The shower does not work; sometimes the water pressure is low, and sometimes it is very hot and then cold—life-threatening so high price not even a lift This hotel is not on my list of places to stay again.

- maylis (4/5): Je ne recommande pas - La chambre est très agréable et spacieuse, la localisation est top Nous sommes restés bloqué 2h hors de l’appartement car le code de la porte ne fonctionnait plus. Heureusement cela était dans l’après midi et non en plein milieu de la nuit. De plus, le proprio n’est pas très agréable, très loin et ghost des qu’il ne sait pas comment répondre à nos solicitations. Les équipement sont vieux et de très mauvaise qualité (poêles en tefal très abîmée=cancer). Il n’y a pas de volets car «ce n’était pas précisé dans l’annonce» donc nous avons été réveillé très tôt dans la matinée

- Rosemary (8/5): - Perfecte locatie middenin het centrum. Makkelijk bereikbaar met de tram vanaf het treinstation. Natuurlijk was het wat gedateerd en had het schoner gekund, maar voor deze prijs op deze locatie een top deal. Steile trappen dus je moet wel goed ter been zijn.

Wouldn’t stay here again if it was free - Nothing to like about this place apart from our bed was comfy and clean which was lucky going by other reviews Everything. Whole place smells like sewage, no numbers on the doors on top floor. The pictures on booking.com are completely misleading, you cannot see how grotty and run down it is. Exposed wiring on ceiling light, two plugs only for the whole of the upstairs bedroom, crap decorating; Stevie Wonder could do better We booked because of a kitchen but it would be unusable because it was filled with someone’s damp washing. Also no plug sockets anywhere near the bed they just placed lamps there to make it look like there was, wifi barely reaches top floor.

According to neighbours other guests sometimes don’t even get inside because the codes don’t work. Unless you’re in absolute dire need, don’t book this place.

- Daniela (5/5): May not choose to stay here again - The staff were super helpful and very friendly. It made the stay pleasant. He was super helpful with helping me get my bags up and down the steps. And in trying to get the power to work to the TV Few things not working. PowerPoint and a broken trolley. Had to run the extension cord across the room to get the TV working. Sometimes some unpleasant odours from the bed. Did not want to look under the sheets for fear of what I would find. I thought from the photos the washing machine was in my room as this was the reason I chose to stay here so I could do some washing but this was not the case. Had to try and fit in with the cleaners time of washing and drying sheets. Never got access to the dryer as it was always full. Lucky my clothes dried in the room. There is no lift.

- Florian (2/5): Noisy no facilities - First look shows a cozy minimal room. Room is noisy, both from other customers as people outside. Customer service is really bad. Toilet didn’t flush. Reached out via WhatsApp and was asked to send video proof. I wasn’t able to deliver this right away because I only dropped off my stuff before meeting. They ended up not doing anything about it during my stay. After describing in text they kept asking for a video. Ended up sleeping in a room that didn’t have a working toilet and no communication. Bare minimum if you’d ask me. Bed, shower and toilet. They don’t offer much more - but if one of those isn’t working I’d expect they act upon it. Won’t recommend!

- Haifeng (4/5): would not recommend the place - The place is conveniently located in the heart of the city. There is an additional hidden charge which has not been claimed at booking.com. I was charged so called city tax (3.5 euro/p/night) by the host after I paid full amount when I booked the place at booking.com. The amount of charge has never been claimed at the booking website. In addition, cleanliness is a big issue. There were dirty stains on the pillow case and duvet cover, as well as previous guest's hair on the bed. There was no bed sheet on the bed during my stay. The room is really tiny and unpleasent smell from the sink.
