- Benedict (1/5): Dungeon - None This is by far the worst accommodation I have ever booked through Booking.com in terms of facilities, cleanliness, and overall condition. The bathroom was especially disappointing. Although it was stated that toiletries would be provided, there was not even a single roll of toilet paper available. There was no shampoo, no soap, and no basic amenities at all. I checked to see if there was any additional inventory stored somewhere, but there was nothing. I would not recommend this place at all. There are many aspects that need serious improvement at a structural and management level. If possible, I would not even give this place one star out of five
- Nicole John (1/5): I will not gonna stay again here! - I did not like the room and toilet, the room window was broken and the air coming in to my room and its very very cold, also the smell in the room smell cigarette. The bathroom and toilet was super dirty is says free toilet paper but there is nothing extra.

- Sanjeeb (7/5): A good location for short stay. - Location near train station, check-in Noise by other renters, no AC, parking on road side only
- Marie-anne (3/5): Poor - Not much we had to barricade the door, as you could enter the room without a key. The building wasn't secure as the back door was left open all night. The room stated air conditioning, yet it didn't work. We only slept for an hour all evening. Just about everything that should've made the stay pleasant, yet the most basic of amenities were not provided such as security.
