• Patrick (5/5): Disappointing and poor value for money - The location was excellent, it is within walking distance of Central Station and has some excellent bars and restaurants nearby The facilities were disappointing, the downstairs bedroom was cramped, the stairs are extremely steep and were not included in any of the posted photos, linen and towels are poor quality, the Wi-Fi was slow and constantly "dropped out" and there is no sofa/couch to sit on.

• Benjamin (2/5): Hugely disappointing. Terrible value for money - Good communications and instruction for entry. Proximity to Spice Alley - a very cool eatery precinct. Everything. Unfortunately it's extremely run down. The images do not demonstrate the standard and they omit many factors. We cancelled our second night as we were so disappointed but the first night cost us $890 which is extortionate for what it was. To me, the value sat at less than half of that. We feel scammed. The bedding was very dated and there wasn't enough of it. The downstairs heat pump made a noise like a wind storm. The floor felt like you were about to fall through it. The stairs were downright dangerous. The tv didn't work. There was no lounge or comfy seating (which I should have realised). The dining chairs were worn. The outside area was in a terrible state and certainly not inviting. The bathroom, which photographed nicely, was tired and the toilet seat was loose. All the paint work was in need of a refresh. The decor was dusty, faded and poor. People complained about street noise. That was the least of our worries. It was grim.

• Sumedha (7/5): Good - The location. Newly renovated. Fully equipped kitchen and new bathroom. Noisy. Two stories with a steep and narrow stairway. Difficult access for older people , can not carry siutcases up.
• Dennis (4/5): location great. bedding average, minimal area to relax in, outdoor area at back unusable. - location poor security on front door, no security screen, door lock and door very flimsy. very suspect electrical cables and power points. dangerous stairs to upstairs, minimal handrails making unsafe for anyone over 40 using upstairs bedrooms. wifi poor performance. only internet tv. bathroom best room in house.
• Tania (7/5): Handy to CBD and good option for a short stay. - Close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Owners allowed us to access early so we can dropped of our bags and organised our bags to be stored when we left. Good air conditioning. Bathroom had been updated. Noisy at night. The bottom floor bedroom you can hear everything going on outside. Smaller than expected. Couldn’t work the TV.
