• Barbara (2/5): Ich war froh dort nur zum Schlafen zu sein. - Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, das Bad total klein, Schimmel und Ameisen in der Dusche, die Küchenausstattung absolut minimal.
• Hans (9/5): - Sehr netter Vermieter. Gute Verkehrsanbindung und gute Lage. Die Küche hatte kein Fenster nach draußen daher nur mit künstlichem Licht.

• Dirk (10/5): Super tolle Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung - Super toll eingerichtetes Appartment, mit einem tollen Schnitt. Das Schlafzimmer mit den zwei Schiebetüren ist super gemütlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut. U-Bahn Station ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es ist ein schöner Tag in direkt unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Übergabe des Schlüssels durch den Schlüsselkasten ist total super.

The fact that there were stairs in order to come down and go up to the bedroom. I also didn’t find convenient the fact that the toilet was in a different place than the bathroom. We had to go down the stairs every time. The bathroom was too small. No one came to clean all the days we were there. They had a coffee machine without capsules.

• Anita (8/5): Fin lejlighed lille terrasse, nemt at komme ind via nøgleboks. Ligger tæt på metro. rolige omgivels - Vi havde en fin lejlighed, med en balkon, stedet lå lidt fra centrum, men med en stor flot park 200 m fra adressen. Der var dejligt stille og roligt at bo. Masser af supermarkeder, spisesteder mm. Deres form for Tivoli og Riesen Rand lå ret tæt på. Metro stationen lå meget tæt på vi gik vel ca 300 meter til lejligheden. Sofaen i stuen kinker meget hver gang man rørte sig kom der lyde fra den. Der kunne måske godt være lidt mere indhold i køkkenet, da det er en lejlighed - og man forventer man kan lave mad, mere hvis man var mere end to til at bo der. Den regning vi modtog fra stedet inden vi havde forladt stedet. Vi har endnu intet hørt men vi nægter at betale den. Strømforbrug på mere end vi betaler i danmark for et helt hus en kold måned i marts.

• Yujung (1/5): 절대로 선택하지 마세요! - 숙소 자체는 크고 좋았지만 시설 관리가 전혀 안됨 - 샤워실 배수구 물 빠짐이 안되고 샤워실 문 아래쪽 패킹이 뚫려있는 곳이 있어서 씻을 때마다 물이 밖으로 넘침 - 싱크대는 물이 안내려가서 저녁 먹고 나면 설거지를 할 수가 없음 - 수건은 1박을 하든 4박을 하든 동일한 갯수의 수건이 제공됨 - 라디에이터는 어떤 이유인지는 모르겠지만 밤에 작동 안하고 오전에 작동함 - 주방은 기본적으로 사용할 수 있는 티슈.소금등 없음 샤워실. 싱크대 같은 사항을 숙박하는 초기에 직원에게 문의했지만 답변도 거의 없고 숙박 끝날 때까지 해결되지않음. 본인들이 호텔이 아닌 걸 알아달라는 말만 앵무새처럼 반복함. 돈 받고 숙박업을 한다는 사실을 꼭 기억했으면 좋겠음.

• Carlos (7/5): - The location is great and check-in process and indications were all clear. We were disappointed with the poor standard of cleanliness in Apartment 14 upon arrival. Both the furniture and the kitchenware are showing signs of wear and tear that could easily be fixed. Additionally, the broken blinds on the balcony door made it difficult to sleep in the living room. This stay could easily be a 10/10 if the owners addressed these maintenance and cleaning details.

• Simon (7/5): - I got Top 11, a renovated modern Altbau Flat with plenty of space and two beds. The flat has a small kitchen and it's generally nice and quiet. The location is amazing, right next to Augarten! Some parts like the doors, bedside tables and kitchen countertops show heavy signs of use. The shower was not cleaned properly as there were water/lime stains on the fittings. The carept was also not properly vacuumed. And if you're sensitive to noise then the fridge running and some outdoor noise is to be expected. The beds themselves were personally too hard and the convertable couch too worn out.

La struttura purtroppo non era molto pulita. C’era molta polvere accanto alle porte e sui termosifoni. Consiglio una pulizia più attenta.

• Anastasio (8/5): Abbiamo passato 3 giorni nella magnifica Vienna con i miei amici, e avere una casa seppur piccola ma vicina al centro e - La posizione molto vicina al centro, i letti erano comodi, ed erano presenti la maggior parte dei servizi utili per il soggiorno, come piano cottura e tutto l’occorrente per cucinarsi qualcosa in caso ce ne fosse stato bisogno. La zona bagno non é molto aerata nonostante abbia il dispositivo per il ricircolo dell’aria quindi risultava avere intorno aria “pesante”, per il resto i servizi bagno erano ok c’era praticamente tutto.

