Prysznic bardzo mały co może stanowić urtunienie dla dorosłego mężczyzny i brak mozliwosci położenia płynów. W weekendy położenie w centrum może stanowic wyzwanie dla tych którzy chcieliby już usnąć.

• Eduard (7/5): Nice place, good location, owner must do some little improvements which will make a big difference. - Good location, nice size of the room. Good instructions for the entrance. There was no second set of keys available, the wifi in the room was bad because of bad location of the main router, it is a small effort to improve this. The lamps stayed on, also in the night, when you switched them off because they are dimmable but the owner did not set them on 0% on her phone. We called them and when I explained the possible improvements she just hang up the phone. The water in the shower flotes very slowly away, the tap in the kitchen is loose etc.
• Electra (2/5): - Η τοποθεσία Our stay at Miluar Centro Storico was very disappointing. Although the room looked tidy, it was clearly not properly checked before our arrival — we found a Durex product left in one of the drawers, which was extremely inappropriate and unacceptable for a guest accommodation. The shower had almost no water pressure, making it impossible to take a proper shower. We informed the host politely, but received no response for a full day. She only replied after realizing we were leaving, and at that point offered to move us to another property — but it was too late. The lack of hygiene checks, poor maintenance, and delayed, unprofessional communication made our stay uncomfortable and disappointing. I would not recommend this accommodation until serious improvements are made.

Kapida karsilama yoktu. Oda numaram yanlis soylendi, baskasini rahatsiz ermek zorunda kaldim. Cekmeyen internetin sifresi ve modem adi yanlis siylendi. Dogrusunu ogrenmek icin cok zorlandim.
• Denise (5/5): - Die Lage in der Mitte der Altstadt ist toll. Es gibt gute Restaurants und Cafebars gleich um die Ecke. Es war sehr laut. Der Verkehr rollte die ganze durch die Gasse. Die Leute waren im Ausgang und deshalb sehr laut. Morgens um 4 Uhr kam die Stadtreinigung und hat gefegt und die leeren Flaschen in einen Container geleert. Personal haben wir keines gesehen.
• Sarah (5/5): Disappointing - The bed was comfortable. This is a below average experience . We arrived and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to buzz open the front door . The room was ok but very dusty . The kitchen was not equipped with even the basics . One glass and no mugs to drink tea or coffee . One teabag and one sachet of sugar . The noise outside the apartment ( partying and drinking ) went on until 4 am each night . The shower was so small it was hard to even get in and out of it … luckily we weren’t overweight or we would have had no chance . The WiFi was so poor we couldn’t watch tv or even have a business zoom call . These are pretty basic aspects to resolve .

• Daniela Alina (9/5): Quiet comfy place close to all the action - We had a problem with the safe and Roberta gave us an upgrade for free as soon as that was possible and we thud we enjoyed a superior double, quiet and roomy, with nice bathroom with tub and tiled floor. Good wi fi. Caterina did an excellent job with the cleaning, to match Roberta’s prompt answers to our needs. The place is at the heart of action, close to Archaeological Museum, metro stops, bars and restaurants, Via Toledo where you can shop till you drop. All in all, a glorious stay inviting to a comeback. Can’t find fault.

• Lucia (5/5): Disappointed but we actually enjoyed our time in Naples. Wouldn’t recommend this accommodation however. - The location and it was clean. Had real trouble finding it as it didn’t look like any of pics from outside! No signs with name on or anything. It was a glass door in middle of row of shops. Host opened it electronically for us when I msgd to say we finally found it 😩. Very strange. No tea/coffee in room. Not one drinking glass in room. Both those things are in pics on Booking.com🙄. Never actually got to meet anyone in person. We’d booked breakfast but had to ask how/where to get it. Host didn’t think it was included although she agreed to provide. I sent her our proof! It was in cafe across road, which was fine, but we had no idea what we could choose. The ‘Reception’ area was completely unused by anyone. We didn’t show any id or anything!!!

