• Oana-Maria (9/5): Great value for money - We had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and located in a great area — close to public transport and only about 15–20 minutes’ walk from Ayia Napa city center and all the main attractions. It was a convenient and comfortable place to stay. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The bathtub looked quite old and worn out, and the frying pans in the kitchen were so scratched that we couldn’t use them, which was disappointing since the kitchen was otherwise well equipped. Also, some of the walls were a bit dirty, especially in the corners — a fresh coat of paint would definitely make the place look much better. Additionally, the area can get quite noisy at night, and the apartment doesn’t have soundproof windows, so it can be difficult to sleep if you’re sensitive to noise.

• Jovan (10/5): Absolutely Fantastic! - I had an amazing stay at Sunset Pearl in Ayia Napa! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The location was perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from all the beaches, restaurants, and nightlife. A special thank you to Mario, the host, who was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly easy to contact whenever I needed anything, which made the whole experience stress-free. I’d highly recommend Sunset Pearl to anyone visiting Ayia Napa and would definitely stay here again!

• Μιχαηλ τριανταφ (10/5): Από τις καλύτερες διαμονές - Είχε τα πάντα οσα χρειαζόμασταν, κουζίνα ,μαγειρικά σκεύη , πλυντήριο, ψυγείο , σίδερο και σιδερώστρα , μεγάλη ντουλάπα, άνετο μπάνιο , τεράστιες τηλεοράσεις , πολύ καλό WiFi , μπαλκονακι με θέα , πολύ κοντά στα μαγαζιά και στα κλαμπ αλλά χωρίς φασαρία από την μουσική , 24ωρο market ακριβώς δίπλα .πολυ φιλικός ο οικοδεσπότης . Υπάρχει δρόμος ακριβώς από κάτω οπότε έχει φασαρία από μηχανάκια κ τα οχήματα , καλό είναι να έχετε ωτοασπίδες .

• Đorđe (10/5): Would recommend it definitely for young couples as its ideal - The location of the apartment is good, close to Nissi Ave and few mins walk to bus stations. Well equipped apt with new appliances. The host is amazing and very supportive, positively replied to all our special requests. Would come back. Due to proximity of city centre in the evenings people tend to drive loud cars on the roads close to apt.
• Eric (8/5): Very good - The apartment was perfect for enjoying aiya napa. It was central and just 30 sec walk to the bar strip. Also right outside the door it was a shop where you could buy all you needed wich was great. Anyways a great apartment both inside and outside.
• Beslic (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, helpful and very kind host. Also the apartment is well equiped. It’s a little bit noisy, because it’s near the happenings, so maybe some earplugs could help if you are sensitive to noise.

• Anca (9/5): Exactly what we needed as a couple and great location - Lovely apartment, clean and cosy with a lovely street view. There is a 24h shop right outside which was extremely handy, and a gorgeous Japanese restaurant right across the road. Easy access to taxis from apartment as they drive by a lot. The apartment is located right at the end of the strip but not close enough to hear the noise and perfect walking distance to the strip and main road and a quiet beach near by. Owner was very nice and helpful and always kept in touch if needed. There was a constant strange smell when you walked into the apartment, kind of lingering around, not sure what it was as there was nothing in the fridge

The presence of a supermarket directly beneath the building added great convenience to my brief stay, and it's merely a short stroll to the seafront, where I found a delightful promenade for my evening ambles. I actually have nothing negative to say so very well done to the landlord
