• grace (1/5): I cut it short because there were no clean towels. - The location was good. Walk to the beach All the towels were stained with a yellowing brown mark. There was a lot of dust behind the bedside tables and bed. I had to look because the lamp was unplugged. Then I noticed that there were a series of 3 power boards all connected to each other instead of an extension cord to the other side of the bed. The walls were really dirty too. I contacted the property at 4pm on my first night about the towels and was told they would bring fresh ones first thing in the morning or I could go and buy some. I decided that I would wait until first thing in the morning. Then at 9.15 I contacted again only to be told that it’s the weekend and their cleaners don’t start until midday. So I decided to check out. Because I wanted a shower. I was really disappointed. The property then sent multiple messages saying that the towels were clean that it was just a fold mark or the way the light was falling on them in the photos. I was then told after further investigation that it was bleach marks from using too much bleach. The towels were white towels with brownish yellow marks on them. Like coffee or makeup.
• Keith (9/5): Nice place - Very well appointed apartment in a safe district with easy access to Trigg beach and Hillarys. Comfortable king size bed, kitchen with full appliances and utensils and even a coffee pod machine! Check in was straight forward and key safe easily found. Carpark was not busy but also plenty of space on lawn outside. Highly recommended.

• Zoe (8/5): Lovely stay in a lovely clean renovated apartment. Close or short drive to sights. Would stay again. - Close to everything we wanted to see. There was some renovations happening in other apartments, works starting at 8am. Car parking is not allocated to apartments it’s first in best dressed, leaving our car on the road at times. Stairs leading up to the apartment very dark and difficult to see when returning at night. Single beds are best for children not suited to adults.

• Brujaynz (9/5): Great place to stay - The unit was perfect for us - it had everything we needed in the kitchen, was a good size for the 3 of us as well as comfortable and clean. Most importantly it had great aircon in the living area to keep us nice and cool when hanging around the unit.

• Julie (9/5): Wonderful memorable visit 🙂 - The apartment was very close to All amenities. Scarborough is a wonderful place to visit. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay 🙂 A gas bottle for the bbq and a couple of sun beds would be nice. The apartment was well furnished but the shaggy rug was annoying as it moulted .

• Carolyn (7/5): It was comfortable and pleasant - The location and the cleanliness. Apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. Very quiet. The wifi and TV didn’t work. Parking was limited but okay.
• Chris (6/5): Great location - Location was perfect 👌 Hot water tap kept falling off in the shower. Wifi I was provided didn't work and the power points in bedroom 2 didn't work.
• Kirsty (6/5): Clean and well presented with a fairly good location but no idea where fuse box was - Very tidy The room was not cleaned till after 3 (we asked to check in at 2) and the shower head and taps were flimsy and needed to be re-secured. The PowerPoints in the second bedroom didn’t work and the beds are very narrow.

Location was great, for what we needed. A nice walk to the beach. Friendly to deal with Outside presentation upon arrival.

The water pressure in the shower was very low and the water temperature was lukewarm at best the whole stay. Maintenance came to check and did some work but it did not change anything.

• Carolyn (6/5): Quaint - Beautiful, clean little apartment. No mention of it being a 3rd floor apartment with no lift. Husband with broken leg had hard time accessing the apartment. No mention of the carparking works happening- carpark inaccessible for time of stay- made things even more tricky for husband with broken leg

Helpful communication from host. It was a little surprise that there were 2 staircases as my mom has a weak knee, but maybe I missed reading it in the ad.