Aucune réactivité de l’établisseme - Emplacement Problème avec le rideau de la baie vitrée qui donnait sur le balcon. Impossible de le fermer ! Et à notre grande surprise il y a eu du passage sur le balcon !! Pour la personne qui dormait dans le salon cela a été très gênant de se retrouver face à des inconnus ! Nous avons contacté l’établissement mais n’avait et aucun retour ce qui n’est pas acceptable.

• Morena (1/5): The apartment was dirty, we had to leave immediately, and the host refuses to respond about the refund. - Nothing We had a very disappointing experience at this property. When we arrived, the apartment was clearly not properly cleaned. There was hair all over the carpet and the bed sheets were full of lint and hair. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that we were travelling with a small baby. Because of the poor hygiene conditions we were unable to stay even one night and had to leave immediately and find another accommodation late in the evening. We informed the host and also reported the issue to Booking.com with photo evidence. Unfortunately, instead of taking responsibility and resolving the situation properly, we were left dealing with the problem ourselves. Cleanliness is the most basic expectation for any accommodation. Sadly, this property failed to meet even that minimum standard. We would strongly advise future guests to be cautious before booking here.

• Yasemin (7/5): Great location, overall not 5 stars though. - Great location. Quiet at night. Parking garage, cafés, supermarkets, subway and tram nearby. Quick walk to the city centre. Easy instructions for self check-in and check-out. Beds were clean and comfortable enough. The drains in the bathroom sink and shower were clogged, we had to speed shower so we wouldn't flood the bathroom and the rest of the apartment. Shower handle is broken. Also worth mentioning is the strange layout of the apartment. The toilet is located in a tiny room across the kitchen, right behind the apartment door, separate from the bathroom with the sink and shower. So not only do you have to walk through the dirt and shoes by the entrance to use the toilet, you also need to walk over to the bathroom to wash your hands. Kitchen needs to be re-equipped.

Il bagno, pur piccolo, è molto nuovo ed accogliente L'arredamento soprattutto della camera da letto è un po' semplice e la zona cucina è un po' buia poiché la finestra affaccia su un corridoio interno dello stabile e va tenuta chiusa.

• Tatjana (10/5): - Odlična lokacija, iako je metro na 2 minuta, mi nismo koristile prevoz, centar i sve atrakcije su bile, bar za nas blizu.🙂Svuda smo pešice išle. Smeštaj prostran, jako je čisto, parking u dvorištu, nije na otvorenom. Svima preporučujem ...
• Beáta (9/5): Ajánlható mindenképpen. - Jó elhelyezkedés, (villamos, metró a közelben), több kisebb üzlet járástávolságra. Tisztaság mindenütt. A kihúzható ágy nem kényelmes. Pár csészét érdemes lenne lecserélni, mert töröttek és venni újakat.

• Adriano (8/5): Bene, ma si può fare di più! - Posizione comoda avendo la metro a pochi minuti, self-checkin chiaro, possibilità di parcheggiare a pagamento nel cortile interno con prenotazione dal sito dell' Host. Appartamento silenzioso, dotato dei comfort necessari per un soggiorno di breve durata. Comunicazione con la struttura chiara e veloce! Da migliorare la pulizia generale dell' appartamento, (polvere e qualche ragnatela a vista) ma il resto della casa era accettabile. Un consiglio è quello di aumentare la dotazione per soggiorni più lunghi, e controllare che tutto funzioni, in maniera più accurata.

• beatrice (9/5): - Struttura facilmente raggiungibile sia con Uber che con la metro, pulita e confortevole. Istruzioni per l’accesso e il ritiro delle chiavi molto chiare. Appartamento servito di tutto. Avrei gradito la presenza di più cuscini per il letto e la possibilità di poter lasciare lo zaino in un locker nella hall del palazzo.

• Marie Helene (4/5): Très, trop minimaliste - L emplacement et le chauffage Appartement très mal agencé (aurait pu faire un petit coin salon, tv trop petite par rapport à la distance, le deuxième lit ne peut pas voir la tv, la porte de la salle de bain ne s ouvre pas complètement, douche difficilement accessible). Pas assez de vaisselle : 3 bols, 3 assiettes, 3 verres etc...pour 3 personnes, pas de passoire, pas de hotte, freezer cassé. Et enfin , appartement très sale (rideaux dans un état !l poussière , joints de douche chaises et j en passe) Sans parler des couettes (3 petites couettes) et oreillers très moyens. Bref, habituée à ce genre de location, je suis très déçue.
