- Narraqueen (8/5): Great place outdoor garden needs attention - Ok so the kitchen was actually pretty good. Functional and had alot of glassware, baking dishes, salad bowls and tea, coffee, flour sugar which was nice. Oven challenging to figure out and we could only get 160 setting working but managed fine just adjusted cooking times and worked out. Stovetop good once you get the hang of it as it runs low on heat strength so allow extra cooking time. We used the BBQ once and worked perfectly well.Beds and bed linen and towels were great. Slept well and appreciated nice sheets and towels and well done with face washers! Bathrooms were spotless, roomy and very good. There is alot of furniture in this place and it's a bit of a mixed bag of furniture but you are comfortable and always have a spare seat. TVs great and wifi and channels all perfect. It's about a 7 minute walk to the beach and we had our well behaved dog so didn't mind the walks. The garage was roomy and access very good. Overall our stay was great once we accepted the poor state of the outdoor areas. Ok so when we arrived it was a bit disappointing to see a driveway full of leaves. The house was clean so no issues there but when you stepped out the back door there were leaves and debris everywhere as well as cobwebs. I contacted the agent to ask for a blower or someone to come and address the outside areas which was then met with a text saying they cant control the leaves to which i responded we rented the place to be fit for purpose and you can control the leaves. They sent a guy around who arrived late arvo with the most gutless blower you have ever heard. He essentially pushed the leaves around a bit for about 7 minutes left the side and the drive and on the way out told us he was not a gardener. When we took the enormous plastic cover off the outdoor table it revealed a well worn dirty table and white wooden chairs that were filthy. Why have a cover ? I spent 20 minutes cleaning them. We had some friends for lunch who lived in the area and I had to use a brush broom I found in the garage to sweep all the leaves and crap up as it gets walked into the house. I vaccumed daily to stay on top of it. No stick vaccum or simple soft broom so you have to use an older style but effective corded vaccum. Finally the mosquito situation was a bit frustrating as there were many inside the house and we worked out not to leave to back door open at any point otherwise many come in. The back garden is very moist and clearly mozzy breeding ground. The overgrowth of greenery could be better maintained as its blocking light and in the end we didn't sit outside as aeroguard can only do so much. For $350 a night for 6 nights we expected the outdoor areas to be clean as it appeared no one there for some time.

- Katarzyna (10/5): Very good - Location was Ok except for very noisy road with people driving faster than 50 per hour and bedrooms located in front of the house and next-door property rented by other holiday makers. The carpet is pretty badly stained .