• Sonya (9/5): A great place to stay, clean comfortable, easy access & well located. - The property was centrally located in the historic centre. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great communication with the owner. Was clean & beautiful. It smelled of cigarette smoke when we arrived. Thankfully we were able to open doors onto a balcony and that aired it sufficiently that we were not uncomfortable. There is a flight of stairs.
• Małgorzata (8/5): Zobaczyć Neapol i nadal żyć - Obiekt, to 3 pokoje, ładnie urządzone, gustowne i stylowe, bardzo czysta pościel i ręczniki, w starej kamienicy w centrum historycznym Neapolu. Niestety wiąże się to z dużą ilością hałasujących ludzi nawet do 3 w nocy, ale okna dobrze ten hałas tłumią, byleby ich nie otwierać. Bardzo łatwo dostać się do obiektu. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, jest lodówka. Na śniadanie goście dostają bilety do pobliskiej kawiarni (kawa i do wyboru jakaś słodka bułeczka) bardzo popularny bar , mocno okupowany przez młodzież całą noc. Właściciel przemiły, opiekuńczy i uczynny, bardzo dobry kontakt. Lot powrotny mieliśmy bardzo wcześnie, bez problemu zarezerwował nam taxi na 3 w nocy i jeszcze upewnił się osobiście, czy taxi dojechała i czy wszystko OK. DZIĘKUJEMY LUCIO. Całość bardzo dobrego wrażenia psują łazienki, niestety wymagają dużego odświeżenia i dokładniejszego posprzątania.

Lo bueno fue que está ubicado en zona muy concurrida, con excelente restaurante y barato. Hay que tener cuidado eso si, con la cuenta, hay que revisarla. La ubicación. Nápoles es muy desordenado es un caos, es sucio.

Vielen Dank für Alles! Man merkt, dass alles schon etwas in die Tage gekommen ist, und auch nicht so super sauber ist.

• Melissa (8/5): Very good - Central location with lots of bars right outside. Very comfortable bed and pillow - I kept thinking I was at home! Parking was very difficult as we arrived late at night. There was a kitchen but no mugs or cups, only glasses! We were there for Friday and Saturday nights and it was very noisy until after 3am. Very little sound insulation even with windows and shutters closed. Bathroom was a bit run down with peeling paint and mouldy shower parts.
• Warren (10/5): 2 night stay in Centro Storico, Naples. - Everything! Firstly, the hosts Roberta and Lucio were absolutely wonderful....very, very helpful. Secondly, the location is perfect for experiencing the local culture, food and live music. I didn't know what to expect from Naples, but we would definitely go back, and definitely stay at Miluar. Thank you Roberta and Lucio! Nothing.

• Andre (8/5): Very good - We appreciated the fact that rooms were cleaned daily, just like in hotels. The location is also quite central within the centro storico, with a pleasant Piazza Bellini just a few steps away. Our bathroom had a massage-bathtub and that was a plus point! Breakfast is offered by vouchers at a bar close by. It had a good service overall. It could get quite noisy on weekends with people partying outside till early hours of the morning. Light sleepers could find this disturbing. On the other hand, having people around makes the place safer than other empty gloomy streets, especially at night. The entrance to the residence could improve a little bit as the first impression is not welcoming. However, the interior of the B&B is charming and pleasant.

• Woodbridge (8/5): Very good - Location excellent for the historical centre. The rooms were lovely and had very comfortable beds. Ours even had a little kitchen. It was very noisy until late at night, so great if you are out enjoying the local nightlife, but not so good if you want an early night! All communication with the host was via WhatsApp, with a wifi we couldn't get work, so make sure you have data!
• Dragica (7/5): Good location - The location was good, and that is all. This is not "luxury" B&B. We stayed in a double bedroom with the smallest bathroom and shower we ever saw. You couldn't move your arms to wash your hair without hitting the sides. The whole bathroom was approximately 1.5m by 1.5m (if not smaller). They shouldn't call it luxury.

He allowed us an early check in at 11 and arranged a taxi for us for 5.30am which made things very easy for us to get to the airport for an early flight. Bathroom very small but we were only there for one night so it was fine

Apartment showed noticeable wear and tear which on its own would have been ok. But the AC barely functioned; when we went to sleep the temp read 28 and when we woke up it read 25. (To be fair, we didn't give the host the opportunity to fix it, but we were only there one night and didn't realize the issue until we were going to sleep)

No communication from owners until I called them to find out how to get into the place. The security getting into the building was lax and same with getting into the apartment. There was no washing machine.

I would definitely go back Overlooking a very noisy street even in the early hours in the morning. However, it was solved by closing the windows and turning on the air conditioning

I liked the: - value for price - responsive, helpful host - easy access - great location - design of the accommodation - cleaning service every day - breakfast in collaboration with a nearby café - also we could decide to use our breakfast coupons to drink apperitives - noise canceling windows - place was true to description - comfortable double bed I'm happy to recommend it. I was happy with the accommodation. Maybe some side notes, but these don't cause any real problems: - When others arrive, the entrance door can be quite noisy. - The breakfast bar was not open on Sunday, but we could use double breakfast coupons on the next day. - Washing machine is not in the room itself, but hosts can help with solving anything, including this.

