• Michelle (3/5): Avoid! - The location was very central. We liked that element. I haven’t had a negative experience on booking.com before. Unfortunately, this particular host refused to take an accountability for the state of the apartment during our stay. As a treat, friends and I had met from abroad and were hoping to spend some time in (as the pictures showed us) what looked like a clean, bright and modern apartment. When we arrived, we noticed the air smelt very musky, like a cigarette smell. We were shocked when we opened the fridge. It appeared clean but the smell was honestly like something had been rotting in it for weeks. We couldn’t use it because it was clearly not clean. In addition, when we went to relax on the sofas, we couldn’t because there were big stains on it which looked awful. We chose to spend most of the time outside the apartment instead. I approached the host who said they would review with the cleaning team. They then ghosted, and I had to chase booking.com instead who apologised on their behalf. I would hate to think anyone else would have their stay spoiled by spending a generous amount of money on somewhere that catfishes their guests. Just to add, I’d have been far more reassured had the property taken accountability and ownership for the error, but instead they denied any issues and refused to issue even a partial refund. Avoid!
• MUT KARAKAYA (5/5): - Konum çok iyiydi, ulaşım için ideal konumda. Gerek yürüme gerekse toplu taşıma.için uygun yerde. Çevrede çok gürültü vardı. Hilton otelin arka çıkışı ile ev karşılıklı. Çok erken saatlerde kamyonlar gelip çok sayıdaki çöpleri topluyor. Arkadaki evde her gece parti vardı. İnsan sesi , müzik sesi uyuyamadık. Küçük odadaki yatak kırıktı, rahatsiz ediciydi. Buzdolabı soğutmuyordu ve fena kokuyordu. 4 kişi için 3 gün kullanım için bir adet şampuan bırakılmıştı,
• Jon (7/5): Great location - Location was great to get to Hyde park and Buckingham Palace Fridge didn't work and the tv didn't. They emailed me back quickly to say they will resolve it but obviously that was of no benefit to me

• Mike From. Grimsby (5/5): - The location was ok but nothing open around the area late at night. It's easy to get into when you realise the entrance. WiFi worked OK. Was allowed to check in early even though check in instructions said otherwise and were very expensive The entrance had another door downstairs that could access the flat. The outside wasn't labelled well so was difficult to access even with Google maps. The bathroom sink was cracked and had been repaired badly - or not at all. The stairs carpet up to the apartment was stained. Some of the pillows were stained and smelly. Bed mattress was uncomfortable and thin. The carpets were cheap and worn. The toiletries were enough for one person for one night, not 6 people that it's advertised for. There was a lot of construction going on around the apartment so laying in after 7.30am was not an option. The sofa bed had been made into a bed so wasn't really a living room option. There were coffee pods for the machine but no idea what they were. Dust and crumbs in nooks and crannies, plus bad decoration behind radiators etc. TV only worked on a couple of non-important channels. It was ok for somewhere to sleep for a couple of days but not good overall.

• Nina (10/5): - Apartament znajduje się w bardzo przyjemnej, cichej dzielnicy, z dala od głównych dróg. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Jest poczucie oddechu i przestrzeni. Dobre WiFi - szybko działający internet. Trzeba wiedzieć, że jest to apartament dwupoziomowy - część sypialna i łazienka są na drugim piętrze, ale nam to w ogóle nie przeszkadzało.

• Melisa (10/5): Great location lovely place - Location is great and the place is cozy, it is enough for 4-5 people to stay. All clean sheets and bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and complimentary, lovely rooms. 3 mins to bus station, 8 mins to underground. Highly recommended

They put double glass for living room window which made really big different that no noise every thing in kitchen is there fully equiped one room is big the other is very small for only bed the apartment dusty need company to clean it..not 1 or 2 people. you can feel so dusty the whole carpet is very very old and need to be changed.
