• Lind (4/5): I had to pay extra for cleaning. - The property is nice, but I did not expect the hidden costs during the stay. I had to pay extra for the cleaning service. There is a big gap between the published rate and the actual cost. The property is located far from the city center, making it less convenient for travel and access to amenities. The advertised rate seems cheap, but additional hidden costs significantly increase the total price.

• yong (1/5): Never again, never had such a worse experience in a very very long time - Location The staff attitude and like pushing around, no inform earlier and lie about item given. Sound ridiculous when a 3 room unit suitable for 6 person and come with 2 car park only have one access key. When told, staff ask back why I last minute come with 2 car how funny is that😀 They didn’t even ask and yet I’m the one to blame. The unit is never well maintained, just go and have a look at the master room pillow👍
• Teo (1/5): Worst homestay management - Very disappointing experience with this homestay management company. The air conditioner in the medium room was not working. We informed the management via WhatsApp but received no immediate response. When they finally replied, they simply said we had to wait for the owner. Eventually, we were told the aircon was broken, and there was no offer of compensation or alternative solution. We stayed for two nights, and the room was uncomfortably hot and not suitable for sleeping. We also requested a partial refund due to the inconvenience, but no one responded. Poor service and lack of accountability — would not recommend.

Everything was exactly as shown. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant experience

• Kwong (8/5): Great Stay - Spacious unit and clean. Plenty of eatery around the area and easy to excess to city. Bathroom is quite slippery when wet, elderly needs to be careful when using the bathroom. Notice small cockroaches crawling around in the middle of the night on the kitchen counter cockroaches smell in the cabinet under the sink. No electrical kettle but can use microwave to heat up water.

• Muhammad (4/5): Bad management and sloppy housekeeping - Spacious can fit 5-6 pax Bad management from the host my check in time was delayed 2hrs30mins and they told it was staff mistake.After i walk in into the house the floor was very wet we wiped it ourselves,they made we wait for so long but the house is not properly cleaned.Should have inform us earlier about the technical problem but they informed us 30mins before check in.

• Leonad (8/5): Decent Apartment for family and groups - Spaceous apartment can accommodate upto 7 pax. Almost required shops are available nearby. TV was not functioning. Also minor maintenance issues are there. Distance from the Centre is bit long.