Also the room was very neat and clean. There were also hair dryer, amenities and even a set of towels!!! A refrigerator too!!! It was easy to degital key code to access to the room! A little noisy outside due to many bars are close by.

• Patrik (3/5): Naples and its beautiful surroundings made up for the unpleasant accommodation experience - The location was good, a bit busier at night but the closed window solved that. The host was very helpful about the breakfast, it was really great. Despite the fact that it was our mistake when choosing, he allowed us to reserve one room for four adults on Booking, which is completely inappropriate for this accommodation. However, what caused our main dissatisfaction was the bathroom, at first glance very nice. However, the layer of mold around the bathtub and water splashing from the tank above the toilet was a really unpleasant surprise. And finally, the cleaning lady inadvertently took our jacket from the hangers in front of the room (there was no jacket hanger in the room) and since we are from Slovakia, the jacket has already stayed in Naples...

• Ramona (6/5): Pleasant - In the middle of city center. All important things walking distance away. Room clean. Good breakfast around the corner. Place is in very loud city area. Parties every night and closed windows doesn’t help to absorb the beats. Silence outside started just as of 2 a.m. on workdays or 5 a.m. on weekends. Kitchen could be better equiped in terms of dishes - no cups, no bowls, no proper knife.
• Halina (5/5): If I knew there will be no the possibility of sleeping at all, I would pick something else - Location- walking distance everywhere it was a party outside until four in the morning. We couldn’t sleep at all the breakfast was disaster very unpleasant people were serving that. The croissant was raw.
• Stephany (1/5): Bad - The shower was old and dirty, the toilet did not flush. The noise from outside woke me up in the middle of the night. Terrible stay
• Josh (7/5): Good - We stayed at Miluar for 4 nights as part of our Honeymoon. Location was fantastic, very central so close to the subway, shops and bars. However, this also meant a noisy atmosphere at night time with the night life not ending until 4:30am each night. The room itself was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The room was clean and spacious, however, towels and bedding could have been cleaner but this wasn’t an issue for us. Breakfast is included at a local cafe which is a stones throw away. The Breakfast included is a voucher for a coffee and pastry or €7 off the total bill per person, so there was an option to have full breakfast/brunch if wanted. However, we were only told this on the last day. The communication with Roberta (owner) was good although we didn’t see Roberta, she arranged airport transfers for us and fixed any issues we had promptly. If you are looking for a base in a busy locations amongst the busy nightlife I would recommend Miluar.

THE LOCAION IS VERY CLOSE TO THE HEART OF CENTRO STORICO .THE BUILDING IS OLD, RAGGED, AND BADLY MAINTEND. THE ENTRANCE IS ALARMING. MANY AMENITIES THAT WERE PROMISED, DID NOT EXIXT OR DID NOT WORK: NO "VERY GOOD BREAKFAST" -ONLY 1 SMALL COFFEE AND 1 CROISSANT. NO COFFEE MAKER BED SO OLD IT HAD RUST ALL OVER. DANGEROUS NO COFFEE BAGS ONLY TEA NO WASHING MACHINE. NO DRIER NO WORKING TOWEL DRIER THE RADIATORS DID NOT WORK THE AIRCONDITIONER DID NOT WORK FOR 3 DAYS THE HOT WATER DID NOT WORK PROPERLY THE WATER IN THE BATH TUB DRAINED VERY SLOWLY HOLES IN THE WALLS FILLED WITH PLASTER, DIRTY TOILETTE POOR AMENITIES DIRTY BATHTUB WITH MOTH DIRTY OLD TOWELS VERY POOR INTERNET POOR COMMUNICATION WITH ROBERTA THE MANAGER THAT NEVER VISITED THE PROPERTY

• It76 (8/5): Cozy room downtown, good value for money - Easy to check-in, owners friendly, polite and quick responding to messages. The room was cozy and clean. Excellent wifi service availability. Air conditioning will keep the room quite warm should you need to use it during winter. The structure is pet friendly. It is very near to Dante metro station and also 2 steps away from "Spaccanapoli" which is the straight and narrow main street that traverses the old historic center of the city of Naples. Greatly appreciated our breakfast experience to a café nearby offered by the owners of the structure. Bathroom is tiny but clean and with complimentary bottles of the most basic toiletries like shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, disposable toothbrush and such, in addition to hand soap and other amenities. Our room on the first floor facing the street where all the students gather at night was a bit noisy, but the double glazed door windows blocked out most of the noise. A very good experience overall, good value for money.
