• Yevhenii (9/5): Overall, a good and comfortable stay with a great location and responsive hosts. - The apartment fully met expectations. It was quite cozy, and there was no noise at night, which made it easy to get a good sleep. The location is excellent and very convenient. The hosts were always in touch and responded quickly to any questions. Overall, the apartment was clean, but the bedding could be improved. The pillow had some visible stains, and the pillowcases looked quite worn (see photo). Apart from that, everything else was clean and well maintained.

• Gamkreladoc (10/5): - При заезде не много не поняли что делать, но справились со всем так как хозяин был на связи и помог быстро. Квартира расположена в хорошем месте, уютная, все необходимое было, чисто. А рядом с жильем ресторанчики, кафешки и до Дуомо две остановки до метро. все понравилось

• Maryia (8/5): Неплохое жилье , если вы планируете остановится на несколько дней в Милане . - Расположение от вокзала 3,7 км. Пешком - это 50 минут . Напротив расположен супермаркет, что было очень удобно . Рядом - трамваи , метро . Были небольшие сложности с моментом заселения , но с нами быстро вышли на связь и объяснили , как открыть дверь . Потому что на видео, которое прислали немного это выглядит по-другому . Видео надо обновить . Было холодно , но кондиционер помещение быстро нагревал - единственный дискомфорт - это очень холодные полы. Было бы неплохо оставлять гостям одноразовые тапочки . Посудомоечная машина плохо работает - перемывала после нее посуду. Вида никакого красивого из этих аппаратов нет (это внутренний дворик кондоминимума ) . И не было ключа , чтобы спуститься и выкинуть мусор - приходилось выкидывать его за территорией дома. В остальном всё соответствовало фотографиям и описанию .

• Raščanin (5/5): We couldn't get inside then couldn't get outside first day due to the owner's fault - Location was great. The place was clean (with slight smell). There was an iron We were locked out then locked inside the apartment due to the operator. First night when we came the building door didn't work and we couldn't get inside, eventually we called the emergency number and waited for someone to open the building. They said, not out fault- malfunction and if this was the end of it I wouldn't have a problem. But then inside of the apartment they didn't leave us the tag to open the door so we got locked in and couldn't leave the apartment first night as we only at midnight to give us the tag. Two things frustrated me. Them trying to convince us that it's somehow the buildings fault that they forgot to give us the key. The other was that it unfair and insulting that they can make a rule- if you check out 2 hours later we will charge you an additional day. So what happens if I lose the first night of my weekend trip because of them ? Nothing, of course. They made us lose the first night, and didn't offer anything. Super frustrating .

• Aleksei (8/5): Very good - The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The shower had enough capacity for two people at once, despite what some other reviews mentioned. There was a heater, which helped a lot during the cold nights. There were no capsules for the washing machine initially, but the host responded quickly and left some in our room the next day. There was noisy construction in the building starting early in the morning most of the days (around 7–8 AM). On one particularly hot day, a lot of ants appeared. There were no keys for the trash room, and the check-in process didn’t go as smoothly as expected—the website button to open the front door simply didn’t work. Luckily, a tenant happened to be leaving the building at the time.

Inside it is well equipped to cook and wash, coffee machine, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Clean and comfortable Slightly confusing how to access the property. The access code didn't work and there was no key left for me. However, someone was sent out and it was all resolved.

• Baransel (9/5): overall it was good - it was a nice apartment and a good size for 2 people. all good for that price. it was clean, the bed comfy. the Metro was just about 5-10min walk. nice area with little caffee's and right across was a great supermarket. the key issue was a little trouble. we thought one key is ok first, since we didn't realize, that actually everyone needs a key. u can go in without the key, but you need to have internet to push the button. that's a minus and the most important part, you cannot go out without a key. so either you all go in and out together or you definitely need another key. the best is to ask upfront, before arrival. some more cups and glasses would have been nice.

The apartment was quite clean and comfortable and the hosts very helpful. The shelves separating the bad from the kitchen was dusty, same for the ones in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was good.

• Alexey (8/5): Very good - The check-in and docs (ID) submission is completely automated, which is cool. The building is modern, the entrance has a smart lock. The location is great, within the walk-able distance to Duomo. Carrefour is right across the street. The host is responsive. Seems like the room in the building was designed for some service personnel. While the apt has a kitchen, basic things like salt, etc are absent.
• Artiaga (10/5): 100% recommend it! ✨ - This property is super safe! The location is really nice, with a supermarket just in front of the apartment, and the train station near. Is fully equipped, they even have a washing and dry machine, which was super good for us. AC works very good, we when in winter and I can tell in this house you won’t be cold. Very clean, is not a big space but more than enough for 2. Totally recommend it! I loved everything 💕
