• Yvonne (9/5): Saubere, moderne Wohnung mit ruhiger Lage und sehr herzlichem Vermieter - Der Vermieter ist ein sehr herzlicher und lösungsorientierter Mensch, die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und gepflegt, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür war auch eine super Sache! Ruhiger Innenhof obwohl mitten in der Wohnsiedlung gelegen, Ausstattung modern mit Kaffee und Tee in der Küche - gerne wieder!

• Monika (10/5): - Eine ware Oase!! Die Lage war super. Bäcker direkt über die Straße und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch fußläufig. Das Apartment hatte alles was man braucht und ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft war Ideal. Daniel und Kerstin waren die besten Gastgeber die wir je hatten und die Tips für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten von Daniel reichen für noch einen Urlaub! Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal in der OASE im grünen Hinterhof! DANKE!!!!!
• Andreas (10/5): Wirklich eine Ruhe-Oase - 1. Der Vermieter ist sehr höflich und nett, ohne dabei nervig zu sein. Toller Typ 2. Das Auto parkt 1m vor der Haustür. Eigener Stellplatz 3. Es ist (zum Glück) unfassbar ruhig. Hätte ich niemals mit gerechnet 4. Die Unterkunft ist angenehm groß, schön eingerichtet, mit einem modernen Bad und das Bett ist wirklich sehr bequem. 5. Bäcker, Lottoladen und die gute alte Trinkhalle sind in 1 Minute Fußweg zu erreichen

Daniel, der Besitzer ist absolut unkompliziert, aufmerksam, extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und für jeden Spaß zu haben! Mit seinem sonnigen Gemüt verbreitet er gute Laune trotz Regenwetter! Man fühlt sich von Beginn bis Ende herzlich willkommen! Kurz gesagt: Rundum war einfach ALLES perfekt! • Paweł (10/5): Jeden z najlepszych pobytów w Niemczech - Jeden z najlepszych pobytów, jakie miałem! Apartament był bardzo przestronny, przytulny i w pełni zgodny z opisem. Właściciel okazał się niezwykle miły i pomocny — naprawdę wspaniały człowiek! Otrzymałem również szczegółowe instrukcje (na papierze) po polsku dotyczące pobytu oraz polecanych restauracji i sklepów w okolicy. Z całego serca polecam to miejsce i na pewno jeszcze tu wrócę!

• Christoph Neumann (10/5): - Ich bin seit vielen Jahren auf Montage und habe schon unzählige Hotels, Ferienwohnungen und Apartments erlebt – aber dieses Apartment war wirklich ein absolutes Highlight! Die Unterkunft selbst ist top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gemütlich – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das eigentliche Highlight war aber der Gastgeber: so lebensfroh, offen, voller Energie und einfach absolut cool. So einen Gastgeber habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt. Man merkt sofort, dass er das mit Leidenschaft macht und seinen Gästen einen richtig guten Aufenthalt bieten möchte. Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen – ich komme definitiv wieder, wenn ich in der Gegend bin!

Rustig, relaxed,schoon.En alles aanwezig wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben.Met een gastheer die er alles aan zal doen om het je naar de zin te maken! • Kerstin (10/5): - Wir sind herzlich von Daniel empfangen wurden, obwohl wir spät Abends ankamen. Die Fewo ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Von der Straße aus wirkt diese Fewo sehr unscheinbar, aber Drinnen ein Traum. Sehr ruhig und mit eigener Terrasse und PKW Stellplatz. Daniel und Heide sind zudem sehr gute Gastgeber. Sie kümmern sich um ihre Gäste, geben Tipps für Ausflüge und wir hatten tolle Gespräche. Bessere Gastgeber kann man sich nicht vorstellen. Wir kommen gern wieder 🤗

• Hans Dieter (10/5): - Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in unserer gut eingerichteten Wohnung in einer OASE der Ruhe im Hinterhof einer Großstadt mit kurzen Wegen zum Rheinufer. Parken überdacht, direkt vor der Wohnungstür. Gastgeber Daniel hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alle Einrichtungen erklärt. Wir bekamen viele Tipps zu Besichtigungen, Einkäufen und Lokalen. Da er im Anwesen wohnt, haben wir immer wieder nette Gespräche im Hof geführt und man fühlte sich schon fast freundschaftlich verbunden, auch mit Heide, die wir noch am letzten Tag kennenlernen durften.

Lovely design and nice furniture in the hole apartment. The host Daniel was cool, always available any time of the day and gave a few tips around town, what to see, tips on good restaurants and events. The description and the pictures made us think that there are 2 separate rooms - I mean a bedroom and a living room, but it came down that the living room had a sofa bed and the double bed in it, and the kitchen was bigger with a dining area too. The fridge had a smell after a day or so. :(
