Guest Reviews
- Raivo (4/5): - The apartment looks as on the photos in the ad. However the communications were very messy, amateur, unclear and looked a lot like a scam - ie after I completed the booking and its payment on Expedia, the apartment managing company asked in separate emails for all the guests IDs and individual photos, I found out there were 2 different companies involved in the management of the bookings and check-in process (in addition to Expedia), and then those 2 companies requested for the payment of a £300 deposit to an account very poorly identified. I’m still waiting for the refund of that deposit. To some point Expedia advised me those comms were fraud as Expedia wasn’t aware of those 2 other companies managing the apartment. Few items in the apartment were broken which I advised the managing companies about. They said they would send someone to check them but I never heard back whether someone eventually entered the apartment while we were out to check on the items or not. The whole experience was awful and felt very unsafe.
