Brett (5/5): Nice building, nice apartment - The carpets and fabric furniture is looking dirty, could do with a good carpet clean etc. The walls are getting fairly dirty with marks etc, Overal just needs a deep clean
Tom (9/5): The best short stay in a central location, good view of the environment or surroundings. - Since its self-contain unit, we cooked our own breakfast, however, there are many eating places close to us which made it so convenient. Since we booked through booking.com, the receptionist did hesitate to help us.

Kylie (8/5): Very good - The counter staff were abolutely lively, every one. The location is central to food and activities and the view from the 17th floor is splendid. There is a ledge into the bathroom. It is easy to trip on (I did), and the only place to land is head first into the shower glass (it was so close). A less agile person is in danger of bleeding to death before the ambulance could arrive. Please, this is not a complaint, but a safety warning.

Christene (3/5): Horrible. As an asmatic i could not use the aircon. Very hard to find the car park. Key pick up a nightmare. No on stre - Nothing It was dirty. Aircon vents full of dust, furniture dirty, bathroom had mild everywhere. No one to ask for more tea of coffee.

David (4/5): Very poorly run by Airtrip. - Great location. The size was ok for 2 people in living/dinning area. No way is it big enough for 4 people. The organisation of the advertisement on booking.com to Airtrip was no way accurate. Booking.com had to pay for the apartment on the 6th of Feb but could have free cancel until the 8th of Feb??? The deposit was to be paid on arrival. Airtrip contact me on Friday for a deposit 7 days before arrival. The collection of the key was not straightforward at Airtrip. Also, luckily, I asked after all the nonsense because on booking.com had you could leave the key in the apartment instead of returning it to Airtrip. As we were leaving at 4 am. Airtrip wanted me to return the key. I said I wouldn't haven't booked it if that was the case. They did let me leave the key at the apartment, but I got it in an email to cover me in case they hold my deposit. This was my first stay in an apartment run like this. Think I will be going back to motels. Feel very sorry for the person who owns this apartment.
