Guest Reviews
- Birva K Patel (8/5): - It was nice and cozy apartment. Nicely managed..not very far from city , universal or Santa moneca beach. There nothing unlikable. It is small thing like they didn't give proper information about the locks. The first of all it was not the same lock they mentioned and password also was wrong for the lock. Also lights were.less.in the bedrooms.

- Norma (10/5): Great place Great Location! - Liked that the unit was an end unit and had a balcony it was pretty spacious for our family of 6 and the 2 bathrooms with teen girls was super nice! The area felt safe and was only a couple of blocks from Korea town which was really nice literally walking distance. Also loved how close it was to other attractions. For the most part the unit was clean and felt clean but we did find a water bottle and a wrapper under one of the beds

- Rogerio (9/5): - The apartment is comfortable and the location helps moving around the city
- Melanie Melissa (10/5): Bien ubicado y cómodo - Todo bien, cerca de muchos lugares, malls etc
- Andrea (10/5): Cómodo y limpio - Muy cómodo Nada
- Laura (9/5): Good place to stay for a trip to Hollywood - The included parking in the underground garage was great. I could tell that finding parking in the street would be difficult. The pillows were too thick for me, but that may just be me.
- Jonathan (8/5): Great location, interesting neighborhood - Great location for Korean BBQ and restaurants! Very walkable, and the included parking was a life saver. Enjoyed the cleanliness of the property, and the proximity to the stairwell leading to the street. The lockbox that was supposed to have the key to the elevators and the FOB for facility access had been cut away, so we had to wait until someone was entering the property, then enter behind them. Then, we had to wait until someone was using the elevators to get to the room. Granted, it would have been much smoother if the lockbox was there as planned, but it was a jarring experience to navigate so late at night.
- Cheryl (8/5): Overall our stay was good & I would consider staying here again when visiting the Los Angeles area. - This is the 2nd time my family & I have stayed at Mid-City Charm. The property is nice & it is spacious enough for 4 people. It comes with 2 parking garage spaces, and is located in what I consider a safe & convenient neighborhood. There are a couple of loose area rugs that I suggest be removed to prevent tripping hazards. Also, I highly suggest that anti-slip shower strips (or non-slip tub mats) be available to prevent any accidental falls on the slippery tub surfaces. I purchased 2 rubber mats (which were thrown away when we checked out) at the Dollar Tree as a precaution. There were enough bath towels, but the property should provide a few more wash cloths & sheet sets.
- Lucie (9/5): Génia. - La situation géographique. Les réponses rapides de l’hôte ou encore les équipements La machine à laver payante mais l’hôte nous fourni des produits et c’est top. C’est pas excessif au niveau prix

- Simon (8/5): Fitted our needs - Spacious apartment which was ideal for.our needs

- Kate (8/5): Good place to stay with easy parking - Great place to stay, lovely living area and spacious. Car park area was secure. The location was not 100% what we expected but that was like many areas in LA.
One of the beds was squeaky but the other bed was comfortable.
- Marleen (7/5): - Ruim en schoon appartement. 2 ruime slaapkamers en een grote woonkamer/keuken was ideaal voor een gezin.
Fijne en vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar/beheerder. Appartement gebouw is erg gedateerd, lift was kapot. Minimaal aantal glazen, borden ed. Vaatwasser was kapot, wij hebben dit gemeld en mochten de vaat laten staan, voor ons dus prima opgelost.
- Jane (10/5): Exceptional - The room was clean Cosy and the bed was very comfortable Where the keys are left
- R (9/5): Great value! The apartment was really nice. - This flat was spacious and very clean. Looks exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable. The hosts were excellent - they even purchased a travel cot and high chair for us. They were also prompt at replying to messages.
- Katherine (9/5): A GEM tucked away in MidCity - The amount of space in the unit was fantastic. The full kitchen was appreciated, and the 2 baths made the stay very comfortable. There were necessities for the stay (toiletries, pots/pans, air fryer). Suited our evacuation needs well Surrounding area is crowded & lots of traffic most of day when moving around in the area. As previously stated in other reviews, the unit has a few repair items that need attending. I don't care about how modern a place is if everything i need is there & functional. WHO PUTS WHITE FURNISHINGS (especially carpet) iIN A RENTAL???
- Mikaella (10/5): Very good! - Very clean, well-designed, and spacious unit! Has all the things we needed. Good location and only a few minutes drive to downtown LA and tourist spots. Very accommodating host as well—check-in and check-out went in very smoothly. The building itself was quite old (but didn’t affect our stay nonetheless).
- Cheryl (10/5): If you are looking for a nice place to stay while in Los Angeles, I would recommend this Mid-City Charm apartment. - The property was very nice. It was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, located close to shopping, and in a neighborhood where I felt safe. The included parking garage was a plus. The communication with the host (Mr Jacobs) was excellent! Both of the bathroom sinks drained slowly, and we had to use care with the very loose kitchen faucet.
- Kevin (10/5): Very nice apartment just a few issues with facilities. - This apartment was very clean and comfortable. Very close to public transport. There wasn’t a kettle and no toaster. The pool had dead flies in and hair also mucky at the bottom.
- Ignatious (7/5): Not that great - The inside of the property was beautiful. The living area and bedrooms were beautifully furnished and were super clean as well. All of the necessities were provided by the host and were also delivered in case we needed anything. The locality of the neighborhood felt unsafe personally. One of the tap in the bath had little water coming out of it. Also the elevator in the building wasn’t working which had caused us to go around the building to enter/ exit.
- Claude (10/5): Exceptional -
