areas could have been tidier e.g. the garage which was being used for storage of various items.
